Was doing researches via trip advisor and yelp. Apparently this is one of the best spa place in town, so I took my girlfried and my aunt to this place for an one day relaxation. great atmosphere, courteous staff, and my family had a very good time. Will definitely come back again during our next visit to HK

Decent and clean facility but forcing extra 100HK$ tips per 45 min treatment after sauna plus the 50HK$ admin fee. Don't trust the price list! If you got 2 sessions 90 min treatment you will be insisted to pay extra 200HK$ to the therapist. Frustrating experience. Only good thing is they have clean and decent facilities to enjoy hot bath.

First rate spa. Excellent massages. Lots of pampering. Left sore, in a good way. Would recommend to anyone. Totally legit. No happy endings.

The prices on the website have not been updated for 2 years and have doubled. A service charge of $20 per person will be added. Only one staff member speaks English. The staff told me to took a shower and the rest was No explanation when the massage will start. We could have ordered free food, but non of staffs told me how to. She first asked me preferred pressure of the massage. I said it was too strong, when masseuse stepped on my back, but she continued to stamped on my back. The masseuse who can speak only Chinese was start an oil massage after she heard my conversation with front staff that I wanted to change masseuse. I felt so much pain, but I end up endured it because it was tiring to tell it again. The good thing about this shop is that there is a wide variety of food and drinks included in the price, and you can eat as much as you like. Surprisingly, the area I was in pain and massaged was significantly improved the next morning.

Somewhat underwhelming compared to spas in other cities, especially for the price, but in Hong Kong this is one of the best in its class. Got my first ever lymphatic drainage massage here, which was quite a surprise because I just asked for a normal one.

It's just a place to rejuvenate and cater to my aching muscles. The staff are skillful and well trained. Wish I could have went to go there every witch.

I went to their North Point branch as the photos online looked like it has better facilities. It’s actually located nearer the Fortress Hill mtr station. Be sure to check their website which explicitly says they charge extra as tips and service charges, so don’t be surprised. My experiences as a male customer: I went and met the first receptionist who took me to the lift to the male floor reception desk. They wanted to get me to choose their promotion and seemed baffled I wanted just the sauna and 45 minute massage (which is very much is an option on their website!). I then was sent around the corner to the changing area where male attendants help you hang your clothes and put it into a locker, they offer you a towel and slippers at this stage and assign you a wrist band with a number. Around the corner is the main wet area: Quite a number of shower cubicles all with various shampoos and shower products. A large bathing pool area, the largest at around a lovely 38-40 degrees C and two small adjacent ones that are hotter. You bathe nude in the pools. The big pool is lovely and clean with jets all along the side. The big pool also has two waterfalls sprays you can turn on with the buttons. There is a large dry sauna and within the sauna there is a cold water dip at 10 degrees C. Just outside the sauna there is another cold water dip at 8 degrees C. There is a decent sized steam room and within the steam room is a shower you can use to cool off. You should sit on a towel to avoid scalding. There is also an elderly man in his 80s that pounces on you when you enter the area and asks if you want a body scrub. It’s not free. He takes you to a small room and gives you a scrub (his hands everywhere!), he then gives you a piece of paper to say how much tips, I wanted to put $50 but he egged me to put $100. In the same open wet space there are a small selection of hot food snacks, fruit and drinks selection, even the drink cartons in the fridge are all complimentary. There is also two small ice cream carts you can help yourself to! On the other end are toiletries they provide: hair dryer, hair products, toothbrushes and tooth paste, mouth wash, and face washes. They have plenty of towels and you should take your time and enjoy the facilities first. They have two large screen TV that is on the news channel. Attendants near the entrance to the lounge help you wear loose shorts then wrap a robe around you before sending you around the corner. At the lounge area they will ask you where you want to sit (smokers or non). There are individual recliners with an attached TV (which all seemed to be off) but faces big TV on the wall anyway. They then offer you drinks and snacks (small hot food or fruit) which are complimentary. At the same time they will have staff asking you what treatments you are interested in. I stuck to my guns and said to just have the 45 min massage (which apparently they time it as an hour?). Once you finished snacking, they will send you to your masseur and they will take you to a room (other treatments can take place elsewhere). When I was face down on the table, I was a bit surprised the female masseur pulled away my shorts before covering me with towels again! The massage was professional and the experience was good. Towards the end she wasn’t sure if she can complete the whole body since it’s a short time, so the last bit she gave me a bit of a thai style massage (using her foot to massage). After the massage you get sent back towards the lounge and asked what you want to do. You can stay or leave. When you leave you can bathe again. Overall a lovely experience and staff are polite and friendly. Only peeves was the pushing for further treatments. The cheeky thing was the Thai style massage fee was added even though it only lasted a few minutes! Total cost was about $300 more than I planned (I expected these random extra costs). So you too should expect to pay extra than planned! Their website pricing was up to date when I went. Also check their YouTube video on their website.

Place is decent at best, but the staff are incredibly rude.
