Bombay dream, my choice for upscale Indian cusine, moved to MaMaSan location cross the street, much nicer & elegant! Greeted by Shashank, courteous & attentive manager. They used to offer buffet lunch, but under social restrain to avoid waste of food, they temporary stopped. A la cart was just as nice, before food order, a bottle of S. Africa Chenin blanc, perfect with spicy cusine. First came spicy fried cauliflower😋, then chicken takka masala, 🤦🏻‍♂️must try, then 2 veggies, mix veggie curry & cottage cheese spinach in cream sauce, yam😋 Last, but not the least my favourite Mutton Biryani, a royal family dish, to me, it’s “to die for”😝 Approaching to our 2 hour lunch, Shashank came offered us Indian single malt, “Amrut” to finish. First time to try single malt from Indian, good nose, sweet, smooth, mellow with mild depth, but not powerful, much like the new Mccallan Quest! Manager told me they are coming up with whisky pairing Indian cusine dinner soon, menu looks very inviting! I dropped my old blog to replace with this, new place is nicer, more elegant, yet tranquil & relax, servers are polite & attentive, ambience is good, what else can I say, “I WILL BE BACK”! Today back for their popular lunch buffet, see for yourself!

My rating for this place keeps going down on my every visit. It's just not worth the $$$A for the quality of the food. Don't go for the buffet it's 275 HKD and they don't even have butter chicken on the spread. Bombay dreams has moved to a new place in central. The atmosphere and ambience is great but the food is average and nothing over the top when compared to the prices. The panipuri was below average any other restaurant has it better.

Indian cuisine has been famous for its unique spices and flavors since ancient times. Due to the vast geography of India, the cuisine also varies by region, with each region having its own distinct flavors and cooking styles Vegetable Samosa - $98 The Vegetable Samosa is a delightful appetizer, where the puff pastry ensconces a medley of spiced potatoes, peas, and coriander. The golden and crispy exterior contrasts beautifully with the soft and flavorful filling. The accompanying tamarind chutney adds a tangy sweetness that complements the savory filling, making each bite a symphony of flavors and textures. Tamatar Dhaniya Shorba - $68 The Tamatar Dhaniya Shorba is a light and refreshing tomato-based soup infused with fresh coriander leaves. The vibrant red color and the enticing aroma of the herbs make this dish visually appealing. The harmonious balance between the tangy tomatoes and the fragrant coriander creates a delightful experience for your taste buds. Mutton Beliram - $238 Mutton Beliram features fresh mutton slow-cooked with traditional spices and herbs. The succulent meat soaks in the rich and aromatic flavors, creating a tender and juicy texture. This dish is a true testament to the art of slow cooking, as each bite transports you to the heart of Indian culinary traditions. Butter Nan - $42 The Butter Nan is a soft and fluffy white flour bread baked in a traditional tandoor and topped with melted butter. Its warm aroma and slightly charred edges make it the perfect accompaniment for any curry dish. The combination of its buttery flavor and chewy texture adds a delightful contrast to the rich and spicy curries. Adrakh Ke Panje - $338 Lamb chops marinated in yoghurt, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. This is a dish with vibrant colors, aroma and taste. The fresh ginger tickles your taste buds. Together with the sweet scent of cinnamon and the rich spicy flavor of nutmeg, this dish is layered with complexity. The lamb chops are crisp yet juicy, and every bite is immensely memorable. This dish embraces Indian flavor with modern finesse. Dum Aloo Kashmiri - $128 Stuffed potatoes in a rich mild gravy, made using a traditional slow cooking technique. The potatoes are braised in the curry sauce for a long time. The savory sauce is fully absorbed yet the potatoes remain intact. When you cut into the potatoes, the flavors of the sauce and spices burst in your mouth. This dish is layered but not too heavy, perfect for enjoying with other dishes in a banquet.

A very very Good Indian restaurant in Hong Kong. I was in HK for 2 weeks and my go to place for dinner was Bombay Dreams. They have quite a few options to choose from and have both veg and non veg items. The best part is that have phulka as well.. Definitely recommend this place to all Indians or anyone who wants to try Indian food.

Good ambiance. Vegan Indian dishes available. Very tasty food. Missed vegan desserts. Staff is courteous and helpful. No one picked up phone for booking of table. After reaching there we have to wait for around 20 minutes as Restaurant was full of its capacity. However, it was worth waiting as food is good. Comparatively a little bit expensive. Overall good experience.

The restaurant has moved to a new location. The lunch buffet used to be really good value. This time I went for dinner and was very disappointed. First of all the waitress was very nice but she had no idea about the curries. I wanted to find out more about the dish and how spicy they were. All she asked was if I wanted it spicy. I chose a lamb Rogan Josh, chicken vindaloo, taka Dahl, an aubergine dish and some rotti. The Dahl was $118 for too ladles of lentil, an absolute disgrace. the Rogan Josh had 4 or 5 pieces of lamb in it. the vindaloo tasted of ketchup, it was truly awful. A disgrace to Indian cuisine The rotti was burnt, picture below. It was very over priced, but some times if the quality is good the price doesn't matter but the food was very low quality. The mango Lassi we had was probably the best item from the menu perhaps the lunch buffet is still good value but the dinner experience is to be avoided in the future

Bombay Dreams (Central雲明行) Best Indian meal in Central and beyond! Wondering in Central looking for a special meal? Indian cuisine can definitely be on your list! Bombay Dreams locates upstairs in a commercial building, and it is easy to find. My friend and I are excited to try out some authentic Indian curry and dishes, so here we are and what we enjoyed! We got 2 appetizers and 2 main course to round up the night. Murgh Tikka Peshawari ($178) As one of the most signature Indian dishes, the texture of this boneless chicken marinated in yogurt, nutmeg, mace, gram flour and yellow chilli powder is chewy and not so heavy with ingredients. Not too dry and we added some lemon juice to uplift the taste and spiciness. Tandoori Lachele Aloo ($128) Potatoes stuffed with green peas, ginger, green chilli and pomegranate seeds. You can enjoy it as starter and it is recommended for vegetarians. Chicken Makhni ($188) Butter Naan ($42) The manager of the restaurant recommends the worldwide famous dish “Butter Chicken” for us. We took his suggestion and it never disappointed us! The full-flavored sauce matches with the chicken so well and serves with Butter Naan. Best combo of the meal! Alleppey Fish Curry ($238) If you are a fish-lover, do not miss this red snapper. It is cooked in gravy made with whole spices, curry leaves and raw mangoes, giving you a little sour taste but end up with some sweetness and spiciness. Overall, we like the whole set-up of the restaurant! The interior design brings us back to a real elegant Indian authentic restaurant with clean and comfortable furniture. Staffs are friendly and responsive to our requests all the time! Thumps up for the kind services!

Very nice Indian restaurant with great buffet selection on the weekend. They have a variety of Indian cuisine at a competitive price. The location itself is nice and cozy, can be quite packed though.

High End fine dining resturant. Ambience is great, food is good, I won't say it's extraordinary, price is slightly on higher side. Overall it's a good experience. The missing star is becoz if the staff, we shifted table due to congestion and another group party going on. The staff asked us to carry our own glasses. It's really a shame to ask such after paying 10% service charge. I am sure there are enough staff to carry tge food and drinks to shift tables.

The restaurant is halal (though it serves alcoholic beverages), and is located near one of Kowloon's trendy areas. It's easily accessible by mass transit. The meals were reasonably priced, we were there for their buffet and it was absolutely fantastic. The premises were clean and the staff were professional. The variety of foods was very diverse and catered to vegetarians as well as meat eaters. Every dish we tried was properly prepared and no meats were overcooked. The meats were tender and the spices just right, nothing was too spicy. The depth of flavors were intense, especially the lemongrass soup they featured on that day. The place was absolutely packed by lunchtime, so I would advise getting their early. The views from the window seating area majestic. You get a view of an old (but refurbished) Hong Kong police station and a look at the latest residential towers on the hills. It's a very surreal eating experience. I absolutely enjoyed it and will definitely return.

The new space is an upgrade from the last and has a great vibrant atmosphere of bustling conversation. The food is as good as ever. This is my go to Indian restaurant in HK. My particular favourites from their substantive menu is the chicken bhuna and the tandoori prawns.

Absolute amazing place in Hong Kong for authentic and delicious Indian food. I wished they could have a branch in Tokyo where all Indian food tastes horribly non Indian and suitable to Japanese locals only. The price and ambiance is good for the quality and the quantity.

High end restaurant with absolutely amazing Indian food. Great open kitchen that lets you see the chefs in action. Pleasant atmosphere for dates, business meetings and family dinners.

The food was great. The best indian food in whole hongkong. The buffet spread was awesome and the value for money. You get a free drink with the buffet lunch and its fantastic. We wanted to have the butter chicken which was not in the buffet and that was the only negative point. The buffet was 198 hkd per person and the butter chicken alone costed me 192 hkd, which we didnt like. Overall awesome food to have in the buffet with authentic indian taste.

This is our go-to place for Indian food in Hong Kong. The food is good quality, with our favourites being just about anything that goes into the tandoors which are on show to the dining room. The service is very friendly, with a deserved special mention for Jitender who is very warm and welcoming.

Best Indian food I’ve ever had! Amazing dinner, cozy interior. Owner was very welcoming. Huge portions worth the price. It was a bit difficult to find, look up the address given on their website and Google maps will give a more accurate route.
