Famous old Hong Kong style cafe known for fresh pig’s liver with soup noodles. Well marinated with ginger & cooking wine, well cooked with right texture when served. Soup tasted quite natural without much trace of MSG. Milk tea was however too plain in taste. Good but quite expensive which cost HK$50 for this breakfast.

Tasty pig liver noodle soup and kaya toast. Great for lunch! Pig livers doesn't taste bitter, but rather spongy and great texture! Very good, came with my aunt as she recommended it. Nothing is in English, so better get those Google translates up or you basic cantonese

Simple traditional cafe. It was one of the best breakfast in this trip. Classic Hong Kong tea and the French toast.

A very historical Cha Chan Ting serving pork liver noodle. The taste of the ginger and the pork liver complimented well and this is indeed the smell that infused the whole place up. No MSG and served hot and noodle was not over cooked, must try. The coconut jam French toast is a bit too sweet. Milk tea is average too. Prices were ok and it is definitely a great place to taste the vibe of the very traditional feeling.

Three stores on the same street under same owner. Well known pork liver n beef noodle. Big portion. Also ordered Kaya French toast which sweet enough and no maple syrup is required.

Pork liver was crunchy unlike those flaky and mushy ones you normally find. Beef was also tender. It looked pretty bland at first but the broth was flavorful however probably filled with msg cause was pretty thirsty afterwards
