👍 Friendly workers, and fun yet busy atmosphere $-$$. Website menu not updated yet for inflation. Small-ish seating space but great fresh food.

No idea how this place has such good reviews. Same review about this place being expensive and not even that good summed up my entire experience perfectly. 17$$!!! For a bacon egg and cheese on a baby roll along with soggy limp greasy fries. The eggs texture was as if they blew it up with air or filled with milk, unseasoned and the fries were like wet noodles. Mind you, for 17$. Low quality ingredients and wasn't even made up for with quantity. I pay 10-13$ for a hero Bacon egg and cheese along with fries at any other deli and ends up being far tastier. The buyers remorse is real. 🙃

Can I give 6 stars? The best sandwich we've had since moving to Pittsburgh from NJ!

Worst service I've ever gotten at any restaurant in America. I called around noon to order something, and the guy on the phone says, real rude, "Uh, we're not doing any cooking here today. Okay?" Like, oh pardon me for assuming this RESTAURANT cooks things... I mean, I've worked in restaurants. He could've said, "The friers are down today," or "The ovens are being cleaned," or "We stop making orders past a certain point in the day." I would've understood. But no, he just treated me like a complete idiot. So then I change my order last minute, and I guess the thing I ordered came with a side of fries. "What did I JUST SAY!?" he asked, all bitter, then laughed at me. Never going back. Screw this place. Oh yeah, and for the owner, it was the day you decided not to "do" any cooking, if that helps narrow it down.

I decided to check this little sandwich shop out because they had Boars head meat I was shocked at the price, $40, and some change. I ordered 3 turkey with provolone cheese sandwiches on regular sliced bread and 3 bottles of water. Nothing special and definitely not worth $40+ . Will not be returning, too expensive, and nothing special. I felt bad for the girl taking our order. She had two big black eyes.

Grilled Reuben, matzo ball soup and Birch Beer are awesome. The potato salad was just kinda ehh.

Absolutely Incredible. I've been going to this place for a couple of years now because of the delicious food and the amazing staff. Today is the 11th anniversary of my brother's death and it left me sick to my stomach. I decided I needed my comfort food (mish mash soup & a ginger ale). When I went to check out, the owner rang me up and my card declined twice, I asked to take off the ginger ale and the total was still more than what I had in cash. The owner told me not to worry about it, he knew I was a regular and would be good for my money the next time I was in. This incredible act of kindness has me crying as I leave this review. These people have incredibly sweet and genuine souls and I will continue to come here and bring my family and friends for as long as I can.
