Updated review Lived here since 2016. Really liked it and liked the garage. To be honest the staff is pretty good. Maintenance answers request right away but it we consistently had heating and cooling issues that took a while to resolve. Despite the nice staff and having so many issues rent has increased drastically. Rent increased 10% from 2022-2023 and now has increased 14%. My rent has increased a combined 26% compared to 2 years ago. Seems pretty absurd. Not sure what justifies such a huge increase I'm sure it's not going to staff. Our appliances were outdated when we moved in, in 2016 and they're even more outdated now. Our counters are still that old school white wood and nothing has been updated over the years. Went to the office to talk about rent increases but they can't or are unwilling to do anything. They were nice but said I'm getting a discount when compared to market rate.

I had the pleasure of living at Bradford Pointe for three years, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the property, community, and staff. The apartments are clean and homey. An attached garage is rare, and such a convenience. The property is always beautiful and well-maintained. With the gated community, it was very quiet and I always felt safe. Every time I entered a work order, maintenance was quick to resolve the problem. During my time, I enjoyed the amenities and events. William and the staff are friendly and helpful! If you are considering calling BP your home, you will not be disappointed!

We lived at Bradford Pointe for 9 years and had a great experience with living there. The BP team was responsive to our requests and quickly addressed any concerns we raised.

I love it here, and that says alot.I am not an easy one to please,very picky and like my home and surroundings to be as beautiful as can be!! That said Bradford Pointe is as close to perfect in every way! The staff, maintance and the community residents are amazing! The property is well maintained and has beautiful. Coi ponds tennis courts pool gym and clubhouse!!! I feel safe and secure with gates and on site security officer! It has been such a great stress free harmonious place tp call home. I look forward to lcalling Bradford Pointe my home for years to come!! Check it out if planning on moving to Overland Park soon as any available homes go quick and the property is usually 99% full. That says ALOT!!! 😺 KITTY AND HENLEY (my fur baby)!

I love where I am. The service for issues inside the apartment has been amazing. The only issue I have is the bushes out front. You have this beautiful pond but the bushes in front of my apartment are dead. I asked for them to be replaced in the spring but was told that this would happen in the fall. It didn't happen. I realize that this is minor but what people see is just as important as the service you provide.

The staff at Bradford Pointe has gone above and beyond to make my mom’s new home wonderful! She has loved there for a year now and they are so attentive and helpful!
