This is by far our favorite Chick Fila location. The owner/operators are extremely friendly and truly care about their customers and employees. The food speaks for itself…ahhmazzinng. The store is always clean and tidy. The employees are super friendly and attentive and always greet us with a smile. We’ve always had great service and will continue to return!

As with pretty much all Chik-fil-As I've been too, service was really great. The food was fresh and tasty. The parking lot at this location can be kind of crazy at times and the line for the drive thru often spills into the road and blocks traffic. They have recently made some changes that has made it better but has not eliminated the issue.

Delicious, hot, succulent chicken. Hot crispy salty fries. Supreme kind service and fast To bring your meal to your Beautiful table and loving environment and the clean floors and walls just light me up like the Fourth of July. The Chick-fil-A sauce is phenomenal and delicious it bubbles on my tongue.This Location is very Clean and we’ll kept.

We tried the grilled chicken nuggets. Very good! Slightly seasoned and very juicy. Always love their waffle fries! There is someone constantly cleaning the dinning area and someone came by and asked if we needed refill on drinks. Really great to see young people working

Food was great. Even though they were very steady and busy, tables counters and floors were all clean. Someone was cleaning at all times and restocking. Friendly service and fast ordering. My nuggets were fresh and perfect temp.

Who wouldn't love this place? For fast food, it's fantastic. The food is consistently served hot and fresh, and the staff is already so friendly. While you might have to endure a brief wait, it's definitely worth it.

Great service, great food for the price. Food is better quality than most fast food, and it's as cheap or cheaper. Always so professional and friendly. They love our kids. My go to for fast food and has been for years

Love chick-fil-a. Place is usually always busy sometimes out to the street due to the food being a town favorite but they have a great line process and once you get up to the window it’s usually a grab and go because it’s always ready.

Best fast food place all around. Clean tables. Clean rest rooms. Polite personnel. Kids they hire tend to have above average IQ. Sbout $10 per adult combo and $6 for kids. The service could be a bit faster if the drinks were self serve and we didn't have to bother the busy cashier for refills, but each method has benefits.

Always fantastic service. The most efficient place to eat in central Springfield. Fresh, fast, and they give their workers Sunday off.
