If I could give her a ZERO I would. She maybe a good Dentist, but appears to be OVERWHELMED and has TERRIBLE PRACTICE MANAGEMENT!! One year ago, she correctly diagnosed my son as having a tooth abscess and referred to Endodontist Dr Dong Lee in Owings Mills, excellent and well mannered for root canal.He followed up and had impressions done. She said it would take time because she sends to Dental lab in California. Months go by no follow up. Months again. When you call she "Yells and accuses you of being demanding over the phone." Finally 2 months ago, I call again she tells us, "Oh he has to come back to redo impressions, call back for appointment. " 30 seconds. No scheduling. After 8 months of calling and calling. Everytime she " Yells at you and rushes you off the phone. " She needs to be reported to Dental Board as UNFIT to practice.

If zero stars was an option I would have chosen !!! Please don’t waist your time money or insurance benefits scheduling here. I’m not sure how this dental office is even opened. Dr. Lim needs to have a mental evaluation for her outburst. I scheduled to have my root canal crowned and to say the least it continued to come off after leaving the office . I am now a new patient at a more professional, safe and ethical dental office.

Teeth that were supposed to be pulled have pieces of teeth left in my gums. Gums where teeth were pulled never completely closed. Gums ache after three years. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m now seeking dental help else where. Hopefully they can fix all the problems this dentist office has caused me. Someone needs to go in there under cover and make them compensate us all who they have hurt. Shut them down. I have always been afraid of the dentist. They have made me terrified or should I say she. The other dentist was never there, I only saw him once.

She's so nasty I called on Monday October 9th after she changed my original appointment from 9:30am to 1:30pm for deep cleaning. I called back when she didn't return my call about unable to come due to car broken do. She cussed me using the "F" word several times plus other cusswords. Kept saying something about 2yrs etc. She was like this first time I went there. She needs to lose her license and close place down

Best I have ever been to I am petrified of dentist office and she calms me and I have no worries about her fixing my teeth I am a 53-year-old mom I would totally recommend this place she's wonderful she's very knowledgeable and she will tell you how it is if you don't like it that's your own damn fault

Dentist has a very blunt personality but I like that about her. Very quick and efficient work. Usually no wait at all. I had a lot of work done and there have been zero issues.

She’s very good in her job and honest and reasonable price higher recommend her

I called to make an appointment as a new patient. The lady that answered, Dr. Lynn was very rude. I was polite and asked if she had anything available on 3/8 in the morning. She said she had 10 am available that day. I asked if there was anything earlier and she said she "doesn't work earlier than 10 am, I'm not a dentist, I am a blue-collar worker" and became super defensive. I said not a problem, is there any other day available?" She then got angry and said, "I give you the first appointment, what more do you want." I said I appreciate that but 10 am on 3/10 does not work for me, is there another day and time available?" She then repeated what she said before. I asked to speak with someone else in the office to which she replied, "I am the only one here, report me, and I take you off the schedule now." Do not go here! I am filing a complaint with Maryland Healthy Smiles as well!

Cleaning took like less than ten minutes tops. No way in hell it was done properly. She scraped a few teeth, ran the polisher and fluoride. Whole process over in minutes. A proper dental cleaning should take 30 to an hour. She didn’t even need to use suction, that’s how much time was spent in my mouth.!I’ve never in my life had a cleaning done so haphazardly. Unfortunately I am only covered up to 800 a year and probably wasted an unnecessary chunk here. It was ridiculous the time I spent waiting, only for my teeth to be haphazardly “cleaned”.. but of course the insurance company will be billed. Such a waste. I can’t believe the state referred me here. I’m not sure how this place is in business with how unorganized and unsanitary it was. You’re working in peoples mouths, vacuum your rugs every so often. Sweep up the dead plant debris. I should have listened to my gut and walked out when I saw the place. The doc was ranting and raving about everything. So many political and racist comments. So many nasty remarks and cussing in regards to my previous provider, who was actually wonderful. Made several racist comments, a few comments about Jews in particular. My daughter and bf are Jewish, it was just gross. ESPECIALLY as a supposed professional. Ya just met me and you’re working in my mouth and find it appropriate to rant and cuss about other races.. I’ve never had a dental experience like this in my life. I can’t believe I wasted any of my coverage here. I’m not sure how a place like this is even allowed to practice legally.. but worse, be referred by the state. It’s insane. You could tell the doc made some attempt to appear friendly, but a lot of the time she was going off and cussing about unrelated stuff that was not relevant to my teeth. I tried a few times to discuss my teeth only to be cut off and ignored. I will not be back, it’s a damn shame payment will be made for a service that was not properly rendered.

Dr. Lim is a great dentist. I've been with her for the last 5-6 years now. She knows what she's doing and will show you how to make the most of your insurance benefits. She's the only dentist I know who has evening and weekend appointments. I love her. She's very straightforward, so if you need a lot of smiling and hand-holding she isn't going to do all that, but that's not the job.

If I could I’ll give them a negative 1 I would !!! The so call “ dentists “ is absolutely unprofessional and VERY RUDE I reached out to see if there where any cancellations sooner then my appointment Lin started if there was a cancellation she wouldn’t tell me b/c she would rather be some where else having coffee , DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!!
