I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a trek with Trip Margadarshak, and I must say, it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. I cannot emphasize enough how poorly this organization handled the entire trip. First and foremost, their lack of knowledge about the main places we were supposed to visit was astonishing. It was evident that they did not bother to do their research or keep themselves updated about the status of these places. As a result, we ended up missing out on some of the most important and anticipated spots on the trek because they were either closed or inaccessible. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and preparation on their part. What added insult to injury was the exorbitant price they charged for this subpar trek. Considering the key places were skipped and the overall experience was marred by their lack of knowledge and poor time management, the cost was absolutely unjustifiable. I would have expected a much higher level of service and expertise for the amount of money we paid. All in all, I strongly advise against using Trip Margadarshak for any trekking adventures. Their lack of knowledge about the places they claim to guide you through, coupled with their poor time management and high prices, make them a dreadful choice for anyone seeking a fulfilling and enjoyable trekking experience. Save yourself the disappointment and look for more reputable and knowledgeable trek organizers elsewhere.

It was truly an experience I'd remember forever . Right from the pickup to the drop it was just amazing . We went for the Sharavati Trek and what a beautiful sight to behold the Uttarkannada region is !! The offbeat waterfall treks , the excitement to reach there after a hectic trekking through slippery terrains was such an adventure . The trek organisers make it a point you have the best experience ever , the homestays and the homely food is something I'll never forget . All in all a must visit.

I had an outstanding trekking experience with Trip Margadarshak! The two days I spent trekking to unexplored waterfalls were absolutely fantastic. The trek leaders were exceptional and played a crucial role in making this adventure memorable. Their guidance, knowledge of the terrain, and dedication to safety were top-notch. The highlight of the trek was undoubtedly the last waterfall, which felt like the perfect combination of gulab jamun and ice cream โ€“ a sweet treat for the senses! The entire journey was well-organized, and the trek leaders ensured that everyone had a great time. I highly recommend Trip Margadarshak to anyone looking for an adventurous trekking experience. It's clear that they prioritize the safety and enjoyment of their participants, and I look forward to joining them on more treks in the future. Keep up the excellent work!

Had been to Uttarakannada expedition with them. Even though there were around 100 people, they made sure that not more than 20 people of their team were at specific location. They even contacted the other trekking groups in that areas and informed them of our time of arrival so that there wonโ€™t be any clashes.hats off to their planning. Coming to the locations, it was dreamy, still canโ€™t believe that I have visited these places. The trek leads , the people i met , the local foodโ€ฆit was a bundle of joy

I found them not planned.. everything was happening like on the go kinda. One of the night accomodation was like we are cattles, and kept in basement dorm room where the rooms were stinking of poop (we were told we will be staying near beach homestay with bonfire and all). The trek leads were very new and they didn't know what was happening half of the time. Their leader use to call them like 15-20mins befor to tell them what the group needs to do next. Trek wise, we had two good treks and the waterfall locations were amazing. The local cuisine was nice on day 1. Rest days the food was just ok. I hope they don't take any of the members who enroll for granted.. people who come for trek surely accomodate but the patience should not be tested.

This is the first trek I went with @trip Margadarshak. I would say I thoroughly enjoyed the trip . It was an amazing and unforgettable experience. PROS are weather, their knowledge about the places and the efforts they put to complete the trek as expected, food provided by them. Cons are nothing major . If i must say, I will say that itinerary is not strictly followed) and we were not ware abt our travel (bus/train) information till the last hour. As a whole, we all enjoyed the trip and I would strongly recommend everyone to experience a trek with @Trip Marghadarshak

    - Beautiful unexplored locations. - Lunch was poorly managed. Instead of providing lunch in lunch boxes, we were made to have lunch after treks around 5pm. - Very poor stay for one night. Lodge was in basement with no ventilation and stinking of sewage water. Dirty water seepage on walls. 6 bathrooms for 50 people was too less. On retaliation, better stay was arranged the next day. - Itinerary was not followed for the first day. We were made to visit locations that were not in plan and skipped the ones that were. Lot of miscommunication. Trek lead was blaming organizers for it and organizers were not reachable.

The trek spots and guides were good. The accommodation provided was not great. It was below the basement in a hotel which was stinky. We were taken to shady lodge after we got down from station to freshen up. In some cases the food options were limited. We were provided with tamarind rice for breakfast and lemon rice for lunch with no accompaniment. The trip was a bit chaotic with changing plans and less planning.
