I
came
to
Chad
after
3
years
of
running/working
out
on
my
own.
I
played
soccer
at
a
D1
school
and
so
had
pretty
decent
knowledge
of
what
I
needed
to
do/technique
to
workout
however
I
was
feeling
frustrated
that
my
fitness
had
plateaued
-
its
a
lot
harder
to
do
it
w/o
someone
there
to
push
you,
ya
know
:).
I
knew
I
needed
to
have
someone
who
could
push
me
and
give
me
a
different
training
to
my
routine.
I
was
hesitant/unwilling
to
pay
for
a
gym
membership,
as
I
wouldn't
have
the
responsibility
to
show
up,
plus
I
am
not
a
fan
of
crowds
so
I
knew
a
one
on
one
was
what
I
was
needing.
So
I
looked
up
trainers
in
the
KC
area
and
Chad
was
by
far
the
highest/best
rated
trainer
(bonus
pts
I
lived
near
the
studio).
So
I
called
Chad
and
setup
a
meeting
with
him.
Since
Chad
had
mentioned
about
offering
couples
training
session,
I
convinced
my
best
friend
(who
didn't
have
much
experience
in
lifting)
to
come
join
me!!
And
let
me
tell
you,
Chad
was
the
perfect
for
both
of
us.
He
customized
my
training
every
session
to
keep
things
interesting
and
challenging
for
me.
Additionally
he
was
able
to
keep
up
with
my
energy
and
also
match/customize
the
training
for
my
best
friend
as
well!
We
both
loved
going
to
our
training
sessions
and
definitely
saw
improvement
of
our
fitness!
Chad
has
a
great
personality
and
it's
easy
to
stay
engaged,
motivated,
and
accountable
while
working
with
him.
I
can't
recommend
him
highly
enough!
