Once a week I treat myself to Clustertruck for my lunch at work, so convenient & easy! They’ve always exceeded my expectations & the food is amazing, portion sizes are more than fair, they’re always so nice & friendly when they deliver & I love being able to activity track my order and it’s progress!

ClusterTruck is a unique food experience in downtown Kansas City that you have to try. They are delivery only service and they do it well. ClusterTruck has a vast menu. I haven’t found anything I didn’t love! My favorite is the Chilled Vietnamese bowl. We order all the time for lunch at work. The portions are huge and the food is always delicious. If you are in the area I highly recommend trying it. You won’t be disappointed and may become addicted!

ClusterTruck has awesome food and the delivery business model is genius. However, they recently raised the price of their entire menu which (for me) pushes it out of the affordable range. Big bummer because they have great food that always hits the spot. Will definitely miss ordering from CT.

Always a great option while I’m at work downtown! They are always super fast, and I love their system where you track where your order is at. They text you when they are on their way and the drivers are always so nice too! And of course, the food is also super tasty and they have so many options! Love ClusterTruck!!

Outstanding local business on all fronts. The food truly is superior and incredibly reasonable. I have had a full range of items from salads that were plentiful in freshness, variety, and ingredients to the roasted chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and moist and dripping with goodness, so many robust flavors! The Pad Thai was great when I was sick and on a gluten free diet, again, full of flavor and ingredients! I have had numerous deliveries over the last several years. Each driver was patient, courteous, pleasant, and on time!!

ClusterTruck has a great variety of breakfast and lunch options. Everything I have tried (breakfast, salads, sandwiches, pizza, wings, etc....) is really tasty and is delivered quickly. They have excellent customer service and a great customer loyalty points program. You can even do a group order where each person pays for their own food. I highly recommend ClusterTruck! This is my favorite place. I order from here multiple times a month. I get the same delivery driver usually (Edwin) and he is always so kind. Their delivery estimates are always accurate. I've only had an issue once and someone reached out in minutes to solve it for me. And that's all without even mentioning their food!! It's all amazing, comes warm. I can't stop eating their Mac and cheese. I'm about to move an hour away and the thing I'm most sad about is being far away from Cluster Truck 😭💗

I am extremely loyal and hooked to cluster truck! They’re always quick with the delivery (I live downtown), the food is soooo good, there’s so much variety, and I can’t even think of an order with an error. If there were any errors, the service made up for it — outstanding! I hope ClusterTruck continues to grow. My friends tried it at my house and they’re so jealous you’re not in their region…YET!

We have done group orders and tried many different things and absolutely EVERYTHING was delicious!! The food is fresh and hot when you receive it. It’s by far the best delivered food in the city! Highly recommend the hummus, the Pad Thai, the chicken makhani, the salmon (both kinds!), the pizza & the chicken strips!

I just tried this for the first time, and it was fantastic! The yellow curry was tasty, plentiful, and pretty spicy. The variety of options struck me as a bit odd at first. But the quality of this was top-notch, so I look forward to trying some other things. I did pickup, so it took me a bit to figure out where to go. But it is a very easy location to park and pick up now that I know.

Love the ease of cluster truck while working. I’m a sucker for the buffalo mac, but I also really like the wraps. The delivery fees are included so the tip you leave goes to your driver. They do a curbside meet, which is very easy. The website will give you tracker updates on the location of the driver so I’m never waiting long for my food. One time I was delivered the wrong item, customer service was super quick and resolved the issue timely.

Great experiences with Cluster Truck. So many options to choose from and the food has always been excellent! We do a lot of group orders in our office and everyone has been very happy with the quality of the food and service.

Loved this option to order take out for the whole family while hanging at the hotel. When ordering for a family, sometimes the most challenging thing is to get everyone to agree on what restaurant or type of food to order. With ClusterTruck, there were SO MANY OPTIONS! Something for everyone, even picky eaters, to choose from and even customize. Easy ordering and delivery - everyone was satisfied with their choices: Veggie wrap, chicken Mediterranean wrap, burger and fries. Fan favorite were the churros for dessert.

They have great food for a delivery, and comparing them to other delivery chains isn't even fair. Other delivery options cost much more and food arrives cold. This place is top notch on delivery hot and fresh food. I thank them for the care and work they put into the foods.

Said it would only take 40-50 minutes took an hour and a half and I never got my food driver said they rang the door bell and left it on the porch but I was under the impression that It was curbside only which I liked because I thought it prevented situations like this but I guess not. Starving out 30 bucks waited an hour and a half and still no food or even at least a refund. Really sucks because I loved their food but this is kinda crazy

Amazing food ! So flavorful and well proportioned. Not greasy and always fresh. GREAT line of communication when ordering as well as delivery drivers. They keep you up to date on timing s d even let you know what vehicle so look for. My food has consistently came in the 15-25 minute time frame that was estimated. I’ve eaten here 5-6 times at least already and will continue to do so. Great option when I’m tied up in the office and don’t get a chance to leave. Thank you ClusterTruck !

ClusterTruck never disappoints. Great food - taste, temperature and the servings are more than enough. Delivery is timely and the drivers are super kind. A great option when you forgot your lunch or do want to go out in the less than perfect weather.

Great selection of food, there is something for everyone. We have ordered from Cluster Truck a few times now and every time, the food has arrived when requested, the drivers I have personally interacted with are courteous, the food arrives hot and but MOST important, the food is delicious!!!! I'd highly recommend Cluster Truck. The food is good (the cuban and buffalo chicken wrap are my favorite). Delivery is usually quick, often within 15-30 minutes. Staff/delivery drivers are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to questions or concerns. They also do a great job of following any delivery instructions you provide.

We tried Cluster Truck for the first time and this was for a company meeting (pretty brave, right?). The menu offered a nice variety for everyone and everyone raved about the food! The delivery was seamless. I would highly recommend and we will use them again.

I definitely recommend Cluster Truck. it is one of my favorite lunch time spots. If you live or work in the downtown KC area, definitely try it out. They only deliver, which is a major convenience for me and my unpredictable work schedule. The food is always fresh and the delivery is usually pretty fast. The Buffalo Chicken wrap, buffalo wings, and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich are my favs!! The fried rice, pizza, and Pad Thai are also good. Heck, the whole menu is probably great. They haven't disappointed me yet and the menu keeps growing. I only wish they had more locations and/or delivered to Eastern Jackson County so that I could order for dinner also. You can also earn points when you order to use toward future purchases.

Cluster truck is my favorite place to order for work! I use the group ordering function to order lunch for work meetings, and even with 16 orders, there have been no mistakes! There are so many food options, everyone can order what they want. The food is always delicious, fresh, and the right temperature. The prices are very reasonable and they deliver right to your curb! I love that everything is labeled with the food name and who ordered it. It makes passing out food so easy!

I order from ClusterTruck all the time because 1. The food is just that good. Mexican, American, Asian, pizza, breakfast, you really cannot go wrong with anything on the menu and if you're ordering with someone else, you do not have to agree on just one type of food. 2. It's such a good experience. They work extra hard on having a great app, quick delivery, new menu items, and awesome customer service. I love the group order option to share delivery but order and pay separately. I feel lucky to live and work within the service area.

I’m thrilled that I’m in The ClusterTruck delivery radius. Every meal I’ve ordered has arrived piping hot and has been delicious. The chocolate chip cookies are amazing! My grandson liked the pizza we ordered so much he asked if we could order it for the next night. I highly recommend this local company!

Fantastic food and portion sizes. Only thing I would change is to make the queso a little thicker but it still tasted great. Everything was warm and crispy, there wasn’t any quality loss since it was delivered. Must have!!
