Food was really good and service was really good. This is to be expected with the price you pay. The view from the restaurant was also super spectacular. Lemon chicken Hargau Sui Mai Fried Rice Wok Fried Beef Tofu Would definitely come back for the Wok fried beef alone, was the best dish belt far!

Lung King Heen , the world’s first Chinese restaurant to be awarded 3 Michelin🌟🌟🌟
ever since the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau’s launch in 2009 , is situated on the 4th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel . The restaurant is constantly top rated with Michelin stars for over twelve years now. It is a haute-cuisine , fine dining Cantonese restaurant featuring elegant and luxurious surroundings overlooking the marvelous Victoria Harbour in the day time while at night , the classy décor takes on a romantic tint from the subdued lighting and the seductive colored neons of The Pearl of The Orient . It is widely considered to be one of the finest and best Cantonese restaurant in the world. Its high flying success was a result of its fresh and innovative as well as the creative idea of the executive chef at local cuisine, combined with the excellent service and the jaw-dropping views of the beautiful Victoria Harbour. We took the Chinese Omakase By The Masterchefs dinner menu of The Wine & Dine Festival together with the six glasses wine pairing . Every course was delivered by the Executive sous chef with the highest standard and expertise not only in the sourcing of the ingredients , the individual preparation , the cooking techniques but also the plate decorations and the temperature of each dish. The Executive sous chef: Chan Yan tak was born in ( Kowloon ) Hong Kong , started his cooking as a necessity but soon grew to love it. He has joined the Four Seasons Hotel group since 2004 . Before this , he started as chef de partie at The Regent Hotel Hong Kong and working up to executive chef . In 2009 he’s being bestowed with the honour of becoming the first Chinese three-star chef. Chef Chan is a veteran who learned his art of cooking from the basics upwards . For service, Four Seasons Lung King Heen always works with an efficient charm together with the exceptional wine knowledge of the chief sommelier Bernard Chan . Bernard has a passion of wine and his explanation of each pairing wine with each course enhance every dish to its best . The harmonious combination of the ambiance, the quality of food , the superclass cooking techniques, the impeccable service and the choice of exceptional matching wine make a wonderful and memorable night .

The food was good, could tell a difference between the dim sum here and elsewhere. But for the price differential though it was not something I would have every day. For a 3 star Michelin establishment, service was good as expected.

We have ordered 2 set lunch for 2 ppl, the food is delicious but portion is too much for girls. Reasonable pricing. Very attentive service which is more impressed than food quality. And I was very happy to offer me a window side table. 🥰🥰🥰 I forgot the photos of soup and rice, both are good.

We came at the end of their lunch service. They accommodated our wish to sit with a harbour view. They cautioned us in advance that we had to order quickly as the lunch service was ending. To our surprise, they continued to seat others! Regardless, we ordered simple items so not today their closing to prepare for their dinner service. All the food was delicious. Each bite was a sheer delight. We wanted to linger and order more. Alas, another time. Atmosphere, well, a bit stilted. I did envy a father and his young daughter as they chowed down dish after dish. They had been there long before we were given the number of plates on their table. Highly recommend.

We decided to come here last minute and we were lucky enough to get a table. It was just the two of us and we ordered quite a few dishes. The service and the food was really good. Would recommend it if you wanted a scrumptious Chinese meal.

Although awarded a 3 star Michelin, some dishes were hit and miss. Our most memorable and favourite was the suckling pig starter and their stir fried prawns which were a 10/10. Desserts were very good too and most importantly, “not too sweet”! The other dishes were good but nothing which wow-ed my husband and I, particularly the braised noodles and fried rice which we found to be alittle bland. Service and the view from the hotel (Four Seasons Hong Kong) was fantastic so be sure to request for the window seat.

For being a Michelin starred restaurant, I think the food was okay. I would agree that it is very good but it was not worth the extravagant price. We got the course meal so we got to try a bit of everything, but honestly nothing stuck out as being so amazing that I had to have it again. I think there are places that serve better dim sum for a better price. It was a good overall experience as the service was amazing, but food was only okay.

Fantastic Cantonese restaurant. We had a great experience there. Winnie was a fantastic and extraordinarily attentive and friendly waitress. The view is great and the atmosphere is calm and classy. There are several lunch sets available including Dim Sum. For lunch, the prices are appropriate considered the quality.

New experience for me. Good service and can enjoy drink and food with the bay view. it will be great, if not much people in room, it's quite noisy for my friend. We love wok-fried wagyu beef a lot, smell and taste is so good. For me i impress the drink that they served me in the last, Sparkling Ice cream Houjicha, when drink this with the a dessert, it's a good combination. Thanks for your premium food and your nice service.

Come back again with a bit disappointed, taste is not the same comparing before COVID . Ie. Fried BBQ pork bun ... Bread is changed from baozi become more bread feeling, service has some mistaken on serving portions for members on the shared table. But the rest so far still good 👍.

The BBQ Pork is really delicious and good smell. Dim sum is all fragrant and has a strong flavor. The first broccoli and the last dessert moon cake and jelly also taste great. The Mango Pomelo Sago is playful. I'd like to meet the cheerful and kindly waiters again.

(Translated by Google) This time I came to Healthy Habits for a healthy lunch. The salad contains tuna, avocado, cherry tomato, mango and quinoa. The color of the salad is different, the sauce is fresh and smells of sesame oil, and the protein of quinoa is higher than that of white rice. It is 2.4 times higher than that of eggs, beans and fish. It can be called the most nutritious food in the animal and plant world; it can resist oxidation, anti-inflammatory and lower blood pressure. The staple food is roasted chicken breast with brown rice and seasonal vegetables. The chicken is fresh and tender. Brown rice is called brown rice in Japan. Managed to book a afternoon table and it doesn’t disappoint me. A quality Chinese restaurant with good service as well. Ordered the business lunch set which is the cheaper set. Portion is still good enough and you will tried different type of the restaurant’s signature dishes. I particularly like the prawn dumpling as the prawn is so fresh and crunchy that I have never seen it before. The skin of the dumpling is ok, not as outstanding as the prawn. The char siu and soya chicken were very good as well. All the food was well seasoned and cooked without a doubt. The only complain is most of dim sum has prawn as the ingredients which is not that friendly for non seafood eater. Staff was very helpful and explain the menu very well. For the tea, it taste good in the beginning but the flavour got too strong at the end of the meal. Environment is excellent though, facing the Victoria Harbour provide a open space. The only little point to pick up is even though it is a good Chinese restaurant, it is still noisy compared to other restaurants type. Overall will recommended it.

It took 3 months on the list to finally visit Lung King Heen. We had a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Fortunate to have the VIP room. There are two couches in the room, and we had our own waitresses to serve us. The view is great. The service is very wonderful. When we need to change our babies, we were even escorted to the bathroom as that required keys. Food is amazing. For lunch, it's about $650 per head. If you don't travel with kids, it will be much easier to get a table.

We dined here for my sister's 40th birthday, the Chinese food is easily the best I've eaten in many, many years. The set menu contained, amongst others, Peking duck, sizzling beef, salt & pepper prawns and crispy chicken. The restaurant is clean with tasteful decor; the staff are attentive and friendly. Having grown up eating these types of meals, I found each dish impressive and delicious - I highly recommend it for a date night or family get together.

Very very yummy dim sum and the portion was quite big. It’s totally worth it. Just that you should book in very advance if you want a place on the key holidays. My personal favorites were the 鮑魚酥、龍蝦餃、蝦餃燒賣、菠蘿叉燒包。The skin of the pineapple cha siu bun was perfect and it wouldn’t crumble no matter how many bites I had!

The world’s first Chinese restaurant to be awarded three Michelin stars, and has held the three stars for 14 consecutive years, shows when your table faces Hong Kong’s spectacular Victoria Harbour to indulge in haute-Cantonese cuisine. While there are Chinese restaurants comparable to Lung King Heen’s, none is as memorable as its dining experience: the discreet service, the elegant decor framed by harbour views, and the consistency of food quality and taste, stemming from the finesse of Head Chef Chan Yan-tak to which the Michelin stars are likely attributed. As a Four Seasons restaurant, put up at the hotel for a better chance of a coveted table by the window to dine with breathtaking views of the harbour at night. Spoiler alert: the bill will be hefty.

The two-star Michelin dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong. The taste was below my expectation. I did like the pork bun and abalone puff. Other dim sums were just average. For the price, I can say that its the cheapest two stars Michelin I’ve ever been to.

My second time in 4 years to Lung King Heen. It’s a 2 Michelin star (used to be 3) in the Four Seasons hotel in Hong Kong. The lobster and abalone dim sum were fantastic, while the tofu skin wrapped beef was average. The star of the show, the Birds Nest Soup w Morrell Mushrooms lacked salt and was watery, and was $150 USD. The service was still 3 star level, and the sommelier was the best in town.

This place proved it to me. The michelin system is broken in Hong Kong. Service was not at the level expected and food was also not cleaned properly. The saving grace was the sommelier but that's not enough to make me want to return.

I went to Lung King Heen for several times last year. It used to be one of my favourite Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong. However, I would took back my compliment about this restaurant and possibly never revisit it for dim sum again after this visit. Surprisingly, their dim sum was very ordinary. It was just like I was eating in a chain Chinese restaurant. I was really disappointed about their quality of food this time, as most of the dishes were really salty like salted fish. The fried rice was extremely salty and I couldn't finish it, despite drinking plenty of tea. On the other hand, the pan-fried rice roll with XO sauce was tasteless because of insufficient XO sauce added. Only the fried scallops with fresh pears, Yunnan Ham and Shrimp paste were very satisfying. Although they offered to recook these dishes for us, my mood was already destroyed by previous experience. Furthermore, the manpower cut had also severely affected their high standard of service as well, as their waiters didn't deliver excellent service as they used to be. I have three words to summarized my meal today, which is "salty and disappointing " !

Bad experience in this place. Staff is not friendly, little ignorant. He changed the recipe of the smoothie without telling me (using other kind of milk, skipping ingredients). The smoothie had no taste. I took away the food, and as a result, the advocado was hard as hell, I couldn't eat it. The rest of the salad was Oke, but this is quite overpriced. Not recommended!

Salmon poke Bowl, one of the popular choices at the cafe, and indeed delightfully savory, with their homemade sesame dressing. Healthy and mouth watery color coordinated with cherry tomatoes, mangoes, avocado, all well mixed enough to enjoy each bite. Beetroot burger sounds interesting yet overrated. Burger texture is like mashed potato patties, so don't expect those juicy beef burger melt-in-your-mouth fantasy. There's the fresh kale as side vege sprinkled with pomegranates. Over experience was nice. Attentive, efficient and friendly service. Cozy, comfortable seating upstairs; cute sense of humor walking each steps counting the calories output towards the second floor. Entrance foyer quite narrow, lack of a first impression grand welcoming feel. Perhaps think of it as a superfood consumer 'superego' joke, to remind oneself, better be in shape walking in. Welcome to Asia cut corners challenging design. Clean washroom, however, small and tight in space. Unfortunately another demerits point, when saw a fly happily sitting right on top of the napkins and cutleries. Right around 1 pm prime time for lunch, its packed.

(Translated by Google) It was my brother’s birthday that day. From many media, I saw that [Long Jingxuan] is a famous three-star Michelin high-end restaurant. It is really caring and polite in terms of staff service and work attitude. There are professional standards of a six-star hotel, but from the food level, it may not be called a three-star Michelin. The food is basically good, but one of the foods is "Steamed Beef Tenderloin with Matsutake and Lily Pepper" It’s really impossible to appear in such a high-end restaurant. It’s no longer a problem that the beef tenderloin cubes have been fried. The side dish [color pepper] can be fried to the point that it is hard to chew. It is only possible for a chef to do it. It’s just a set meal ($1380 per person, which is served individually), so I won’t use the best chef to process it. Although the waiter once offered to make another fried portion to compensate me (in the end, I didn’t have it), but I honestly said that if one A three-star Michelin high-end restaurant will cook for me again, so Hong Kong should have more three-star Michelin restaurants (Original)

Service is great with good view. However dim sum is ok for the price they are charging. Nothing to wow about!

(Translated by Google) The strongest Cantonese cuisine. It's delicious. I've visited many Michelin 3 stars, but I think it's definitely worth the trip. I wish there was a restaurant in Japan that served this much food. (Original) 最強の広東料理。美味いですね。ミシュラン3つ星も数多来店しましたが、たしかにワザワザ行く価値があると思います。日本でもこれくらいの料理を出す店があればいいのに。
