Shame. I was going to buy three tickets but I told the front desk I needed two. Then I realized and I apologized and said I needed three. The front desk sale person said “you’d better say that earlier next time”. very rude customer experience. Wont come to this place again, should go to golden harvest in Tsuen Wan much better

If you're watching a movie here, you can validate the parking ticket up to 3 hrs with spending. However, if you watch a late movie, the mall is closed and you will need to access from the side entrance which is where the dump trucks are.

Nice service and tidy environment

A good activity when it is hot outside.

Great venue for watching a movie. Not often crowded, but great screens and sound. Unfortunately they don't show many movie trailers before the film starts. It makes me sad and that's why this is a four-year review.

Well maintained seats

Seats are comfortable, not so squeeze comparing to other cinemas nearby. Capable to play 5 movies at the same time.

It's a fine place to catch a movie. Comfy and clean environment. Went on a weekday. So not too packed.
