understood
it

standard
in

pandemic

manpower
shortage.

I
really
agree
a
system
would
be
essential
for
a
shop
to
provide

service

guests,

dissatisfied
guest.
I
actually
received
a
third
call
from
the
shop
on
Wednesday
and
I
missed
it.
I
called
back
and
in
a
hope
they
might
have
vacant
table,
then
when
I
did
call,
I
was
put
on
hold
and
I
was
transferred
to
another
male
receptionist
and
once
again
they
told
me
they
just
want
to
reconfirm
my
reservation
have
been
cancelled,
which
was
quite
shocking
to
me.
I
believe
this
would
be
an
accident
as
to
be
frank,
this
is
a
surprise
to
an
already
saddened
customer
-
why
you
would
need
to
call
someone
again
to
tell
them
they
are
not
able
to
dine
at
the
shop?
From
the
way
they
talk,
I
can't
feel
that
they
felt
bad
for
disturbing
a
guest
again.
And
honestly
I
am
not
asking
for
a
sorry
-
like
in
my
previous
conversation
with
your
employees,
im
fact
I
just
wanted
to
let
them
know
it
was
strange
for
the
booking
arrangements.
in
fact,
it's
not
the
"sorry"
they
say,
but
you
can
always
hear
from
the
way
they
talk
and
know
if
they
really
put
customer
in
their
mind.
I
really
hope
this
would
be
an
exceptional
case,
and
rest

continue

delight
other
guests,

made

successful
reservation
on
openrice,
and
was
then
told
the
book
was
full
the
next
day
afternoon.
The
server
attitude
is
very
unprofessional
and
said
they
won't
take
openrice
order
over
phone
reservation.
Honestly
if
you
are
not
going
to
use
the
system,
you
should
remove
the
service
on
openrice,
which
would
only
bring
dissatisfaction
to
guests.
And
in
addition,
you
should
also
respect
the
reservation
system
and
look
into
the
reservation
timely
and
fairly.
