    Manager so bad we found another hotel. We were greeted by an employee that told us the system had migrated and needed some help to check us in, but let us go ahead to our room and would call us back to finish. We were called back once the manager arrived. If you take anything from this review, at the very least don't choose to support this hotel simply for how absolutely terrible she treats people. I'm waiting for her to start check-in, and an employee next to us is working with another guest to fix a technical error over the phone. This manager stands up, and I can't even make this up, GRABS HER BY THE ARM AND SPINS THE EMPLOYEE TOWARDS HER and tells her to take the conversation somewhere else. She runs my card and says it declined, so I log in to my bank account to see if it locked (new town, card hasn't been used there before, and was in TX earlier). My account shows that it didn't actually decline and I was charged by the location for the stay. I say this, and she says that she "didn't check the customer consent box" by mistake, and calls technical support. She asks for my card to swipe again. I asked why, since it had already charged, and I show her the charge. She says that no, it didn't charge, it says "Processing." Well, yes, any hotel stay will, until checkout, because deposits etc. It literally says this under the charge. She shows me her computer screen - "Balance Due: $0.00." So what's the problem? She says to the tech support agent that "um yes she's saying it charged, but I'm not giving her a room for free so..." As this is going on, an employee walks behind me with a cart and something falls, manager stands up and YELLS "What was that!" Eventually things escalate and I was less than kind. I mentioned her treatment of her employees and called my family upstairs to pack our things to leave. Tl;dr: Vini, you are a horrible human and I want your employees to know they can do better. Tell them I'll hire them to work for me just to spite you.

    Had reservations for 5 days. Had to change rooms three time. Rooms were dirty, tv didn't work. Mini fridge was broke along with a light. The shower didn't work the knob kept falling off. Office staff was horrible. There were people constantly fighting in hotel and staff did nothing. Drugs being sold in parking lot right by front door. The guest washer and dryer didn't work. Ceiling's were leaking. Horrible all the way around. Will not ever stay here again!

    I gave this location plenty of grace given that they were rentavating the hotel, and that the first day they fixed many of my concerns. I endured the construction noises well I to the night, as well as smells from other guests. The room came with one pillow and a missing fridge as well as the smoke detector broken and sprinklers covered with bags. The fridge was brought into my room and I was give one more pillow. The next 2 days there was a construction most of the day and night and a small breakfast served. The staff was nice and pleasent. The problem happened at the end of my stay. My last day I was about to take a shower when a rat ran into the bathroom. I quicky grabbed all of my items and went to checkout. The lady at the desk promised me someone would reach out to me about my complaints. The next few days I was recovering from Covid, so I called them today and the lady yelled at me for calling a week later with the complaint and that no one was told about the rat. Disappointed as they needed the good review I was going to give them.

    I came to stay with my girlfriend who came from Ohio on May 1. We stayed a pretty good while at this place because we were looking for a place to live. When it was time to go to another motel. We went to this other one I won’t mention any names And it was terrible but thankfully the staff let us leave that one and come back to this one and stay again the staff was incredible. The bed was very comfortable room was always great never had any complaints about the bathroom, carpet walls or anything just one minor thing was there was no air-conditioning in one room, but other than that, we definitely enjoyed our stay, and we now found a place we would like to thank the staff once again for what they did for us. Thanks again.

    I went online while we traveled, so i chose the option to hold a room. When we arrived there was one room available and since they were under construction, our room had a leaking ceiling. Manager said they only had another room available but it was reserved. Usually wyndham properties are great they should remove the name from this location.

    All the furniture looks like they found it on the sidewalk. I slept in my clothes, they over charged me and they also ask for a retainer for the rooms in case of damaged! When I walked in the place already looks damaged water marks on the ceiling and missing tiles holes in the ceiling in the hallway. It's awful... and they haven't released my retainer. There is a rude cleaning lady who bangs on the door like she is police, when I had requested a late check out at my arrival. I'll never return that's a promise.

    Terrible experience. Homeless family. Our stay was covered by an agency through the state. One day was not yet processed with a payment but they accepted payment for 2 additional days. Additionally, during our stay, we were awaken by a DRUBK GUEST banging on our door at 1:51 am in which security did not handle but the front desk woman staff did. Later that day, we were disrespected by the male staff stating that the manager wants to kick us out despite the drunk guest disturbance , a mouse hanging OUT OF WALL SOCKET and housekeeping coming up to our car looking in for NO reason. When asking for a manager , we were denied contact information to address our concerns and while all this was happening , our minor children were with us. Staff kept repeating that they were doing us a favor and that the manager is strict and we had to pay $80 cash or we have to leave. Our concerns have yet to be addressed and our children went hungry as a result because they kept insisting we have to pay and we were terrified of being on the streets so we have the only $ we had left to our name.

    OMG where do I start first 1 star is not even by choice if there were a zero star option I would have given it a zero. Upon arriving and without looking at reviews( my husband booked it) this motel was absolutely the worst motel I have ever seen the entrance door was cracked there were windows of the motel busted out and covered with boards. We were in a rush due to meeting family for dinner so dropped our bags in a hurry. The room smelled horrible of cigarettes we turned in the AC that was ancient in talking older than me and it did not stay on. We left quickly to go to dinner but upon return we noticed there was no carpet on the second floor even in our room the floors were filthy. The curtains in our room were falling down, the lights in our room did not work, the toilet seat was broken, outlets were exposed you could see the wires, ice maker was not working, there was no Wi-Fi, comforters on the beds had burn holes, and the place had bugs. We left immediately after returning back from dinner the “manager” and owner stated they would refund our money but that has been a week ago Whatever you do don’t stay at this motel go elsewhere you will thank me for this Zero star rating Zero stars

    This place was disgusting! From the main door I seen the glass was broke on the door, when I step in the white floors were brown and black the area rugs were filthy the flowers on the front desk dirty! The staff rude as ever! Then when I walked toward the elevators trash every where floors still black that should be white elevator nasty!!!! 2nd floor hallway floors walls ceilings and sockets unfinished! No smoke detectors (DANGEROUS) All water sprinklers covered with tape!!!! Inside room dust everywhere windows can barely open mirco/ac/heat/fridge broke damaged or dirty!!!! Sheets burnt tub horrible water leak on the second floor!!! Roaches bugs & so much More

    My room was very clean, very affordable, and the host at the front desk was very kind and accommodating! We even got a snack on our way out!! Thank you so much for a good stay!

    Check in was a disaster and the front desk had trouble locating our reservation all while being very accusatory and rude. After 30 minutes we finally received our keys. Once we got to the rooms they were still dirty and house keeping was no where to be seen. The rooms were also roach infested. When you informing the front desk of the issue, we were told that housekeeping would be to the room shortly, and the rooms were than sprayed with chemicals for the roaches. This caused the rooms to be inhabitable. We canceled the reservation and took our business elsewhere. I am now having trouble getting them to refund our money even though we were assured we would not be charged. What a nightmare!

    The black lady at the desk is so sweet and over worked. The other woman (maybe the owner) should not be greeting people. She doesn't smile, very antisocial. Never a complimentary breakfast. Their always working in there. Hopefully to improve the look.

    Hotel is raggedy. Notice the pictures on the internet don't look like what you see in person. Smoke detector missing, looks like it was ripped off wall. People hanging outside until 3am and making noises in hallways until the early morning. Receptionist was very nonchalant abt your overall satisfaction with the hotel. Hotel in a bad area. They also take a $71 deposit off your credit/debit card once you check in, after paying for the room to assure the rooms are left in satisfactory condition.

    I booked a one night stay to attend an event on June 24, 2023 in DC. It was booked through Wyndham web site on June19, 2023. On the 23rd as I was on my way to the hotel the front desk clerk called me 50 minutes before Check-in at 3pm to tell me there is no room. This hotel is in Essex Baltimore. I asked him how could this be when the room was booked 5 days before. He couldn’t answer so he put on his manager(woman) and I asked her the same question. She was highly annoyed and said she will not honor my reservation. They surely have no regard for American consumers. Truly I think she gave my room to someone for more money and didn’t give a thought as to where I will find accommodation on such short notice. I’m disgusted by this franchise and warn people to beware.

    Very run down, dark, broken lamps, broken refrigerator, broken air conditioner. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when you enter the lobby despite all the no smoking signs. Dead roach in bathtub. Dirty sticky floors, no carpeting in rooms. I left my bag in the lobby when checking out. I realized it a few hours later, when I called they said they'd found the bag but no one claimed it and now it's "lost". No one can answer where it went. Worst hotel, worst neighborhood, worst customer service.

    I would recommend this hotel! The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast is good. The staff was friendly and the manager was extremely accommodating with an early check-in, late check-out, toiletry items and meal suggestions. Hotel providing travelers with lodging and free parking facilities. I had a great time in Super 8.

    Worst Place. Upon checking at 5 pm the lady Manager at desk asks my id & credit card saying I don’t find your reservation. Without my consent she put everything on paper (Credit card Number,Expiration date, CVV number & Name from Credit card and Address,Driver license number DOB from ID) And ask me to sign a paper saying if they don’t find my reservation they be charging me $ 134 for the room website charged me $84.(Now i know why they don’t find my reservation PRICE GOUGING LOL 😂) Very First they denied my booking how could a Well known web site sends me a E-mail confirmation but not the Hotel. Upon checking with website they confirmed they sent hotel a confirmation E-mail as well. After waiting for 1 Hour 30 minutes and a call from booking website they found my reservation (Surprise) Now i asked to return that paper with all my details Well they don’t want to return it( well still a plan to charge me $134 for which I already paid $84 to a website. Be aware before handing your credit card and id at this place . They don’t like we book from website cause it’s their loss so finds ways to manipulate booking and get some extra $$$. Whole place is under renovation but still they renting rooms Lifts are full of dirt from renovations. Main floor is full of junk with renovation materials in hall way . Workers are everywhere in the hotel. Their breakfast is nothing but a coffee tea and a juice So don’t get overwhelmed seeing free breakfast.Not as the one good hotels have. There are good hotels just near by in white marsh with much better Breakfast (Real one) Cleanimg and are safe (No renovation and customers to gather) The Lady Manager the worst person to talk . She just Keeps running her mouth instead doing her job she wants us to hassle through our booking website. She is so lazy don’t want to go on computer and find our reservation . All in all Not worth for the money they charge.

    Aryan is one of the best managers in an inexpensive motel I have ever been to. The day manager,(. ) Also has gone out of her way to make our accomodations the best they can be. They made sure that if anything was wrong they jumped on the problem to get it fixed quickly. We were very impressed with the quality of the service in an inexpensive motel could be. Made our stay feel more like we were family than customers. Thank you for the great experience and would definitely stay again and give five stars to all of the great experience we had with our stay and would recommend this motel for anyone who wants a great experience with an inexpensive motel

    My wife and I stayed here for a night. Check in and the room was fine. Outside of that, they provided no rags, found another person's hair on one of the towels, the channel remote didn't work properly, and the television couldn't be controlled manually. Some couple tries to get into our, and another guests rooms accidentally late at night. Lots of doors being slammed often, and arguing before 12AM. I give some forgiveness for the location, and since it was a Friday night.
