I appreciated her knowledge, but I did not like the casual “bedside manner” of the nurse practitioner today. 1) She had never met me prior to today, so “I don’t know you like that” to be that casual 2) When someone has confirmed to have tested positive for Covid, it is Not a time to joke with a patient or be anything but direct — especially one whom you Don’t know at all.

I get the best care at MedStar. My doctor is always punctual and spends quality time with me. I never feel rushed and always feel like my doctor gives me his full attention. Love his nurse too, she is friendly and thorough. Thank you for being AMAZING!

I have been a patient at Medstar North Parkville for over 5 years. The facility is very clean and well organized. All the employees are very professional… and they are very punctual. For example, I had an 8am follow up appointment today, I was back by 8:10 and out by 8:35!!! When I have to have longer appointments, my doctor spends the necessary time with me. I highly recommend Medstar North Parkville!!!

Had a great visit. My appointment started on time, no waiting. The receptionist was kind and efficient. Got to the back right away. Saw my doctor, she's awesome. Dr. Kamal is always so concerned. Went over my entire history, then answered all my questions. Made sure I was satisfied. Love her, love this place ❤️.

Sad that Rachel retired. She was the only doctor that knew me and listened to me. And since Dr. Brookshire left, pediatrics has gone completely down hill. After 13 years a patient for me and 8+ for my children, we’ll be leaving parkville medical group

Front office staff was friendly, attentive, & helpful. Medical assistant was wonderful & put me at ease. Dr Reddy is a caring, knowledgeable doctor. She listens & doesn't make you feel rushed. Highly recommend.

Very pleased to be able to be seen promptly by caring, professional and personable staff. They listened carefully as I explained my problem and took appropriate action right away and promised feed back when testing was complete. Can’t say enough praise about North Parkville MedStar Health.

My primary care doctors/CRNPs are very courteous and very through during the exam. They always take their times to listen to my main concerns, and make optimal recommendations in each visit.
