Marrissa, hands-down, have some of the best customer service I have them in a long time. she made me feel really really comfortable.

The food was very tasty and the waitress was attentive and checked in us often. The soup was hot and delicious. I had my mom and her friend and they needed hot water and the waitress was so patient and kind to us. The place does need a little updating but the service and the staff makes up for it.

Always visiting Olive Garden is a nice experience. This time I used the lunch menu which runs between 11am - 3pm - Soup and Salad. Homemade minestrone and salad tasted like Italian as always. Most importantly, all you can eat (server even asks if you wish more soup or salad) for around $ 8 !!! A place worth recommending.

We were a group of 10 and our waiter was terrific. Food was delicious from apps to meals. Calamari, chicken gnocchi soup, salad, and spaghetti with meatballs just to name a few of our selections. Place is conveniently located off exit 340 in I-57, in Matteson, IL.

Went for a holiday party. The service was great. About half of our wine glasses were dirty, which is pretty disappointing. And some of the replacement glasses were also dirty. I just had unlimited salad - I LOVE their salad and dressing. It's pretty average in my opinion. The facilities were nice and clean though - so no complaints there. I may visit again, but won't go out of my way to do so.

Great dining experience as we celebrated our dear mother's birthday. Food was delicious and well prepared. The service was fantastic and even the manager stopped by our table for small talk. Making our entire dining experience exceptional! Thank you Olive Garden! Keep it up!

They website said no wait which is a good place to add your name to the waiting list before you arrive. When I arrived, I was informed their was a 15-20 minute wait. After only about 4 minutes my name was called and we were seated. The appetizers came very quick and they were delicious and my food was ready not to long after so kudos to the cooks for being so prompt. One small minor issue was that our server, a young guy, should always take the woman's order first and when the food arrive serve her food first. I know it's small but I think it should have been done in that manner.

This used to be a great place, but the lady at the hostess station is abrasive and off putting and the service is ok. Had an order wrong the last two times I went. I didn't complain because I just went with it, but they are going down. I hope the management is taking time to retain.

This was our first time ordering take out from this location and I must say that I’m thoroughly impressed. We placed our order online and chose curb side pick up. The food was ready at the time they said it would be and not one item was missing or incorrect. Our food was still hot once we got home and I noticed that on the take out ticket they checked off every item down to the plastic ware and mints to ensure that nothing was missed. I appreciated the time and attention that was taken with my order to ensure accuracy. We’ll definitely be back after a wonderful experience. Thank you, Destiny! You all made our night easier.

The food was great, but the service was slow. Ordered the kids' food first and appetizers for the table. The kids didn't get their food till everyone got there's, even though I stated the kids were very hungry, please put the order in first. Before we left, my little one needed to use the bathroom. To my horror, there was blood and urine on the bathroom floor leading from the handicap stall. There was an employee in the bathroom when we came in, so I thought she would have someone come and clean it up. I was wrong. We washed our hands and left without him using it. We sat near the entrance for about 10 min, waiting on our group, and no one ever came to clean the bathroom.

Great place. My wife and I ran into Tony, the server for our last two visits there and he always was courteous, professional, and down to earth with us. I hope you guys value him as an employee because employees like him are a fine a dozen.

Me and my daughter place a order on line. Once my daughter arrives to pick up order they informed her someone else came to pick up the order(HOW IS THAT!)Manager Denise stated they don't check for Identification and we must have gave the person our name. Wow how is that and I just moved in this area!. She stated they are closing and I have to wait until tomorrow to speak with manger. Wow when I called she said she was the manager, so why she couldn't refund my money. Poor unprofessional phone and customer service, bad business when people pay for their order online and they give it away to anyone and then they have a bad tone in their voice because of their mistake. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERIN AND MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOW VISIT IN THE FUTURE!

Super annoyed! I waited for my to go food for 30 mins when I had a scheduled pickup time! I wanted to leave so badly without it but I order the food for my covid positive aunts birthday dinner! She was finally able to leave the hospital 2 days b4 her birthday after being there for 2 weeks. She is still under strict quarantine and can not leave her house, so there was no way I was going to go without leaving that food on her doorstep! I would have done 1 star but she said the food taste good. But they surely do not care about your time at the olive garden!

It’s as if they get worse over the years. We’ve ordered from this location several times and each time something is missing from our order. They’ll give you gift cards and tell you to come back and still mess up your food. Just check your order whenever you come here.

The waiter was awesome. We had soup and salad for lunch. The only problem was how they seated people. We were put in a small area with 4 booths. The restaurant was empty so they lumped us all together. Towards the end of our lunch they put a small child in that small area whose parents could not control. He was screaming at the top of his lungs so they let him run around the restaurant and everytime they brought him back he screamed even louder. So we paid the check and left and so did the other table next to us. I get kids will be kids but why would you put all of us on top of each other. He was screaming so loud that I couldn't here the person I was having lunch with.They tried to put another couple in the 4th booth but they refused and demanded to be seated elsewhere.

Ordered the soup and salad and really enjoyed both. I always order the Chicken Alfredo but wanted to eat light. The soup was delicious and the salad was fresh. Looking forward to eating there again soon.

I recently had the opportunity to eat here while traveling on business. I was pleasantly surprised to find this location has the best tasting food I've had at an Olive Garden location in a long time. We had a very friendly and attentive server and overall a wonderful experience. I wish all of their location were as nice.

The 6oz sirloin and Fettuccine Alfredo was very good 😊 the drink Blue Amalfi was tasty

I miss a lot of the old dishes they used to have on the menu, but I’ve only ever had good experiences at Olive Garden. This location was no different in that regard. I felt badly our server was a bit flustered when he got assigned to us, we had been seated by the hostess but no server had been told we were there, so he picked us up when already really busy after we sat for about 15 minutes without anyone coming by.

It was great, and affordable.

Don’t recommend. Table seats were not clean, asked for plastic ware and never got it.. I was solo.. my waiter only gave me two breadsticks then when I asked for more bread I was only brought out one bread stick… like is this a joke? Won’t ever return to this location again, gross. The manager was nice though

Had a great late meal here with wife and daughter. Our kiddo loves the fettuccini alfredo and wife and I enjoy the soup and salad. Our hostess was not super polite but we made it works and she accommodated our request to seat at a booth. Our waitress was super attentive and you could tell she knew what she was doing. Not only grab our orders efficiently but before we knew it our food was at our table.

I really enjoyed my Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara and Chicken Gnocchi soup! But what was really great was our server Sarah. She was polite, bubbly, helpful, and brought us everything we asked. She also checked on us several times, but without being the least bit obnoxious! It's hard to get great service these days so Sarah was an absolute joy!! She should be promoted because she understands great customer service, that shapes a diner's experience!

My grandma and I just had a delicious lunch at this location. We are not Olive Garden regulars (been maybe twice since I moved here 7 years ago), but I will definitely be going back. The food was great, as was the service we received. Our server was personable, kind, funny, and so attentive. I'm bummed that I didn't get her name to personally recognize her. She made our dining experience a pleasure.

Chelsea was awesome despite other unresponsible customers. She was bubbly, kept a smile on her face, and handled the rude customers very well. The food was delicious 😋. Don't mind returning.

I opted for carry out, the staff was very helpful and efficient. I ordered soup, salad, and chicken marsala. My wait time was normal for a freshly prepared meal that was ordered on the spot in person. Placing your order in advance online or over the phone is also an option. I was extremely pleased to see that my order was complete and packed with care. My salad was good and cold. While my soup and pasta were steaming hot. I was impressed with the generous portions and the fact that my soup stayed securely packed while in transit. I had 4 warm breadsticks secure in a foil bag. My utensils were thoughtfully wrapped in a plastic bag along with napkins and packets of cheese. My meal was fresh, hot, properly packed, complete, and satisfying.

I’m just sharing my awesome experience only to compliment my waitress Simone and the service I received from her and the manager was nothing short of amazing. The food was excellent! Simone was welcoming and gave me recommendations. She has the perfect smile and a great attitude. I will ask for her everytime. She is the perfect example of what an excellent server is! The manager was also great and asked me how my experience was. I highly recommend this particular Olive Garden. I live in Minneapolis, but work out of Chicago, so finding a place to feel appreciated is a must. What’s that Olive Garden saying? “When You Are Here, You’re Like Family.” This definitely lived up to that and exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for the great experience! All our food was good and came out quickly. Christina was our server and she was amazing! Super sweet kept us laughing and was really on top of her game. I have heard a lot of bad reviews from friends about this location but I will definitely be back because of Christina.

I sat for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while waitress after waitress walked by. I went to the manager and asked to be moved. I was moved and still not acknowledged after a few more minutes. I just walked out. I worked at plenty of restaurants and one of the most important rules is a prompt greeting and acknowledgement. Placing of a napkin so that there is no mistake that you were at least greeted (usually 1 or 2 minutes) . If the waitress was overwhelmed them perhaps the manager or coworker can at least greet the table for her. Anyways I do not recommend this location.

I’d say my experience was 3.5 / 5 starts but figure I’d give 4 starts to round it out No wait on a Friday evening. Great. Had plenty of parking. Nice hosted we’re kind. My waitress who’s name was Rachel/Rayshell or similar sorry I have bad name memory - but she was kind, thought it seemed she was a bit out of energy. She did get my orders right and asked me throughout if I was doing okay. The Ziti was yummy. Very filling, be cautious haha. Eggplant Parmigiana was delish. Spaghetti wasn’t my favorite - I am picky eater tho, it seemed undercooked a bit. Maybe I should’ve asked for more cheese but it wasn’t anyones fault I am picky. The Eggplant had a bit much of cheese on it, but overall delish. I also had the Chicken and a gnocchi soup and that was delicious too as were the breadsticks. The breadsticks and soup will fill u up so be cautious haha. I did feel a bit rushed at the end when the waitress was getting the payment screen ready / but I was able to sit for a few minutes after I paid. I had a sprite and lemon water that was good too. I will come back and do recommend.

Had a wonderful experience at this Olive Garden on 12/30. Food was fresh, order was correct, and most importantly, our waitress Simone was phenomenal. She regularly came up to our table to see if we needed anything and was very friendly and accommodating. At one point, each time she came to our table, I had to ask her for something. Instead of being bothered or irritated, Simone was happy to help and went the extra mile. Everything was amazing because of the excellent service.

Order half gallon of soup, my whole house has some kind of virus. NOT covid thank goodness, but we really needed something hot. Got the Zuppa Toscana it is really good, hot and hearty!! Thanks Olive 🫒 🤗

Not great service, food was bland. Pasta had little no no Alfredo sauce had to ask for some by the time I got sauce noodles were cold. Small portion large price!. Salad and fresh bread only thing I will eat there going forward!!

Unfortunately had a very poor experience. Server was very inattentive and barely came by the table. You would think a restaurant known for it's unlimited soups and salads and refills would have somebody checking to make sure they're being tended to on those things along with ordering the neverending pasta but unfortunately we were not. I don't completely blame the server but she could of did a bit more than she did because we weren't the only table that had very little attention given to us.

Like the location and customer service but the food seems a little watered down. The Alfredo sauce, which is normally my favorite, taste like seasoned water. This is one of my favorite places to go but maybe it was just a few bad days. I'll try again when I have a taste for it. Not taking anything away from this place because it's not a bad place. I still like it and just will try again another day.

CJ/Clinton is a fantastic waiter. Had a table of 8, he was extremely attentive to us, so kind and very professional. Anytime I go out somewhere I always hope for a waiter like him!!! What a lovely time I had at Olive Garden. We had passed the one in Lansing or on Torrance and the line was out of the door and also the parking lot was packed! With social distancing I did not see this as a good thing! We made a detour to the one is Matteson, no crowd, no stress, got right in and was seated and was in a section by ourselves. This was on a Saturday evening. Our waitress Jasmine was so very awesome!! I so very much enjoyed the food and experience at the time we are in.. Awesome!! Thank you Matteson Olive Garden!🤗

My boyfriend and I were seated right away. Our server brought me a sample of the Miscato, which was fantastic! The salad and breadsticks were fresh. Our dinners were hot and delicious. We were too full for dessert--wanted to try the brownie lasagna!

Great wait staff but who the heck put salt on breadsticks they put salt on everything way too much even in the salad the dressing was so loaded with sodium couldn't eat it the soup wasn't too bad but the sauces on the pasta were loaded with salt sorry not coming back

This is the first time at this restaurant. We usually go to the Olive Garden in Orland Park! However, becauce our granddaughter came in from Tennessee and we decided to meet her here just off interstate i57. When we arrived till the time we left the people there were excellent food was great and they were very attentive to what we requested or what our needs were. We did not not feel rushed to order or leave we sat and had a nice casual conversation. As you can see from the pictures we did have some fun while we were here!

I admire this spot! They have splendid meals, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is well trained, I enjoy a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the customers is efficient. I visit often this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. Highly recommended.
