We try to walk in and luckily get a table. More lucky that the window table was no show, then we could get a window table. The sommelier offered to order a half portion for two persons at half price. The foods are so wonderful with very beautiful view and nice service. Will come again next time in HK.

Tried the Michelin Menu, most of the dishes were obviously microwaved. The food wasn’t evenly warm! Even the stir fried vegetable which I don’t think takes long time to cook- were microwaved. Also the waitress wasn’t very attentive, it was almost 3,000 per person and I had to pour my own water and drinks 😉 Not sure where the Michelin two stars from. For decent Chinese food in Hong Kong, I’d recommend Ming court in Wanchai or Duddell’s in Central :) I would say this place is for someone who really has money to waste 😊

Stunning view, nice ambience, very fine wine and tea. Some signature dishes like cha siu, huadiao crab claw & egg white are worth trying. Make sure you don't come with an assumption a Michelin 2-star serves much better food than other quality restaurants without a star. Their dishes are exquisite and fine but may not be designed to fit everyone appetite.

Came here for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food and service did not disappoint. Highly recommend the deep fried shrimp toast and deep fried crab shell, really outstanding dishes. We had to preorder the barbecued iberian pork, it was tender and fragrant but slightly overrated as their signature dish though worth trying. Overall the portion was bigger than expected and worth the value. Seats are pretty limited so highly recommend to book a table and if possible ask for window seats so you can enjoy the breathtaking view.

This restaurant is in Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. It is always full booked especially weekends. Reservations have to make at least one month in advance. They served delicious dim sum and also carte food. It’s a fine dining restaurant with Michelin star. We definitely go back when we are in Hong Kong yearly. We have dined in both their private room (there is a minimum spending) and main hall. Going in December 2023 to enjoy the view and food again. Delicious food, Great service, fantastic view and nice ambience.

Celebrated my birthday today and had an enjoyable experience with my wife. We are from Singapore and happened to be in hkg for a holiday. The view from the 102 floor was certainly impressive and all the service staff were well-trained and remarkably attentive. The food served was exquisite and while not every dish fits the taste bud of ours, the 2 Michelin star was well deserved with its quality ingredients used and creativity in creating each dish. Overall, still a very worthy place to visit!

What a wonderful dining experience! A truly qualified 2 Michelin stars Cantonese restaurant, with plenty of unique dim sum choices. The shrimp toast and salty mango cake is absolutely worth to try.

    1. Amazing service, they tried their best to checkout our needs and give us enough spaces 2. Sea view is stunning and we requested to sit by the window, so it’s nicely organised. 3. Food is delicious but the rice and desserts are average. 4. Thank you for provided lovely free buns, especially for a birthday celebration. 5. Would love to tryout dim sums, rather than tasting menu

Good food and service; allow to add one piece of dimsum for 5 of us. The view is good, those would be better if seeing the Victoria harbour but will be great in late afternoon or evening time

While there definitely plenty of good freshly made dim sum everywhere in Hong Kong, this place made me realize what a siew mai 烧卖 really was. I had this almost 4 years ago and kept on thinking about the 2 delightful pieces of dumplings(烧卖) in a basket. The best ever I had in my life. Other signature items like the abalone puff and the deep fried crab shell stuffed with crab meat and onion were really really excellent. The rice rolls sauce was really deep and complex in flavour and fragrance. Their roast goose and soy sauce chicken were mediocre. Suckling pig was a little greasy but the pancake was flaky and dry. Was surprised that they took it off the bill just because we finished everything except the tiny pancake. Ritz Carlton being Ritz Carlton I guess! While I really want to be back for dinner, the dim sum is so so so good! And this is a place I want to share with everyone I know. Really happy they kept the standards even through covid.

(Translated by Google) This is the first time I've been to a restaurant over 100 floors, and this hasn't disappointed me at all! These dishes are delicious and served in a very high temperature environment with a proper balance between the two flavors. Special cheers to the server Anson and Rayman, who provided us with excellent personal service; if I knew I could and love spicy food, they suggested that I order a spicy beef dumpling that suits my taste!

Tin Lung Heen is a great and sophisticated experience. I was treated extremely well and all the recommendations were excellent. The dim sum is sophisticated yet simple. The steamed shrimp dumpling or the dumplings with scallops and conpoy are out of this world. So is the Pekín duck. The chilled mango cream with bits of sago and pomelo it’s out of this world. Refined authentic Cantonese cuisine at its best crafted by two Michelin-starred Chef Paul Lau.

This restaurant is located in Ritz Carlton which more than 100 floors up in the sky, you are guaranteed to have a great view of the ocean and the west Kowloon. Service is top notch, interior is in a contemporary Asian style. Needless to say the chefs are very skilled, even the tofu are cut to have very sharp edges. Traditional dishes lie steamed crab claw in egg white should not be missed. What I really appreciate this restaurant is that they are open to western cooking influence with a good result, baked chicken with mushroom is a good example.

Top tier dim sum at what is also literally the top of Hong Kong (102 stories up high). Tin Lung Heen tried to elevate your typical dim sum dishes to their pinnacles with the freshest and most expensive ingredients as well as a touch of ostentation. However this doesn't mean that they are by means the best - the char siew lacked proper char to give a good smokey flavour while the BBQ pork bun is perhaps even a little less tasty than the one at Tim Ho Wan. It's still great dim sum but not exactly enough to mask the lack of technique. Oh, and it will cost you a pretty penny too - but boy are the views worth it.

We had really lovely experience here! We got a window table where we had fantastic view of the city. The foods was as amazing as described online and I specifically love their coconut chicken soup. You will get a wonderful balance of coconut sweetness and fish and chicken taste. What’s more, the restaurant sent us small gifts (beautiful flower tea) as it was my family reunion meal. We really appreciate the experience there.

Ambience: 10/10 Food: 9/10 Service: 10/10 From the moment we stepped in, we knew we were not going to be disappointed. Ray was very attentive although he had to serve numerous tables. He gave helpful suggestions on our food order and even volunteered to let me taste the champagne before ordering a bottle. Dishes that blew me away were the crab claw steamed with egg white and Huadiao wine. The Amuse Bouche which was cuttlefish with potato and fish broth jelly was so unique and tasty! The fish meat with noodles was generous in portion. Thank you Ray and Elaine for making my birthday celebration a memorable one.

The Iberico char siew was underwhelming. Didn’t have the usual bbq taste and was quite blend. Was expecting it to be much better. Crab shell, mince beef cake, and the lotus leaf rice was delicious though. Service and atmosphere were impeccable. Great view of HK at night if seated at the window

Charsiew is very good but I don't prefer eating big chunks of meat at once hence a piece of the charsiew does a long way. Very fine Chinese cuisine, the fried rice was fried with no or very little amount of oil. Ingredients are fresh but I didn't enjoy the Long Jin team. Other than that, it was great but my alittle too far for me to visit more often.

Superb views of the harbor and excellent world class dining service. However this one is a bit pricey. The atmosphere is impeccable. Dim sum is quite fancy and the special ingredients added to the dishes make it much more special (e.g., truffle scallop, gold flake shrimp dumplings, etc). Check out pics.

I made a reservation for myself on 02/01 for lunch. Had ordered some dim sum items ala carte for lunch. The signature Baked Middle East Yoshihama Abalone tart was extremely delicious and for me was the best item I had consumed that day. The food was prepared to the highest level of taste and appearance. There was nothing I ordered which didn’t meet my expectations of a two Michelin star restaurant. I would definitely return in my next visit to Hong Kong.

Two-Michelin star Tin Lung Heen did not disappoint. A birthday dim sum lunch received a pleasant upgrade when we were escorted to a private dining room with a wonderful view of Kowloon. We ordered a la carte starting with the BBQ Pork Bun, topped with almond shavings. The fried taro dumpling was excellent. The highlight of the lunch were the abalone puff pastry and the preserved meat fried glutinous rice. The most surprising was the bill which at about $50USD a person could be considered truly a bargain. There were of course set menus ranging from HKD2399 to $618 per person. Definitely worth a visit.

This is a Michelin 2-star Chinese restaurant located in top hotel. It specializes in Cantonese cuisine. The service and atmosphere also very good in Hong Kong! The dishes are overall good, the barbecued pork and desserts surprised me, but the fried rice is average.

The food was okay. Definitely didn't feel like it deserves 2⭐ Michelin stars. Exceptional service and the views were very nice. Food The food leaned towards the sweet side even for dishes which were traditionally salty. The food was presented beautifully, but didn't taste better than your average dim sum place. There was an hour gap between the dim sum and desserts, but it was okay since we weren't in a rush. I'll give it two stars since they got 2 Michelin stars. Service Really good. Not much else to say Views The views from the 102nd floor were really nice.

  • 4/5 Sharon F. 1 year ago on Google
I want to point out first that the service here was excellent and extremely accommodating. Someone in our group has allergies to quite a lot of things and the manager came over to our table to go through the menu with her to make sure she was aware of the dishes that she could eat. Whenever a dish was served, he would make sure to let her know what’s in it to be safe. Tin Lung Heen is a 2 Michelin starred establishment on the 102nd floor of the ICC and it’s a great place for dim sum with a stellar view of Hong Kong. I won’t say it’s your traditional dim sum place because they do play and innovate with certain dishes however, everything was quite good. Loved their shrimp toast and siu mai duo. We had to get some staples like the pork bun and Peking duck.

The restaurant gladly accepted my solo diner reservation. A quiet table was ready for me looking out over the wonderful view. I was there to experience the Seasonal Hairy Crab menu with accompanying wines. Leo and his team took wonderful care of me and made the evening particularly special. They explained the food in each delicious course, brought the live crab to my table and then showed me how to eat it once steamed. Each course came with wine. My champagne glass was generously refilled and I was offered the Chinese Yellow wine both hot and cold to experience the difference. The meal was unhurried, which was perfect, and I left after almost 2 hours delighted to have tried the Hairy Crabs, enjoyed one of the best meals of my life and slightly today from all the wine! Highly recommended!

All you can expect from a 2 star Michelin restaurant and more. The place is beautiful with the most amazing view of Hong Kong - facing the island. Service was spotless! All of the servers and wine guys were very friendly and polite! The food... oh the food! This was such a treat. We picked one of the Tasting Menus (Signature) with the wine pairing. Everything about it was amazing. My favorites were the barbecued pork, the chicken soup inside coconut shell, the garoupa fillet and the crab... and the MOST amazing one was the wagyu beef! YUMMY!!! I'd definitely recommend Tin Lung Heen to anyone visiting Hong Kong - be prepared to spend some good dollars there though!

(Translated by Google) Since I went a little while ago, I may have forgotten it a little, but I will write it while remembering. Weekday lunch. By the window. Unfortunately it is cloudy. I went to a strange time when there were no other customers. I was thrilled to go to a luxury store like this once. I thought it was too casual to wear, but I couldn't stop it. It is unlikely that I can write a report. Rather than saying that it was delicious, one thing I could say is that I realized that Japanese food is too salty. What Japanese people call Chinese food is too salty and too oily. Especially ramen. Japanese food is delicate, but is it right? I thought that Japanese people are not so sensitive to taste. I just like raw fish. Japanese food at a high-class restaurant may be different, but at the mass food level, I thought Japanese food would be a bad category. I like the taste because it is a culture and I will learn it. I would miss salty ramen in Japan too. However, it is not good for your health, so I thought it would be better to shift to lighter Japanese food.

Amazing experience indeed.

The restaurant deserves Michelin, but not every dish is that good. Make sure you get to sit by the window so you can enjoy the food with the cloud. Make you you order iberico BBQ pork in 24-hour advance. Reservation was not that difficult though.

Our second time here and the weather was okay, we were seated next to the window with good views. Of course, with two Michelin Stars, this restaurant has elegant decor, really high ceiling, great services. But, most of all, the food was excellent, every dish was delicious, taste of fresh ingredients, and unique. Of course, they came with high prices. Putting everything together, it was good CP! A great place to come for special occasions!

By far the best dim sum I have had in HK. Fresh and high-quality ingredients. Rich flavor. Service is also top-notch as you would expect. Definitely recommend

Always impressed with the service and dishes here Special mention to the 鳳眼餃 (very creative and delicious) and 蝦多士 (for having an entire prawn there)

Pleasant lunch experience with simple yet fully flavored food. Tried fried shrimp toast, steamed shrimp&pork dimsum, steamed crab meat dimsum with salmon roe, barbecue sampler, porkbelly rolls with crab meat&cheese sauce. All of the food we ordered was good but dimsum with salmon roe was remarkable. And you gotta try Ritz carlton specialty beer!!!! Best part was service. Restaurant was very busy but the team tried their best. Thank you Amanda for taking such a good care of us for my mom’s bday! Can’t thank you enough for your thoughtful gesture.

🫤 This was my usual place to get pineapple bun with butter and Hong Kong style milk tea. With the pandemic, this was the first time I returned to Hong Kong after 4 years. The pineapple bun and milk tea are good, but I found several other restaurants (Sun Wah, Gold Garden) in Cheung Sha Wan that offer...
