    Rosewood really lives up to its reputation. Bought a one-night package with Lounge (Manor Club) for birthday. Let me introduce the room type first. I didn't really study the room before I came here. I only know the most famous bathroom in Rosewood. The room turned out to be very large, and after checking it seemed to be over 500 feet. Every piece of equipment is very clean. Lounge (Manor Club): The package basically includes three meals a day. First, there is a Tea session (starting at 2:00, self-service mode), an evening cocktail session (5:00-8:00) and the second morning (choose one in 3 periods). In terms of food, you can see the pictures, but it seems that it is not the same every day. Rosewood's service is very attentive and every staff member is very polite. Finally, the price is actually very good value! The size of the room, the attitude of the staff, and the quality of the lounge food are absolute of high quality. You can refer to it!

    Shower speed and water are too slow! Tea buffet at Club Floor on 40/F : both varieties and amount and qualities of food are only up to 3 stars hotel. Yet I have to give my greatest compliments to the butler team lead by Walfred and his members Rainbow and Jeffrey. And Warren ,the Manor Club Manager. They are very kind and treated us wholeheartedly during our stay in the Easter holiday .Thanks ! Both the qualities and quantities of the food in the Club are much improved on the following days .THANKS !

    The room view is extraordinarily nice, no where else can compete with! It will be perfect if Blackout curtain not just available in bedroom but also in the sitting room. In afternoon, the sunlight is really strong that there is reflection on TV and one can hardly open eyes. Another possible improvement is food that served in the lounge on 53/F. Variety doesn't matter while quality does. Even just sandwiches and cookies are fine but hope the taste is good. Overall, I enjoy the stay in Rosewood: marvelous design, good in room facilities, high privacy...pride of HK!

    We celebrated a birthday here. The room was beautiful. It’s in a good location with direct connection to the mall. The staff could improve organization as they don’t pass the notes made by one member to another. But overall it was a very good experience.

    Absolutely fabulous stay for a special celebration. Just one night unfortunately, but everything about the harbour view room and the service was just perfect. The personal welcome card was a lovely extra touch. The flowers I ordered were also excellent. The in-room dining we had for both dinner and breakfast was exquisite each time. Can’t wait to come back again!

    Love the decor in the rosewood. Although prices aren't cheap, we felt it was justified given the amount of thought and creativity in design. Rooms are big at 70+ sqm. One of our favourite hotels.

    This is the second time we stayed in Rosewood. This time we had a marvellous room with a balcony where we enjoyed the stunning harbour view and had a romantic night. Had an unforgettable time. All staff members we met were super friendly, helpful, proactive and most of all, sincere. Special thanks to Jacki for taking a good care of us even prior to our arrival. We are still wondering how the hotel actually do its training to deliver such a consistently from-the-heart culture. Definitely worth a visit again!

    A 6 star hotel in Kowloon. View is amazing. Must have a drink outdoor to watch that beautiful Hong Kong sunset. Hong Kong is so beautiful.

    Gem of a hotel, beauty and elegance, refinement in one. The service and hotel staff are world class and make the guests feel at home from the minute we step in. My company hosted a corporate event and I stayed as a guest and got to experience both the retail and corporate service. Both were best in class in Hong Kong!

    The room air conditioner is not cooling enough. The room environment is so clean. The staff always with a nice smile. they always provide their good service for us. when I had my breakfast in the restaurant, a kid made a dish fall, many staffs come here with few seconds and keep the kid off the area remind anther customers. The staff has a good reaction to the handling. Great.

    My experience at this hotel has been top notch. The ambience of the hotel is entirely classy. Some of the elevators serving the guest room floors have chairs for customers to sit which was very interesting. The smallest room type was very ample and comfortable. The food selections during breakfast at Holt's Café was pretty good with local and Western delights to choose from at the Continental Breakfast buffet line up. Since the time my family and I stayed in was during the unusually heavy rain with flooding in some areas, we went to check out the facilities. Both the swimming pool and the fitness centre offered breathtaking views of the harbour. The service from the team was very good as per the standard of luxury hotels. In all, our 2-nights stay was enjoyable throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend staying in this hotel.

    Fantastic stay. If you have extra money to spend, go for the suite. Super spacious and you got the private butler service. Service was impeccable, I checked in at front desk by the manager Terry who was very polite and helpful. Walked me through the hotel and explained all the facilities to us. Highly recommended!

    By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Hong Kong. The Rosewood is located right in the middle of avenue of Star and right beside K11, which made this very convenient. The room are nicely kept and decorated. I love the dual shower and rain shower in the bathroom. That’s something I don’t see anywhere else. The service and staffs Andre top notch, they goes out of the way to take care of guests. I’m also in love with the hotel breakfast buffet. There are wide array of selection for you to choose from western to Chinese. I’ll definitely be back

    The stay was good, but not as exceptional as last year. The staff generally have been very pleasant and accommodating and looked after us well. The location is amazing with the room, the Manor Club and the pool all having amazing views.

    5 ⭐️ stay & experience Stayed here for a few nights for work seminar, the whole stay was amazing with constant service from Front Desk, Concierge, Lobby restaurant, housekeeping, driveway control, cake shop, florist, Chinese restaurant, the world famous bar, fitness centre and event organization ! The arrival experience was smooth and professional upon check in. Great guest recognition for seminar group bookings, offered early check in an hour later, greeted by name and everything was ready seamlessly ! Room is very spacious and pretty, turn down service is on top, all the special requests have been arranged in room accordingly ! Morning breakfast with great variety of food and the restaurant team is so friendly, also good guest recognition from the managers / captains in the restaurant across 3 days. Professional kitchen team presentation too ! Any kind of business admin service were assisted promptly. Event across 4 days run smoothly from setup, food arrangement in between, etc with a lot of check in with us from event team. One of the top 50 bar in Asia, nice vibes and drinks! We ordered from the secret menu, they were all surprises ! Check out went smooth and thoughtful especially the fond farewell from the driveway team to organize a taxi on a rainy day ! Overall, it’s absolutely a 5 ⭐️ luxury stay, not only with the hardware or location, but the team from every departments preform great team work to achieve the hotel brand standard along the whole stay ! Professional, genuine, personal touch and great clienteling skills in their areas !

    Being a regular guest of the hotel, we are again very impressed with the hotel overall hard and software. The new F&B set up and options at the Manor Club has been most exciting to experience. The quality of the food has obviously improved a lot and the display presentation of the dishes are impeccable. In particular, I have found myself to enjoy a few signatures dishes such as the crab quiche, the cheese boards, then French country pate pie, the fresh vegetable salads, then the whole steak tenderloin or tomahawk on the chopping board was very eye catching to most guests.

    My family had a wonderful time while staying at Rosewood. Kids enjoy very much and my son loves the birthday cake (provided by Rosewood)! Room is excellent and we can enjoy the view of Victoria Harbour all the time! All staff are friendly and kids love the welcome pack with drawing stuff inside.... haha! They had great fun with it. We would like to say "thank you" to Ms Kelly Yip and Ms Natalie Chan, both of them assist us a lot while we book and check in.

    I'm really satisfied with my recent stay at Rosewood. Both the room & the suite are spacious & clean, and the in room dining (breakfast), the chocolates & mini cakes from Butterfly Patisserie, the food from BluHouse and Club Lounge are all delicious. I really appreciated the flexibility to accommodate my request for one time exception to deliver the breakfast from Club Lounge for me & my sister to enjoy in room. I would highly recommend it.

    The stay has been incredible. The overall experience was so much better than anything we've experienced in Hong Kong in the hospitality industry. The hotel itself with the cosy and spacious room was great; special mention for the amazing bathroom. But the level of service, kindness and friendliness of the staff and attention to details has been what made the difference. We felt welcomed and cared after. F&B and swimming pool were also great. Definitely will come back!

    Overall it was a really great experience. The room is designed very artistically and spacious. The main positive thing is the hotel was able to accept my request and put us in the highest room possible at 40th floor and the view was amazing. The outdoor swimming pool is great too. Unfortunately you can't see the sunset from there

    Dear Jasmine, Thanks for your email & I would like to confirm that the captioned item was consumed by me indeed. However, please also be noticed there was some credits left from Rm 3215 carrying forward to 3217 & thus the final charge price (I believe) shall be adjusted accordingly. (see Whatsapp image) Moreover, I would like to take this email to inform you that the invoice was billed wrongly by charging the parking fees TWICE. I have attached the payment receipt & the final invoice for your reference, it was surprised the hotel staff or system did not take note of the parking bills was already settled and such mistake is discovered now by the customer rather than your side. May I request some responses from your department to solve this billing issue ASAP? Last but not least, I was also very disappointed to the room conditions, especially in Rm 3215. Knowing that we would be holding wedding ceremony in Rosewood Hotel and therefore we specially arranged 4 rooms (3 standard rooms + 1 suite) the night before for better sleep quality. But the conditions of Rm 3215 were terrible and we had to ask the staff to do the maintenance until 1AM! It was totally out of our expectations that Rosewood Hotel had so many problems & communication loopholes in the sense of room quality & billing charging. Though the majority hotel staff was friendly & helpful, but the problems mentioned above were quite disturbing during our experience. I wish to hearing from you soon to address them.     Booked 3 rooms for doggies to celebrate birthday Enjoyed the quality, cleanliness & spacious guestroom In fact, not much public space for doggies & owners to relax. Would love to see if there would offer a bigger dog “garden” they could run around (the one at drop off level just too small) Also, could assign some outdoor eating space that we could have breakfast / afternoon tea together with our pets. Thank you for having us and look forward to come back to enjoy a more pet facilitated venue.

    Spacious and well decorated rooms and facilities. Services have improved since my first stay, and now almost on par with Mandarin Oriental and Peninsula - the gold standards. Location is slightly inconvenient for those who prefer to use public transportation.

    One of the nicest hotels in Hong Kong. Max the Front desk manager was a delight and very professional. He elevated our stay and we are thankful. Pastries were delicious as was the in room dining- fantastic! Some service issues maybe due to communication issues with language and coffee in the Butterfly room was very bad. All was sorted - the views make up for these very minor things!

    Absolute maze if you're coming here for the first time or through the mall. You've got to get past their restaurant to get in to the lobby area. If you're coming by taxi, then it's a lot easier. There's also a secret moon themed bar somewhere here. Anyways, nice room. Good service. And very upscale and clean. Hence the hefty price tag. Have fun

    Excellent service throughout my 5 day stay. It was a work trip but I felt so much at home cos the staff were all so friendly and attentive. I've stayed at other luxurious resorts and chains globally and this new hotel really was top notch for me. In room dining was delicious too. Staff at the lobby and taxi stand were all well trained and helpful. I loved the accessible location and the harbour view was fantastic.

    Outstanding hotel experience with a breathtaking view from Kowloon over Central. Room design is opulent and luxurious, large rooms and great bathroom arrangement with lots of marble and feel good features. Service is fantastic, every single member of the staff makes you feel welcome, taken care of and at home. Dining outlets offer a great variety and the breakfast is likely one of the best I had in a long time. Location is fantastic, walking distance to the Star Ferry, right on top of K11 mall, the MTR and so close to great shopping! Am really pleasant stay

Spacious and very well decorated room - luxurious design with 2 separate sinks, 2 shower facilities and beautiful walking closet.     I stayed at Rosewood hotel for a few nights and was completely blown away by the exceptional service! Being a wheelchair user, all the staff especially Stephen (valet) and Coco from reception really went the extra mile to help and ensure I had the best time 😌 the hotels were so lux and the attention to detail was impressive. The only feedback I would give would be the restaurant Chaat (not sure they owned or run by the hotel) staff were so rude and kept pressuring us to order more food, even though we were already full. Other than that, we had the best time and would love to come back and stay at good beautiful hotel in the best location 😌

    Best afternoon tea! Service is great. Everything was delicious! Especially the small cup of soup! After all the plated food/scones/desserts is done, a desert trolly comes around for you to eat as much as you would like, although by that time we were already full, so save some space for more desserts :)

    Went there on my birthday, it was amazing! The view was stunning, the bathroom was ginormous and there was even cake served on a tray next to the table, it tasted delicious. Though the rooms are rather expensive, it makes sense for how luxurious this place was. The buffet contained different styles of eggs, some pastries and even croutons for salads! 4.5/5, expensive but beautiful, highly recommended for couples and solo staycation trips!

    Not my first time here and they continue to impress. Came here this time for the celebration of my mother’s birthday and she was really contented with their arrangements and the whole stay. Reservation needed for pool ahead of time to keep it from overcrowding. Thunderstorm warning was hoisted during our session, was quite bummed at first, but glad that we still got to take a dip near the end of it. Good food served. Mother (and I) longed for the afternoon tea at the Butterfly Room, which definitely lives up to its reputation. Competently staffed for the busy weekend, and I believe, at all times. First-class experience with great hospitality, magnificent views, quality amenities, the iconic furnishing and bathroom. Especially love their chairs throughout the establishment. Everything is aesthetically pleasing.

    Hands down, No. 1 hotel in HK. Me and my girlfriends had an amazing staycation here this weekend. We booked two rooms interconnected by a small corridor where we could easily get to each room with amazing harbour front views situated on the east wing of the hotel with breathtaking views of the sun-rise the next morning. In every corner we were greeted with highly trained hotel staff who were so attentive and professional. Immensely impressed and content with our overall stay and we're already planning our return trip.

    One of the few places in HK where you can get real 5 star service. Sure you have to pay a premium for it, but you get what you pay for. All the staff excel under pressure and everything from the room to the restaurant service lived up to or surpassed our expectations. A particular thank you to guest relations manager Vivien Li who made check in much more enjoyable given the long queues which were very competently managed by all the staff. If you're thinking of staying but are put off by the rates then just look at all the great reviews on here, give the hotel a chance and if you're not sold on it then you must be impossible (not difficult) to please. Simply the best place to stay in HK.

    Doormen need to show more remove to non hotel staying guests. We were dropped off by our uber but never got the welcome that a 5 star luxury property should have. The food overall at bayside was average... service needs to improve and would appreciate a little area for kids to play specially on weekends and public holidays

    True luxury to the detail. The other day, my partner and me had our first opportunity to sample and accommodated in Rosewood. What a fascinating experience. From the moment of our check in, to check out, the restaurants we sampled, be upgraded to Harbour View Room, swimming in the infinity pool, taking the breathtaking views of Kowloon and Hong Kong and be indulged in service standards feeling like a royalty is special, unique and beyond anything we have encountered since a very long time in any Hong Kong hotel. Bravo and thank you for taking us on a journey with memories we shall not forget forever.

    I purchased a bouquet of flower online from Blooms and Blossoms and asked them to deliver to my mom during the afternoon tea section at Butterfly Room. They charged my credit card 3 weeks ago. I have my CC receipt and so-called order confirmation here to show. Ended up no flowers delivered and no explanation. It’s an absolute scam and shows how unprofessional they are. Never again.

    Cozy lobby and warmly decorated for Christmas. 6pm guests can get a cup of mulled wine or hot chocolate and chestnuts to celebrate Christmas. Service is excellent and they are one of the few hotels that allow two pets (and without any additional charge). Breakfast selection is great and it was delivered to room because I have pets. Room is spacious and bathroom is very grand. Bed and pillow also very comfortable. Too bad pools are closed due to the pandemic. Was not able to visit restaurants because of pets but there seems to be quite a few restaurants around. And the hotel is connected to K11 Musea mall.

    I was staying at the Grand Harbour Corner Suite. As I was proposing to my girlfriend, there were a lot of bookings, preparations and such I had to go through with the butler team. I must say that I feel the butler team, the reservation team and the F&B team really tried their very best to cater for each of my requests within their boundary. They also showed attentiveness when it was least expected. Never have we experienced this level of care from any of the many high end hotels we have stayed during these 2 covid-ridden years. In terms of the room itself, both the view and furnishing is beyond excellent. The only ever so tiny complaint I have is this suite did not come with the large towel bucket that we used to find at standard rooms during our previous stays. I thought this was quite a nice touch as the used towels would not be an eyesore in the otherwise magnificent bathroom

    I visited Rosewood on 7 June 2022 with my family, Natalie helped us to check-in, she was cheerful and helpful; we went to the Holt's Cafe at night, Kitty and Kinson served us, they were very gentle, caring and sweet, I can tell that they really enjoy to serve for the customers and also for your hotel. During the stay, we met one of your staff in the lobby, we don't know his name but he was wearing glasses, there's one time, we walked near the Concierge heading to the lift, he was in the middle of the lobby, he saw us and then he walk faster to the lift just to help us to press the lift button, that was impressive. After dinner, we went back to our room, we found the room was tidied up, also, bottled water refilled, we were appreciative. The stay was perfect, the dine were wonderful, too, there's only one thing that's may improve was the temperature of Holt's Cafe was too low. I definitely will visit your hotel again.

    Had a fantastic staycation with family. Gorgeous views on the city from the room and the 40F terrace for sunset, night, sunrise and day. Loved the breakfast - special mention for the bread & apricot jam and mango yogurt ! However afternoon tea did not have much choice, especially for egg allergies people. The suite is AMAZING so much space in middle of the city.

    Overall is very good. We come to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our kid and the service was fantastic. Our kid was very happy and surprised when he saw the little welcome letter for him and the chocolate cake on table when he entered the room. Kids amenities were also provided by the hotel once they know our kid will be staying with us. Email and phone call were also received from hotel staff before the day to ensure everything is booked and arranged accordingly on the day of check-in. My wife and myself were also pleased with all the arrangements provided by the hotel for our wedding anniversary. The only down-side would be the phone charger line/cable provided in the hotel room was not too compatible to the new Iphone. The charging speed was extremely slow and we end up not able to charge our phone during the stay.

    We feel very warmth and cared for during the whole journey ❤️ Claire Kim is really sweet and caring , she really surprised me when she popped up at our dinner and see how things were going ! Eric from the Asaya kitchen is very considerate as well. We truly enjoy the whole experience and will definitely revisit again. Thank you , I can see that your staffs are very valuable assets to the hotel.

    It is homey and luxurious. A big selection of food outlets and retail stores to mark around after activities. Extremely comfortable. The hotel understands the stress of lockdown and quarantine passiveness these days. Life goes on gladly with a cup of tea. They have the best tea selection !!!

    We're warmly welcomed by the staff right after we got off the taxi. A concierge offered us water and chocolate while queuing up for check-in, which was really thoughtful. The room is spacious and luxurious. The sea view we had was stunning. Bed was comfy. We had a memorable stay in Rosewood Hong Kong.

    We had the most amazing 5-night stay in Rosewood Hong Kong in June. Our room was luxurious and exceptionally stylish, overlooking the magnificent Victoria Harbour view which was stunning! The service was top-notch, we were particularly impressed and want to send our heartfelt thanks to Vivien Li, guest relation manager, she is extremely attentive, highly professional, she addressed all our needs promptly with dedication which touched our hearts, such sincere effort made our stay absolutely memorable. We would definitely come back soon.

    I had the in-room dining, but there was no opener for the gin tonic. It's a bit sad as the pet area is too small and without a fence. But overall, I am happy with my stay! The staff are friendly, the view is good, and the food is delicious.

    This was our second visit and it was wonderful as the first!! I can honestly say that we had the best time stay in Rosewood Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and modern, all staff professional and helpful. We were also enjoyed at Manor Club, the food is first class all the way !! Great team of manor club staff, especially front desk staff of Manor Club , she was very polite and explain everything to us. There have a matter on our first time visit, your team solve the problem efficiently and prefect arrangement. Experienced management “Sallick“ crisis handling was excellent, he care of hotel guest, responsibility and he is a good leader.     Thank you very much for the birthday cake and the card. We were so happy to be able to celebrate our grandfather's birthday at your hotel. And also for the cards to both the baby boy and our grandfather. Not to mention the safety chair in the bathing room for the elderly. Arthur had a great time in the Deep Blue. Last but not least, thanks to the entire team who has spoiled Arthur and gave him a lot of gifts. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool due to the typhoon. Definitely hope to come back soon.

    It was a very pleasurable stay with Rosewood started with a warm check-in process at the Lounge (40/F) and smiley faces. The Butler service model has lots of human touch and very efficient with personalized services. The food offered at the Lounge & Henry was delicious with nice presentations. The only thing that could be improved was the "Signature cocktails". We ordered 2 drinks out of 3 offered: pomegranate & orange toffee ones, they both tasted like cough syrup and un-desirable. Pardon for being frank. Oh, too bad the swimming pool couldn't design to face the Sunset side. The room was super nicely decorated with fine furniture. Thank you so much for the Birthday Forrest Cake offered. Our journey ended with very helpful and professional Concierge team hiring a taxi for us. The taxi slip was client-centred and heartfelt gesture. I stayed in many well known hotels internationally but Rosewood stays out the most so far. Thank you for giving us this good memory and would love to experience more with Rosewood internationally. I have already referred some friends to Rosewood. Thank you!!
