A summertime experience that defines Campbellsport and Kettle Moraine Lake! The food is good; I’ve been coming here with my grandparents since I was a kid. The burgers are juicy and cheap; what you’d expect from a tasty outside-only diner in a small lake town. The deep fried broccoli we got that overcast day were also tasty. However, what makes it stand out is the GIANT ice cream portions. What you see below are “single scoops” 😱 I’ve loved this place for years and I hope many more families make memories here like I have!

This is a Wisconsin treasure. If you're going to run a seasonal restaurant in a village of a couple hundred people you better give the public a compelling reason to drive out of their way. This place checks all the boxes consistently. You want burgers? Excellent, made fresh to order. Fried? Fries, O-rings, cheese curds, Mozzarella sticks, all top shelf. Did I forget ICE CREAM? Cedarcrest Ice cream is available in several flavors that change daily. Just a heads up, there is no SMALL size. The Baby is 2 scoops, I believe a large is 7 scoops.

I love going to Hamburger Haus. Have been going here since I was a kid. I recommend the cheese curds and ice cream. Friendly staff and pretty quick service. Only downside is cash only but I always come prepared! Reasonable prices too.

This place is amazing. Possibly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The line was LONG but worth the wait! My husband has had this place on his list of places to visit and it did not disappoint! The kids loved the burger and hot dog too. Cheese fries were great. The “Baby Scoop” is ginormous, kids couldn’t finish! I would have taken pictures but we devoured it too quickly. Highly recommend.

Cash only! Great small town stop outside of Kettle Moraine State park. Food gives a backyard cookout feel with some frozen appretizer items like mozzarella sticks and cheese curds, which is ok/good, but the huge icecream scoops more than make up for what the food "could be".

It's a cute little hamburger shack in Dundee. Food was hot and fresh. Employees were great. Lots of picnic tables to sit at in front and behind the building. They offer EIGHT flavors of Cedar Crest ice cream each day! (A flavor may be rotated out as it sells.) Great little place with great food!

When I came to this restaurant and it was pretty busy. It has a cute setup outside with benches with tables. Unfortunately, it started raining and there aren't many covered tables. The girls working were not very friendly. I ordered the cheeseburger special, which included fries and a drink. The cheeseburger was cold and not that appetizing. The fries were good, and I ordered cheese curds, which were alright. The ice cream is good. The smallest size is baby, and that is two huge scoops! Cash only

A cash only American eats spot with a friendly staff and ample outdoor seating. Food is made fresh so expect a short wait.
