    I've been working with Chad for about 10 months. Chad's workouts include a solid fifty-five minutes of stretch, strength, and cardio. I'm 57 and find Chad's customized approach to what works for my body, while still pushing it, to be quite refreshing! I had shoulder surgery in my twenties and as an adult, it can (and does) be problematic in my workouts. Chad has modified my upper body workouts accordingly and I have much more strength and flexibility in my shoulder than I've had in years! Chad is knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend him!

    I have been training with Chad for 9 months and have gotten great results! My goal was to improve my health and become stronger. Weight loss was not my main objective, but I’ve lost almost 10 pounds and several inches from my waist. Chad motivates me to increase my activity level, weight amounts and repetitions each week. He is also knowledgeable about nutrition and answers all my questions during my sessions. I’m stronger, more fit and have lots of energy! Chad is great to workout with and continues to help me reach my fitness goals. He’s a wonderful, dedicated coach!

    Chad is a great trainer. I have medical issues and he is always willing to adjust the workouts to my needs. In saying that, he has helped me lose 20 pounds and gain muscle. I feel great and owe that to Chad.

    I have been working out with Chad for over a year. I have a demanding schedule and Chad has been able to accommodate my work out times to fit. He has also been available via video visits which has been very productive. During my time working with Chad, I have lost over 20 lbs and feel great. For those looking for a professional personal trainor, look no further.

    I came to Chad after 3 years of running/working out on my own. I played soccer at a D1 school and so had pretty decent knowledge of what I needed to do/technique to workout however I was feeling frustrated that my fitness had plateaued - its a lot harder to do it w/o someone there to push you, ya know :). I knew I needed to have someone who could push me and give me a different training to my routine. I was hesitant/unwilling to pay for a gym membership, as I wouldn't have the responsibility to show up, plus I am not a fan of crowds so I knew a one on one was what I was needing. So I looked up trainers in the KC area and Chad was by far the highest/best rated trainer (bonus pts I lived near the studio). So I called Chad and setup a meeting with him. Since Chad had mentioned about offering couples training session, I convinced my best friend (who didn't have much experience in lifting) to come join me!! And let me tell you, Chad was the perfect for both of us. He customized my training every session to keep things interesting and challenging for me. Additionally he was able to keep up with my energy and also match/customize the training for my best friend as well! We both loved going to our training sessions and definitely saw improvement of our fitness! Chad has a great personality and it's easy to stay engaged, motivated, and accountable while working with him. I can't recommend him highly enough!

    I haven't worked out after being out of college for 4 years, but a friend dragged me to workout with Chad. It was a great experience for me as I knew how to work out, but Chad was able to curtail a routine that was effective for me. I suggest to give it a try, he was accommodating, flexible and knowledgeable with his training and schedule.

    I started working with Chad 1 year ago this month. I was trying to get my body prepared for a total hip replacement the next month. I could not stand or walk properly due to the consistent pain, that had been going on for 2 years. Chad was great working within my limitations and at the same time strengthening me while increasing my endurance for the best possible preparation for a major surgery. After surgery he knew exactly how hard to push & steadily increase my body to a full recovery. Presently I maintain 2x a week workouts with no pain or restrictions. His expert training has gotten me back in great shape.

    I’ve been training with Chad for over a year, 3 times a week. I’m 61 and had lost strength over the years. Chad mixes strength, flexibility and cardio so that time moves along quickly. My strength is great and I have no plans to stop as I’m not likely to maintain a consistent strength routine on my own. Plus he lets me play my playlist!

    Absolutely phenomenal! Aside from Chad being a great trainer and keeping me in great shape/healthy, he’s a wonderful Christian man with high values and a beautiful heart. Have never had a cancellation from him or heard anything vulgar from him. He’s truly a blessing!

    I appreciate the weekly video meetings, which are high yield and to the point. Had been on a rut for several months, but with some tweaking of my macros and fiber intake, we were able to break through and continue my weight loss journey. Definitely worth the investment- if you follow his instructions!

    Chad is the best!! He has worked miracles with me. I’ve never had arm muscles before, but I do now!! He has worked on strengthening my legs to alleviate knee pain and has really made a difference in my posture. I’ve been seeing him for 6 months and can’t wait to see what 6 more will bring!!

    I have been working out with Chad for just under a year now. From the first consultation with him, I was impressed with his knowledge of exercise physiology and his personal approach to me as a client. He listened to what my goals were and has crafted a workout regimen to achieve those goals. Not only does he focus on physical activity, but he also provides me with regular nutritional advice and reminds me that fitness is more than just reps. He is flexible and accommodating and he makes working out fun. I have gained muscle and strength and I feel healthier than I have in the last 20 years and I owe that completely to Chad!

    Chad has been my trainer for about 3 months and he is a wonderful personal trainer. He is flexible to work with and knows how to push you towards your goals and tailor workouts accordingly. He even checks in during the weekends through his app to send cool workout videos and more to help me meet my goals. I’ve improved a lot with strength and speed in just a few months of training. Couldn’t recommend him enough! It has been fun working with you Chad! Thank you for the great work :)

    Coach Chad is amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable and an exceptional personal trainer. I started working with Chad in October of 2021. He acknowledged where I was physically and mentally, and has made me stronger. He has been positive, patient and encouraging throughout the process. He reminds me that my path to wellness is a journey and not a race. If you need help and encouragement on your wellness journey, I highly recommend Coach Chad!
