Dunkin’ has done it again with out standing service. If it’s not what you order they will get it right! Great Customer service on 1/31/22. Thank you to the ladies who work that day! Keep up the good work.

For the most part this is a good place. I believe all Dunkin's are watering down their drinks because the coffee is not as strong as in the past.

I'm telling y'all this is the best Dunkin I ever went to honestly their coffee tastes like heaven in my mouth, and all the workers are very respectful!

Good food but not very friendly. Update: really depends on who you get. Sucked, coffee was good.

As a previous daily Customer, Banana man is Great.. But the manager in the white shirt with his hair slicked back always seems incompetent. He’s so clueless about what he is doing. Consistently interrupting you when you place your order in the drive through and then messes your order up. There has been multiple occasions when I received coffee with no flavor, but I ALWAY orders two different flavors in my coffee (usually vanilla and caramel but for the holidays I do pumpkin and caramel). Now if you correct him at the ordering screen in advance, his response will be “I’ve been doing this for over 20 years” and have an attitude about it. After that last time, we have not and WILL NOT be going back. If you want excellent service don’t go to the one by Stemmers on Eastern, hit the newer Dunkin on the corner of North Marlyn and Eastern instead. They are on point every single time

I don't recommend the strawberry dragonfruit refresher. I had previously never had one before until about a week ago when a friend surprised me with Door dash breakfast from Dunkin. I tried the refresher and it was pretty good but I got really sick after and ended up having to go to the ER due to the severity of my symptoms. I didn't really associate the sickness with the DDrefresher until I got another one today and started having the exact same symptoms directly after taking a few sips. Obviously I've stopped drinking it and hope the symptoms will go away without me having to go back to the hospital but anyway.. something is not right with those refreshers 🤢🤮

This Dunkin is the absolute go to! Amazing and kind staff, Quick and efficient serving, and very friendly and joyful staff! Love coming here to start my day and will continue to come! Keep up the great work!

For me, this was my first time visiting Dunkin’ in this location. And to my surprise, this Dunkin’ restaurant was more spacious than another Dunkin’ located at 901 Middle River Road (or was it just me?). Overall, the restaurant was clean, my app-ordered beverage was ready on time, and the Dunkin’ Team Members were busy dealing with curbside pickup orders, yet they were presentable and courteous to every customer.

I've stopped by this particular Dunkin Donuts quite often because it's on my way home from work (going through the drive the). The last time I was there I questioned the price of my order. The gentleman who waited on me completely disregarded my question and proceeded to tell me my total and hurried me along. ***If you need to contact them, please don't use the number because no one will answer the phone.**** I have encountered some polite staff there, but the last few times it's been the very unfriendly gentleman. From now on I will go out of my way to go to the one in Caroll Island. I've only had wonderful interactions with them.

I know the early morning weekday shift is awesome! The employees are always very nice and courteous.
