The front office workers are always helpful, courteous friendly. I met with Dr Besser for the first time she was to the point, professional and helpful. I switched to her as my PCP because I wanted someone more seasoned. It was a good visit she listened and attended to my immediate needs and concerns. Thank you.

My last experience wasn’t to pleasant I felt my appointment was rushed. I’ve noticed a change in Dr. Sayyida she normally very attentive. I feel that Mercy Doctors are overbooked, overwhelmed and unable to provide the care that need to certain patients. It’s hard to get an appointment with your PCP & Specialist. Why does it take six month to get a Neurology appointment? The front office staff at Mercy Overlea none of them smile nor seem happy to work there. They will see you standing in the lobby needing to be checked in and not acknowledge you. The older black lady with the curl bush she never smiles nor speaks. She always grumpy and has an attitude. I feel she needs to retire her energy is horrible. I won’t even let her check me in . The only person who is nice is Candace the CMA. No matter when I come in contact with Candace she brightens my day. Candace is always positive and helpful. Mercy your staff members at Overlea are overwhelmed and overworked. Please figure out how to make them happier. So, your staff can be happy and treat the patients better!!! Thanks

Mercy Personal Physicians at Overlea always friendly and professional. Dr. Lana Kim is amazing , she so welcoming and she truly cares about my health. Dr. Kim is honest and open. I appreciate her time and attention to detail. Very detail oriented, she makes sure I stay on top of all my appointments. I love and respect her line of work and happy to be one of her patients. Dr. An & his nurse Rachel are the best. I love how they talk to you as a person. They not only listen to your concerns but they make you feel like you’re talking to a good friend. I was going through a hard time & Dr. An took the time to just talk to me about life & the problems we face & how to have hope. Keep up the good work, believe me you are appreciated.

It has always been a professional, timely, and orderly experience getting to see my doctor (who has always run on time and still manages to devote adequate time to hear my concerns or try to problem solve) and is also great about communication through my chart. Appointments are always on-time. Comfortable environment. Doctors communication is exceptional I feel that they listen to you and ask how are you feeling with your health issues. Their recommendations are exceptional. They connect you with doctors take work directly with them. Exceptional services!!!!!

Mom & I have been seeing Dr An for several years and we can't say enough good things about him and the care we receive. He is kind and compassionate. He takes the time to listen to what you have to say and then comes up with a treatment plan. I would definitely recommend him and all of the great employees at Overlea!

Its always a pleasure and comfort whenever I visit overlea Medical center. Medical Assistance Sara whom I get to talk with is a joy. Not to mention Dr.Ferro who has been my health care provider for many years. Their concerns for my well being is remarkable. Also the check in staff is awesome. Good services there.

Unfortunately I have to rate this way because of the staff that works at the front desk and the assistants in the lab (for blood draws). I continue to go because my doctor is great however the rest of the staff is grumpy and terribly rude! The assistants that were there were rude and bullied my grandmother yelling in her face and telling her they were talking about her because she was early for her appointment! Also don’t ask the front desk any questions they don’t enjoy doing their job! I’ll get the names and post them later of the assistants because I don’t know about you, but I don’t want them drawing my blood! I would hire new staff if you want to keep your patients happy and well taken care of!
