The venue is amazing! Nothing to complaint about it. But the bar experience is quite bad. It’s the classic rooftop where they try to trick you serving cocktails with little to no alcohol.. and if you point that out to the barman, they just lie in your face making you feel bad. Also, pay attention when you pay.. I took two cocktails and they tried to charge me way more than the price stated in the menu. Considering the amount of people at the bar, is very easy not to pay attention to how much they put in the pos. For these reasons, I feel anyone should avoid this place! No one likes to be treated like that!

A rooftop space especially good for sunny days & warmer evenings. When the evening or clouds draw-in, the bar and restaurant inside are perfectly agreeable places to munch and swill to your heart's fill. #Visit 3: late afternoon this time, a totally empty deck and so, for a while, the whole rooftop to myself: nice. The crowds began to grow after 5pm. Note to owners: the auto-service charge at the bar - thanks; but no thanks. Merely pouring a drink does not constitute 'service'.

Classy rooftop bar overlooking with a stunning view overlooking city. Went in and out for a quick glance. There weren’t any lines, no annoying questions and the staff was really nice.

Went for drinks on the terrace. Impressive at night time. Excelent coctails. Should be good during summer nights. Good covered space outside. Excelent service by staff. Partial view of regent street. Very impresive restaurant inside.

Worst service ever - They serve you "when they are ready". My friend and I got seated on the outdoor terrace but couldn't find anyone to serve us or even bring us a menu. We went inside to ask to be served multiple times and the answer of the waiter was "I'll come to you when I'm ready". After more than 30minutes of waiting, I went inside and asked if I can buy our drinks at the bar - nope, "Table service only". I mentioned to the bartender that we are not getting served outside, which he just shrugged off. After a full 45mins of sitting outside without even having seen a menu, no acknowledgement from the service staff and another rude comment about how we'll get served when they have time we decided to leave and go to a cute winebar nearby. I recommend you save yourself the time and go somewhere else directly.

Fantastic views over Regent Street. A cosy roof garden. We where let down by the staff who constantly ignored us at the bar to serve younger guests. We had to approach management to eventually get served. This is why it only gets 3 stars.

This place relies on the fact it has a roof terrace, very central in the heart of London, just around the corner from Bond St Station. The drinks were expensive. But expected for the location with a terrace. Whilst the staff were friendly enough, some were scruffily dressed- not a great impression that matched the prices. Just under £100 for 4 drinks. Steep. The furniture on the terrace was really poor quality and uncomfortable.

On my first visit I was highly impressed, a glamourous atmosphere with wonderful ambience, serving great cocktails and tapas. On my second visit, I was astonished as to how it could have been so different. On our second visit the location and views were just as stunning outside on the terrace as in. Nevertheless, we waited 15 minutes for a bartender, whom upon arrival had no clue how to make any cocktails, nor knew any garnishes for simple G&Ts, such as Hendrick's and Monkey 47. Very happy to pay at the Terrace Bar I ushered my card to be met with "it's not necessary, I'll take your bill when you finish your drinks", five minutes later, not even 1/3 through our round, the same bartender places a card machine on the table, no discussion and walks away to serve the only other table on the terrace. Given this was a visit during the day out of peak hours, it should have been a great service, unfortunately it failed to deliver.

One the places with my favourite food! Service is brilliant we always enjoy going there. A very good value for the money. Last time i have been we have been served by a short asian waiter and a tall bulgarian both were more than attentive and made us dinner one to remember.

This place is a good one! Love the Rum drink…people and it’s a vibe. 5 stars at sunset for sure.

I used to love coming to aqua, I returned after some years last night and my goodness am I shocked by the service at the terrace. My husband simply asked if there’s table service and the manager with the curly bushy style hair laughed in his face and said it’s bar service. He was not acknowledged at the bar either, waited 20 odd mins in total for them to finish up with the person ahead of him and for what seems like a wait on the bartender to decide whether he wants to serve my husband who has seen him waiting but a pretty girl comes over and was immediately served. At that point I got up from the table and pulled my husband to leave.

Avoid at all costs!! There’s plenty of fantastic bars in Soho and this isn’t one of them. Pretentious staff looking down on you and average premixed cocktails. Had to wait over ten minutes at the bar to get served. Only 2 people working the bar but 10+ people on the door but told ‘bar service’ only. Overcharged for drinks for a long wait, poor service and poor drinks. Will not be back…

This place has my heart ❤️ it’s one place I keep getting all my friends too , the vibe the service , the drinks are perfect. See you sooon again x

17 quid for a cocktail!! Lol. Mind you lovely views of lots of cranes and building work. Great for toddlers I should imagine.

Overall a spectacular roof garden. Non experienced waiting staff. Surely not at the level which a restaurant bar in this location, standards and price must employ. On the other hand. The managers attendance and the way he turned the situation was totally remarkable and professional. So 5 stars. An incredible location. The view is beating the lack of service...

Great location over looking the city. 34 floors high. Rooftop seating and a stylish restaurant. The redefined beef Empanadas are mouth watering. Quality cocktails. I have visited a few times. I recommend timing your visit to capture the sunset.

Appreciated the rooftop on a nice day in a prime central London location but very disappointed by the quality and choice of drinks at a place as expensive as this (£15 a cocktail). Negroni and Aperol spritz totally mediocre; the old fashioned very poor. A decent cocktail bar should serve quality versions of these simple classics.

Great atmosphere, buzzing on a Tuesday night, nice rooftop bar. Food good - maki sushi rolls & tempura really good, croquettas less so. Totally let down by hopeless service. Inattentive barmen, one who took orders by memory but then forgot half the order and the other who wrote things down but still got it wrong. We wanted another round of drinks (and the bill) half an hour before we had to leave, but couldn’t get their attention. In the end we resorted to going up to the bar to request the bill (too late for drinks) and even that took so long that we ended up leaving one friend to pay while the rest of us ran for our trains! If not for the dozy service I’d be rating highly.

2 different restaurants, Aqua Nueva and Aqua Kyoto . Both very stylish. Great views of London and you can even see the London eye from one of their rooftops. Great place to go for drink or dinner.

Nice rooftop for sunny days, good cocktails and selection of drinks, but I was expecting a better view.

Beautiful place

What a wonderful place to end a trip to London. Beautiful views of the city skyline, amazing cocktails, the food was exquisite and I can not fault the service. Will definitely be revisiting.
