I thought highlantown clinic was the worst. I was wrong ! This place is hell. Their staff is so rude, lady in the office is the worst. I wait more than a month for this appointment and she gave me another appointment at highlantown I have to wait again for more than a month now. This is ridiculous!!! I saw a lot of people needing help and their staff just ignore them. This is the last place in earth you should consider to get medical services. I wish I could give no ⭐️ 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

So I get there at 12:45 to have blood work done saw a note saying that the lab went on lunch break at 11:45 well it's now 1:30 & no one is here to do blood work I had a ride waiting on me who also was on his lunch break and had to leave..this is unacceptable

They'd rather keep you in pain and accuse you of trying to get opioids, then being a doctor and actually treating you. A spinal injury is one of the worst injuries a person can have, but even after they have clear evidence of it, they accuse me. And I never even mentioned ANY type of medication to them. I only told them that the previous medication they prescribed does not work. This is shameful. They don't write the referrals they can write, but instead send you to a specialist who ends up telling you that your doctor was just lazy and could have wrote that referral for you.

Comfortable giving them a star. Treatment is ok but waiting times are unacceptable. You check-in and you stay at the lobby for at least 40 mins (when they are not busy), waiting to be called. They call you to the back and the tech takes your vitals (sometimes. Other times they instruct you to step on the scale and ask you to read the numbers for them because they do not want to come over and check). Once they leave the room the provider takes another 40-60 minutes before they come to your room for a maximum 2 minutes with you. Overall you spend at least 2 hours in here for a maximum 4 minutes interaction with the whole team. 🤧

5/15/23 My sons GF has been waiting for her papers to be signed off bye her obyn. These papers were dropped off on 4/26/23. We have called multiply times. To only to get the run around. THESE ARE IMPORTANT PAPERS IT'S FOR HER JOB. She V.G. delivered on 4/15 Thank you, Grandmother of the baby.

I would give a zero if I could. My daughter had a virtual appointment last week because she could not go into the clinic due to her condition. She needs a return to school/work note. I have called several times. I left a message with the complaint office. No response. You cannot reach the clinic directly. The scheduling office told me the best way I can get this note is to drive to the location on the other side of town. What is the whole purpose of virtual if I have to drive to the location. Never again.

Horrible place nobody can answer a phone no body can give you the right info or direct you to the right person! These people will piss you off on purpose and give you disrespectful attitudes and hang up on you.

Yesterday was my 10 month old baby appointment & I was 15 minutes your allowed 20 minutes grace period when I got to the clinic I was only 15 minutes late & the started taking other patients in my grace period she told me she taking 2 patients then him my 10 month old has an eye infection & couldn’t even be seen dr. Sadat is sorry excuse for a doctor & the supervisor Donna allowed her to do & did nothing about I would the people who’s in charge of the facility reach out to me to discuss consequences because this is unacceptable

Call center wait times are extreme your lucky if they answer -Front desk staff horrible it will be a line of people waiting to check in they just talking won’t assist folks on kiosk that need - long wait times can’t get a referral same day they tell you they’ll fax it or send to your home never do the referral line never answers voicemail after voicemail

This place is horrible Front desk is OK but the staff is lazy. I’m professional, laughing talking while patients are waiting they’re very unprofessional took a test Dr. Gillian Owens never follow through never received the test result. Had to call twice. Still never got a return call had to make a same-day appointment come in. I’m only giving this one star because of Miss Donna Enright helped me with giving me another appointment, which is the next day after I was already in there, but grateful for that, but it’s a very inconvenient very unprofessional place and I would not extend this place to anyone else

They give you incorrect phone numbers, doctors don’t send labwork requests and they rarely answer the phones when you find the right phone number.

I want to say that my father is a patient here and he was given medication from doctors here just to be taken back off from another doctor here, first they say my father has low blood pressure, then high, then non existent, then back to high, I had 2 times where they were supposed to call his script in and they didn't, the first time after calling 5 times he finally got it the second time was this past time, i called a few times with no response and now my father is in the hospital in a coma from having a massive stroke from high blood pressure, I called to tell the doctor and what do you know, still no call back I have faith in God that my father will make it and once he does he will never go to this place again.

Cancelled my appointment the last minute which was the day of and didn't even considered rescheduling me. Very unprofessional

I have a wonderful experience at this facility except for the day I met with a very nasty aide who harrased me and I made sure I spoke to the supervisor about it. This lady was so unprofessional and rude to me.I was reassured she would never do anything for me again as I requested that.

I will go to rosedale Bms over highland town anytime rosedale is much more cleaner , organized and you get seen faster . 8/10 for me .

If I could leave no stars I absolutely would After eight years I am finally switching pediatricians and will not ever step foot at BMS again . They are not up to date on their systems and medical charts Do not care about patients no matter if they are pediatrics or Adult I hope they get their Rosedale location shut down or half the staff fired . I’ve never in mylife experienced the most ignorance and disrespect ever

the physicians assistant called me “big” rubbed my stomach and asked if i was pregnant. if your sentence starts with “i’m not trying to be rude..” YOURE BEING RUDE i’m very self conscious and aware of my weight. as a caregiver do better … also Dr. Mohammed talked to me for 6 minuets and that was it? 0/10

Bad service, very bad clinic, I don't understand, they make things done and they are the supposed doctors and they are so angry, I don't understand, they should give good care, and if not, they should change the staff, very bad clinic.
