Jackie was so nice and easy to talk with on my initial call as a new patient. She asked if I wanted to be called on any cancellations, which I said yes please. She called the next day with a cancellation and helped me get in quickly. Jennie is a terrific hygienist! She did intake, documented what she observed on my teeth, 17 x-rays, and a cleaning using water/vibration, etc in about a hour, which was very comfortable. Dr. Krueger was very friendly and did a comprehensive oral evaluation and gave me good advice. Jennie setup next appointment, and I received a thorough statement showing charges, estimated insurance, and amount due within minutes. Best dental visit I ever had. Thank you All!

I can't say enough good things about Acacia Lane Dental. I always have a good experience. My hygienist, Jenni, has a wonderful disposition and let's me know how good a job I'm doing. I'd highly recommend the clinic.

Dr. Bloch is a blessing. Very skilled. 4 teeth extracted. He did such an excellent job. He is very caring. Kat and Taylor were both great assistants. Would highly recommend this dentist/surgeon. Overall office staff so friendly and helpful.

The staff at Acacia Lane Dental are fantastic! They fit me in to their schedule when I had a concern about my gum health. The staff was thorough and I was in and out of the office quite quickly. I would highly recommend their services!

After having driven from Minocqua to the dental clinic for an appointment I discovered I didn't need to come. Both the doctors and staff (Cookie) apologized and gave me a gift certificate for gas and a free visit. They really went out of their way to let me know they were sorry for the inconvenience and expense I experienced. I don't believe I have ever been treated or compensated so well for an error. I feel as though they really do care about my well being. Thank you. You made my day.

I suspected for years that I had sleep apnea, but was finally convinced to find out for sure from the staff at Acacia Lane Dental. Didn't expect that from my dentist, but it's been an absolute lifesaver! (Still not a fan of visits to the dentist, but it always ends up better than anticipated here.)
