    Owner and staff helped me get an apartment when I couldn’t find one any where close in the area. Brand new apartments with great amenities such as dish washer, washer, dryer etc.

    I just moved in to the apartment community this week. The manager, Ron, is a quality manager. The place is clean and quiet. Great so far!

    I’ve been a tenant at Pineview since 2018, and I absolutely love it. Great location, helpful staff and beautiful units. The community garden is my favorite!

    The rent is somewhat reasonable, cable and internet are included in the rent. The only thing I don't like is the fact that management don't make tenants move they're vehicles in the winter when management goes to plow.

    A friend just moved into her new apartment there & it's very nice. A lot of storage, big kitchen, etc.

    After waiting for months? Oops, they lost our application. Back to the bottom of the waiting list that is already 6+months long. Gtfoh.
