Food overall is fine but the service is pretty bad. The environment is a bit noisy. We are reluctant to return.

Nice place and good food!! Popcorn chicken is highly recommended But they don’t offer any nuts although you drink a lot which wish they improve 😌

Came here every night during our 4 night stay. We didn't try the food, but enjoyed there pale ale and cocktails. Decent happy hour, which is buy one get one free. Good atmosphere with good live music from a Philippino band.

You would think this place is just another restaurant along the strip of Salisbury Road, but you'd be mistaken. This place actually serves up great food, specifically their steaks. The steaks come out cooked to your desired temperature perfectly and to my surprise, the surface of the steak was still piping hot. Of course it's recommended that you rest a steak before carving into it, but the hot steak was a welcomed surprise. We had gotten the ribeye and the burger and both were tasty and way beyond any expectations we had. The only let down was the order of focaccia that we ordered. It wasn't the bubbly top, steeped in olive oil type of focaccia I was expecting. It was this dense brick of bread that came with a small serving of their chimichurri. Aside from the let down with the bread, everything else we had was great.

On holidays to watch the international dragonboat race. This restaurant has a great location. We wanted to order from the lunch menu which you can add the antipasto buffet but was told we couldn't, so ordered from the mains menu. Expensive food and mediocre. The manager is friendly but the young waiter's service needs help.... manners goes a long way

Simple and delicious food, western international cuisine. I love their cous cous salad 😋 With good music and live music during Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. I have been here few times already. It is a very nice environment to relax and chill. Good management and hospitality 👍

Twice I came to this restaurant Being South American I know the good meat quality and twice I had being disappointed with the worse experience when the pichana was already bad. I returned after the first bite and the waiter gave me a bad look, throw the menu at my table and never even came back to check if I wanted to order anything else. The first time the Gaucho grill was the worse as well. My crew comes to this place but they only eat burgers and they are happy, I guess because they drink and they like the atmosphere but is the worse restaurant I ever being around the world. Food is the worse, service unless you are a drinker you get service but if you are not regardless how much you spend in food they won’t care. Went for lunch. It was surprisingly good for the price. They’re next to the road but it’s not too bad as the airflow was good. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Steak was cooked well to our liking and seasoned enough. Other dishes we had were good too. I’d recommend this place for having lunch if you’re in the area and craving for a bistro or steak experience that’s well priced for the quality and atmosphere.

Food was nice the steak, the sides all great taste. But service is weak with only one waitress managing the whole of the upper floor of over 10 tables.

Perfect venue for Happy Hour - nice drinks at nice price - could easily spend the entire afternoon, of course with the Happy Hour (healing Hour called here). Friendly staff and good snack to accompany the drink - making the weekend lovely. Gotta try dinner out soon

It can’t be worse. I have waited 90 mins for food. Still nothing coming. The waiters and managers promised to follow up but it seems they did nothing. One of the worst experience.

Boticario has become my go-to place whenever I want to have a meal or drinks with friends. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is chill and inviting. The food and drinks are always on point.

The harbour view from the terrace towards Hong Kong Island is stunning, combine that we great food and awesome service, you have yourself an amazing night out.

Tried their semi-buffet brunch with free flow drinks. The food was decent and their cocktails were worth trying.

Boticario is the perfect place for a fun girls night out! The food was delish, the plating was stylish and the portion was perfect for sharing! The mixologists were also top notch with their creations! If anyone is looking for a fun night with great food and yummy drinks, this is THE place to be. And be prepared to put on your dancing shoes when the live band comes up! Will definitely come back soon!

Nice environment but terrible service. Went for a drink last night, kindly ask them for a piece of lime, the staff told me they can’t because “the bar is closed”, but when we order next round of drink with other staff, we somehow can still order, so the bar is closed or not? Asked for another two times for a lime and still getting ignored. Last time we went here it’s great experience not sure why this time we are getting such bad service. Live music is a bit too loud as well.

Went here to watch football rather than from the dining experience. They have a big screen and have the match commentary on (if there is no live band). The atmosphere was great as people were friendly as well as the staff. The food did look good although I did not try the food (this time). I stayed for some of the live band and they were nice (2 singers, guitarist and keyboardist).

The prawn with avocado sauce is good. The scallops is nice as well. The fish is soft and juicy. I like it. As for steak, I ordered it medium, the inside is ok but you can tell the outside is burnt. How can people consume without tasting carbon. Is that we need to peel off the outside? Besides, look how pathetic the dish was presented. I bet the size is of around one third of what states on the menu (10oz). They did give a generous portion of fries. However, some fries got spoiled by the charcoal juice. The panqueque got dulce de leche on it, it gives a crème brûlée crisp on top, and balance well with the vanilla ice-cream. The lemon tart is sour and refreshing. All the dishes are ok except for the steak one. The portion is generally at the small side. We can accept that for the appetisers and desserts. But for the main, particularly the steak, it’s a joke to see how ridiculously small the portion is. If it tastes good, it’s still ok. But it is not. The restaurant vibe is chill, you can see a bit of sea view. The design concept is of an old pharmacy which is interesting. Service is ok. However, I definitely won’t recommend the RW menu.
