Had a great time and was simple and fast. We went early to beat the crowds and get the kayak we wanted. We book online and at checkout got a life preserver for our dog. It was our first time out at this location and spent 2 hours on the water. We rented two single kayaks and had a blast. We will be back and plan to stay on the water longer.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was they mandated I hand over my credit card for the duration of the rental due to "security deposit." I asked if they could hold my driver's license (standard practice almost everywhere else) and he said "knowing where you live won't help." Um??? It's about not being able to drive away... Or make a temporary hold charge on the card like hotels do. Leaving my credit card for hours in the hands of a few 20-somethings is not cool; now I am watching my transactions and credit report. Everything else was great! Website is easy to understand, plenty of parking, decent bathrooms at the marina, they got everything ready quickly and gave us the map talk. There are maps on each kayak! Same price for single and double kayaks is refreshing. The rivers are deep enough and diverse enough for a good time. Highly recommend it! Here's hoping they change their physically holding the card policy...

We were very impressed with our instructor’s knowledge, delivery of information to our group class and instructional prompts during our skill development. Our Stand-up Paddle Boarding skills advanced within the one hour class and we were good to go out on our free hour paddle boarding adventures. We enjoyed being out in nature on our boards and the water was delightful. I was able to sit or kneel to paddle and/ or float. The water was a delightful temperature. We look forward to coming back for another enjoyable SUP day out on the water.

There is some beautiful water to explore here. The sea kayaks are clean and sturdy, and the staff is knowledgeable. Every kayak has a map of the area on it so you know exactly where to go if you want to see wildlife. We got up-close with a heron and many turtles (swimming and sunning). It was a fun & relaxing couple of hours on the water.

Participated in a guided kayaking tour. Had a wonderful time paddling through the calm waters listening to the knowledgeable and experienced staff talk about the wildlife in and around our area. Super safe and fun adventure! Highly recommend!

The main reason for the 1 star is the customer service. With the exception of the girls working on the booth, everyone else was really rude. At least two staff yelled at us because we were about to grab the incorrect paddle and the other because I wasn’t able to get off the kayak fast enough. The area itself was nice but some reason it space to kayak seemed smaller than it was. I probably would never come back and don’t recommend the area.

Went for a two hour paddle with a friend. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kayaks and dock very nice. Had a nice calm paddle. Extra helpful was a map of the area was on each kayak, which was very helpful. If you're in the area, would definitely recommend renting from Ultimate Watersports.

This is my second time taking lessons at Ultimate Watersports, first with a Kayak and second with a Paddle Board, both experiences have been excellent. The instructors took the time to really teach you the basics along with safety instructions. Recommended 100%

I recently took a kayaking course with Heather, who was a very patient and helpful instructor. Earlier in the summer, I took the introduction to kayaking course with Mike as instructor. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The three of us adult students all learned a lot and felt more comfortable in the kayaks by the end of the course. I will be coming back to rent a kayak and go out on my own.

I took a beginner's lesson here. I will definitely be back. The lesson was easy and friendly. Our instructor answered all my questions about Kayaking. Rates are very reasonable!

Best summer camp. This will be our 3rd year. Mr. Hal and his staff are awesome.
