-service is horrible. there are many staff but no coomunication nor coordination. the restaurant was barely half full but so many people experience slow service and missing orders. even a simple teapot refill request resulted in the lady taking the teapot and entirely disappearing. asked for the bill multiple times and took well overhalf an hour to do settle. there was maybe one or two lady who knew what she was doing and there are a whole platoon of them doing f* all. -food is average. -place is full of history and interesting setting

The deep fried pigeon is a must-try. This place offers an old-Hong Kong dinning experience. Went there on a Friday night and there was live country music!

The pigeon was flavourful and nicely cooked, albeit a little gamey due to their larger size. The crispy noodles were also enjoyable, as they were fried nicely. They provide disposable gloves for you to eat the pigeon by hand without getting messy, but our hands still got oily through the gloves. Our tablecloth looked dirty, which was a bit off-putting. Prices are on the expensive side. Good to try once, but unless I have a great craving for pigeon, I don’t think I would make the journey out here.

Beautiful historic places to visit. Food is very good way better than most expensive restaurants. Less salty and more flavour. The pigeon is crispy and juicy way better than others. It is a wonderful restaurant to visit.

This place is uniquely decorated throughout. However, we were seated in a side dining area in the afternoon when we visited, which is unfortunately very sub-par, untidy and unclean. Food was ok but on a pricy side.

Brought my two puppies to visit this restaurant with lots of childhood memories. Ordered all of their squab dishes and their roasted one was the best amongst them.

Only for the nostalgic crowd. If you are a local over 60 you may find d this place interesting. Otherwise skip it. The food is just average, the price tag is definitely not (way high).

only 3 of us but we managed to try all the varieties of pigeon. I personally like the herbal one. Must also have the dou fu fa. Supposed to take credit card but at my last visit they insisted on cash . Also added corkage when previously there was none.

Best pigeon of the town. Kids friendly with peacocks, parrot 🦜 and live band on Friday and Saturday nights.

Known for their pigeon dishes. Authentic Cantonese selections. The location is inconvenient and not easy to locate. Has a very long history. Original retro design.

👍👍 Very fair for the price for the food. Fujian Fried Rice was done well, light and delicious. Pigeon was decently, calamari lacked a bit seasoning but the frying was done right and light. Mantis shrimp was too small, tasted good, however no meat. But makes sense for the prices. Highlight surprisingly...

😐 Pretty good dim sum. I especially loved the pumpkin sesame ball. It was really light, airy and crunchy. The thousand year old egg and pickled ginger was excellent. The sesame paste filled buns were good too. The bbq was also very flavorful and tasty. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of the Ki...
