Ordered a large fry and this is what I got…unacceptable and insulting. Was this supposed to be a joke? I already left and didn’t see this until I got home, but next time I’ll be checking while I’m in line and making sure I got the large fry I paid for. Suggest others do the same so you don’t get ripped off like I did since they seem to think this is okay to do to people.

Would have given more stars but the front of the house manager seemed to not care and was walking around like he didn’t know what to do. I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never seen such disorganization at the front. However, my food was hot and fresh. I’m just disappointed in the lack professionalism coming from the front of the house service.

Worst experience I have ever had. First time I had chick fil a in a years paid 52.28 for dinner for my family for them to not to give them my whole order then for me to have to drive back 25min since they wouldn’t credit me the missing items. And when I get back they say it will be right and forget to put it in and forget about me.

Chick-fil-A is the best!!! We always love coming to Chick-fil-A. Their chicken nuggets are so good. Their mac & cheese is the best out of any other restaurant they spicy chicken deluxe is also good with pepper, jack cheese and honey mustard. Also their waffle fries is also good with honey mustard their service and atmosphere is friendly.

Wow. This place fell hard in 6 months. We knew it was too good to be true… I mean I’ll take McDonald’s service/uncleanliness for a far superior chic-fil-a sandwich.. but not without griping about it… Saturday morning. 20 people waiting for pickups inside. App said order was ready so I asked if my order was ready, I saw it sitting on the counter too, when I ask politely, she snapped ‘it’s comin” ..how she responded to everyone who asked. To be honest, coming from someone in that uniform, it was kind of exhilarating seeing them be rude and annoyed. Then I watched them change sandwiches in my bag 3 times. I waited 24 minutes inside for my two sandwiches. Get home. Both wrong. And either chicken sandwich had egg or the extra bacon I paid for. There’s more… pulling away.. trash was strewn on the parking lot from one dumpster and the other dumpster doors were wide open swinging in the wind blocking traffic, sorry no pics, safe driver. Saturday, Nov 4 morning manager needs help, check the order stats they gotta be nuts lol Here’s the final straw… we heard not a single ‘my pleasure’ in those 24 minutes… that’s what really made it sink in for me.

They have the best spicy chicken sandwich out of everyone. Popeyes has the best regular chicken sandwich but if they would use their spicy chicken finger seasoning with their breasts to make it spicy breast sandwich oh, that would be the best spicy or a toss-up. KFC's chicken sandwich is pretty good too though but not great. I would just tell them to make sure they make it fresh. We just had it again and you can tell was made prior to and they close the bags which made its team and get more of a soggy taste not really crispy. But the last time I had it here was probably the best I've had anywhere it was really super crispy and hot for the spicy chicken sandwich and the tenders. The absolute best.

Per my daughter...food was great! She had a gift card burning a hole on her pocket, so I took her there to finally use it. Went to drive through. Person taking order was very polite! So was the person that brought the meal out. Line is always long, but we made it through rather quickly.

I was there about 8:30 quarter of 9:00 this morning the young lady that we don't know me was fantastic the food was great everything was there was great it was clean and let me tell you that place can get very busy at Century 3 keep up the good

Delicious chicken! Every time we drive past here the place is lined around the building and the parking lot is full. So we finally decided to stop. The chicken was juicy and delicious. The waffle fries were kind of cold which was surprising for it being so busy. The restroom was really clean and this was right at lunch time so that impressed me. The staff were friendly and attentive to the tables as well as the customers. There was a cute play area for the little ones. They fill your pop at the order area which is different than we are custom to with most fast food places having their own refill stations. I thought it was high quality and good price.

They have made great changes over the years and their food still taste good. Great service time.

I always ask for no pickle or tomato. Because of of my allergies. I always have pickles no matter what. It is very annoying. It just leads me to believe that they are already pre packaged and ready to bag. But otherwise no problems.

The drive-thru looked super busy (2 lanes) so we opted to eat inside. Still got prompt service and great food. Definitely have mastered the lunchtime craziness without a problem.

We got the Cobb salad with a fillet and fries. Usually we go to the waterfront location. They did such a good job at this location. Everything was done correctly and tasted great. It was a short wait during a busy time too.

The chicken strips were slightly warm. Tables were all gross. The chicken sandwiches were hot though. Bathrooms needed attention. They forgot to get our drinks but the one lady behind the counter was super nice and immediately got them for us.

The breakfast here is so delicious and yet sometimes I forget they have it. They have bacon or sausage egg and cheese on English muffins or biscuits and of course you can get a chicken sandwich for breakfast even with egg. I recommend the mini chicken biscuits with the chicken nuggets dipping sauces. I could eat them every day.
