I have been living here for almost 2 years now and it's honestly the best apartments I have lived in Maryland. The office personnel are super nice, helpful, and show that they care about their tenants. The maintenance crew is friendly and quick in fixing any issues in your home. The area is super beautiful and safe. I highly recommend Harborside Village! Thank you staff for making my stay here truly awesome(:

Harborside village is the best place I have ever lived and I have lived at quite a few apartment complexes over the years! The office staff is very pleasant and professional, maintenance is very thorough and get the job done quickly and correctly! They care about their residents and make that know! It’s a beautiful property located right on the water! We have a beautiful swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, state of the art fitness center! I’m so happy I chose this as my home!

I have been a resident with harborside village apts for 7 months now. No complaints at all from me. I love it here from the environment, to the staff, to even my neighbors. The staff is so great, sweet, kind, excellent in what they do. They understand you and care for each of their residents.Hands down the best apartment complex in Harford County. They take pride in what they do around here. Harborside Village takes care of there residents they have different activities every month for residents to do. They give little presents and leave them at your front door. This is far the best place in Harford County to live and I lived in harford county most my life. Harborside Village is a great, quiet place to live. I appreciate everything they do for us here. At the time Judith, Jamie got me into being a resident here and let me say she went above and beyond. I had applied and said I would be on the waiting list thought it was going to be a long time before I know it they called me within 2 months and got me an apartment in my budget range. The apartments are very immaculate and very spacious. All the staff goes above and beyond. I honestly never had an apartment complex treat their residents like they have. I am sure that I will be staying here for the long haul. I appreciate and love Harborside Village.

The staff are beautiful professional people and are very kind and patient they deserve 5 stars. Ms Alyse and Ms Williams stand out and were helpful throughout the process. The apartments looks like they did when I was a kid so I gave them 4 stars. I'm not a fan of white appliances I think it looks old fashioned. Also the closet in the master bedroom did not have a door. The location is awesome and the view is beautiful. Compared to other apartments in Maryland these are more affordable. Harborside does have modern apartments available some even have garages.

I’ve been a resident at Harborside for 4 months, and I couldn’t be any happier with my choice to live here. The community is very safe, each apartment complex has tons of parking, and the landscaping team does an incredible job every week of making sure the grass is cut and that there’s zero trash. The apartments are surprisingly very quiet! You might occasionally hear some footsteps and furniture being moved if you have an upstairs neighbor, but you never hear stuff like loud music or conversations. Lastly, what seems to really set Harborside apart from other apartments is the staff. I haven’t been to any of the community events yet, but every month they host tons of them and they make sure to include everyone in the invitations. They also respond in a very quick manner to all requests and the one time I’ve needed maintenance, they fixed my issue within 4 hours. So, if you’re looking for a new place to live, just know that you can’t go wrong with Harborside.

There is no better place to rent than Harborside! The apartments are gorgeous with so many amenities (my favorite is the huge tub!) The staff regularly check in to make sure everything is operating smoothly with plenty of notice. They host so many community events and have done many kind gestures to show they care about their residents. This one showed up on my door today for 6 months of renting here!

Harborside Village Apartments is unquestionably among the best places to live that Harford County has to offer. The apartments are beautiful, and even have a washer and dryer in every unit. The property grounds are well maintained, and the waterfront view is absolutely picturesque. To compliment all of that the management and staff make it a pleasure to live here. There's never even been a time when a maintenance request was not addressed immediately. Harborside Village Apartments is highly rated and recommended by me.

Just don’t they will get you excited to move in, then make an excuse why they can’t rent to you…I have never had an apartment literally care so much about rental history when they are not even worth more then apartments up street that are worst..why are you worried about stuff from 5 years ago that was already set with without collections , also asking me to pay off two bills to even move in that have nothing to do with renting. Then will not even give you 24 hours to get paperwork before they sadly leave a voicemail not even a call or email to say your denied but Joppa is already falling apart and the crime rate and sex offenders in area is insane so happy I didn’t move here and found a luxury apartment in abingdon for cheaper and got approved same day…
