Very friendly staff and my drink was made just right. My only problem was that I put in a mobile order 15 mins prior to arriving, and still had to wait an additional 15 mins to receive my order. The drive-thru line was very long as well as the line on the inside. If you’re looking for a quick trip, this may not be the Starbucks you would like to stop by.

Tabitha is an awesome employee and really goes above and beyond to make my mornings a bit better! She gives the best recommendations and even made me a custom coffee today that tasted amazing. I know I’m going to have a good morning when it’s her taking my order🖤

Waited a long time in the drive through and when I got to the window.. was handed the wrong drink. My drinks hadn’t been made yet, so waited another 5 for the drinks to be made no big deal. I was suppose I have cold pumpkin cold foam on one drink, clearly wasn’t on my drink and when I asked the employee he said “oh it’s there it just melts in pretty quick” and brushed us off. It was clearly a lie because he didn’t wanna fix the drinks due to being busy. Both drinks immediately tasted awful and have what looks like spoiled/curdled milk in them. I order this exact drink almost very day lately so I know what it’s suppose to look and taste like and this drink was clearly not right. (It was suppose to be an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam)

My visit was enjoyable. The only issue I have had twice is they didn't have Carmel or caramel drizzle for the drinks. Ive visited this location early in the morning and later in the afternoon. It's been the same results. I'm not sure if it's the pandemic or what. It's a little disappointing for sure.

I went to get a white chocolate mocha my cup wasn’t even filled up and no whip like I asked to be sure. I talked to the manager who was EXTREMELY nonchalant. I will not be going back bc if the manager doesn’t sound interested then there’s no point. I got up early just so I could have STARBUCKS only to be disappointed

The dining room regularly closed. Pick-up orders are ready well past the estimated time shown on the app. They are also slow in the drive thru. It's strange. Last year and earlier this year they were efficient and it was always a delight to walk to the location and grab a peppermint mocha.

Although this is my fist time visiting this particular brand. From my experience you can never go wrong with starbucks in general. The staff where friendly and patience as brought up you purchase choice, and the store is itself is rather spacious. Although it was big more active and crowded that is to expected for it choice location and the early time of my arrival

This is probably one of the best Starbucks that I go to. I’ve been to Starbucks all over and I have found none that compares. The staff is usually always nice. They are fast and efficient and my order is almost always right! Highly recommend this location.

Spilled a mocha yesterday all over myself and the car. Today, 5/1/23 at 745AM, the blonde lady working the drive through with the sweetest demeanor and super fast service remembered me, and gave me a free drink for yesterday’s fiasco. You made my day, young lady!

somehow this starbucks consistently delivers the worst and weirdest starbucks experiences. just randomly closing the inside, losing mobile orders, wait times on mobile orders for 30 minutes. it’s just impressive how bad this place has figured out how to be so consistently.

I love the service and atmosphere. All the workers are always super energetic and so sweet. Fast courteous service. Every employee I've encountered goes above and beyond.

I always liked Starbucks until today! I ordered three hot lattes to go. In the end, one coffee was cold and as if from yesterday! Thank you for the lovely coffee!!!

Went in today to get an Iced Vanilla Oak Milk Shaken Expresso. It was made incorrectly, so a staff member remade it for me. After trying to offer the one she made incorrectly back to her to dispose, she sent a rude gesture and addressed me as a child saying, “no boo the garbage can is over there”. I didn’t address the situation, hence I was running late for work. I am an adult and probably old enough to be her mother or aunt. It was rude. Please teach your team members proper customer service etiquette when dealing with the public.

I ordered a venti sized drink. They prepared a grande size. When they realized their error they fixed it by pouring the grande size drink into a venti cup. I'm not very happy.

First time using this location. Took a couple times circling the block to fund the drive through but I found it! 😆 service was quick and the drink was great.
