took

Omakase
By
The
Masterchefs
dinner
menu
of
The
Wine
&
Dine
Festival
together
with
the
six
glasses
wine
pairing
.
Every
course
was
delivered
by
the
Executive
sous
chef
with
the
highest
standard
and
expertise
not
only
in
the
sourcing
of
the
ingredients
,
the
individual
preparation
,
the
cooking
techniques
but
also
the
plate
decorations
and
the
temperature
of
each
dish.
The
Executive
sous
chef:
Chan
Yan
tak
was
born
in
(
Kowloon
)
Hong
Kong
,
started
his
cooking
as
a
necessity
but
soon
grew
to
love
it.
He
has
joined
the
Four
Seasons
Hotel
group
since
2004
.
Before
this
,
he
started
as
chef
de
partie
at
The
Regent
Hotel
Hong
Kong
and
working
up
to
executive
chef
.
In
2009
he’s
being
bestowed
with
the
honour
of
becoming
the
first
Chinese
three-star
chef.
Chef
Chan
is
a
veteran
who
learned
his
art
of
cooking
from
the
basics
upwards
