I stayed here during November 2020. The room are pretty spacious for HK standards and the great benefit is that the windows open (useful if you want some real air). The internet / Wifi was pretty good - enough for video/conference calls. Well equipped with desk, chair, large LCD TV, single sofa. The hotel is a bit worn now but everything was clean and comfortable. Location is great - near Jordan MTR and plenty of shops and food options nearby. Staff were amazing and very accommodating.

Bottom line, it had one breakfast buffets offered at any hotel I have ever stayed in. It was a mix of East meets West inspired foods that would make even the least adventurous "foodies" happy. It had waffles, stir fry, curries, made to taste omelets, fresh fruits and more. The hotel was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room after we first checked in and within 20 minutes, they had us booked in a new room and assistance moving all our belongings to the new room. We stayed on an executive level floor which was worth it because in the lounge they had food and drinks (alcoholic as well) available at certain if you just needed light fare before heading out. The location was great, just a few blocks from the Jordan Avenue metro station as well as the Temple Street Night Market. Have no fear booking here!

We stayed in a double room on the 10th floor for two nights. The room was a bit bigger than standard hotel rooms in Hong Kong but not by much. The room design and furniture were disappointing. The design was outdated and we didn’t like the colour combinations. Some of the furniture had clearly visible stains, dents and scratches. Cleanliness both in the room and bathroom could have been better. There was dust in corners and on shelves, hair on the floor, stains in the bathroom. There was a TV with several channels in English but only two or so were movie channels. The TV itself looked very old and picture quality was poor. The double bed in the room was big and comfy. There was a big and small window in the room but we could not open either of those even though there were handles for opening/closing. The hotel gym was closed during our stay so we could not use it. The breakfast buffet served on the 1st floor was excellent - a separate salad bar, lots of warm dishes, selection of musli, fresh fruit, a dessert section, two coffee machines and lots of teas. So, the breakfast is a huge plus for this hotel. The Wifi connection throughout the hotel was decent. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Overall however, we only really liked the breakfast. All else was either average or of low quality and disappointing.

The hotel little old. Need refurbish I think. Food buffet to much salad . Not enough variety of shushi. Simple Chinese japanese and Indian cuisine. Cheap price though. So I think it's fair. But I heard that the hotel will shutdown soon.

Stayed for 3 days for a business trip, Preety impressed by the front desk and concierge desk, always smiling and happy to help. Checkin wasnt exactly smooth as i had expected, I had asked for an early checkin, front desk said cant give room before 2, So was waiting in lobby only to see other people coming and getting the rooms, while i was made to wait. Finally at 12.30 they gave me room saying some other guest had cancelled, that too only when i had asked more than 3 times if the room was available. Almost missed my business meetings. The Location is bang on... about 5 mins walk from Jordan station on the MTR line, 15 Mins walk from Tsim Sha Tsui. 5 Mins walk from the night market. 7/11 bang opp the main entrance of the hotel for any small conveniences you might need. Food: My package from Accor had breakfast included. While the spread was definitely at par with the usual Novotel and Accor Standards, My only grouse is that there is too much non vegetarian dishes, Even a single basic dish which is labeled vegan / pure vegetarian friendly would be great. Rooms: Beautiful and Functionally turned out rooms, Well sized. Infact compared to HK standards this is quite a big room. 1 thing which i couldnt understand was why the housekeeping people would not keep Body lotion in the room, Despite it being a bit cold, and despite the fact that i always had to ask for a tube. Maybe the hotel was running low on the same. Overall a pleasant stay. Will definitely visit again.

I went to dinner buffet on 7/8. The food there was okay with the price. But the restaurant staff can be more helpful. Since I was looking for the washroom, they did not show me the direction. Until I went to the lift lobby, a staff actively offered help and finally I can reach the washroom. So I want to thank that lady called Cathy Chan. And overall I had a good dining experience.

Favorites place to stay when I'm in HKG! Very lovely staff and the room is quite decent for the sizing of the rooms in HKG. Nice gym facility and easy location which is a nice walk to train station. Would recommend

Amazing Novotel. Place is in an area that seems dodgy but I'm not a local so I dont know. Place is a little bit on the small side. TV was a bit old and small but other than that, good. Service was amazing and staff were friendly. The person at the tourist desk was knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was alright, nice range but a bit quiet and the sushi seemed old and dry. Cleaning job here was good as well. Thank you

Booked two Executive Premier rooms with lounge access and a sofa bed in each room. Both rooms were booked to requests which is good in my view as most hotels may short change you in one or another. For a hong kong hotel youcant complain much about the room size. Importantly the access lift is large enough to fit your bags and family. the hotel overall is alittle dated but maintenence was good and the overall feel was great. Seriously if maintenence is done properly an old hotel can still look good. Location is great. you are in the centre of it all for the price you pay. Breakfast was good. Been around few hotels in hK, this is the best spread so far. Room amenities great and they make sure you have enough shampoo, towels etc. CRedit to the housekeeping team. and no matter how wet and dirty we were from our daily excursions, the room is always prim proper clean.

Great hotel that doesn't seem so fancy from the outside, and also close to Jordan metro station. Friendly staff and concierge that always feel helpful. Room (double) was spacious, and amenities such as a complimentary universal power adaptor and usb ports were available. Furnishing and general looks and feels were very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was great. Different kinds of chinese food, western breads and a live egg station! Would stay here again!

Great hotel for the price. Great value and location. Gym is in pretty good condition. Views are not good. Didn't try the breakfast here (so many options just within 15 minutes away!) But it was generally packed so I assume food was decent. The front desk was pretty good in terms of servicing. Room was clean. Didn't get 5 stars because Accor has a terrible policy of not being able to apply my several nights stay to my membership account. Would come back!

Very friendly people. Manager Pae was very attentive to our needs. she facilitated our early check-in and an added bonus was a very lovely setup in our room for our honeymoon :) room was clean and is quite spacious. pillows were more than sufficient and we were given a choice between hard, medium, soft, or a mix of all. hotel is close to the MTR which is nice. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

As a silver accor member (soon to be gold), my little staycation in my own town proved to be relaxing and exceeded my expectations. I was cordially welcomed and checked in by a charming staff by the name of Yoko. She took very good care of me, granted and a free uogradeto deluxe room, with 2 welcome drink vouchers (although I was alone) and Kate check out request was immediately granted. The room is spacious enough for Hong Kong, with all the unmistakable touches and designs of Novotel all the world. Bed is super comfortable, and bathroom is equally well maintained. It's very quiet at night which afforded me a great night's sleep. Location wise is excellent, in between Jordan and Yau Ma Tei areas which you'll find the local culture, food and shopping that you've been waiting for. Pricd wise, during non peak season it's very attractive and offers great value for money.
