Trendy & popular Japanese restaurant in the centre of Central; big with 2 floors & great music & food; pricey & they provide weekend buffets; menu with signature dishes & tasting menus; they have dress code & don’t accept shorts; accessible through lifts only, not from the mall’s escalators 🍣🍱🍶Battalion suggestion: relax dress code

We went for the sunday brunch: the experience was good. I expected a buffet, but probably I misunderstood. Food quality was good and service attentive. We for the 900ish menu with free flow of Ruinart

Top class! All round! We ordered the Premium Daikoku tasting menu, love it! We were told this menu was only available in Zuma HK, not other Zuma locations. The presentation of each dish, the food quality and the ambience made the whole experience so enjoyable. Portion was just right. Perfect weather to sit outdoor this time of the year. To our surprise though, we were bitten on our legs half way through the meal !

We did the free flow brunch deal. They bring out starters and then you can order as many more as you like, or for the sea food platter you can order any of the constituents on their own. It’s all quality food and no big carb fillers like rice, potato or pasta. There are mains too, mine was not as good as the starters to be honest, still very tasty. Then there is a big fruit platter at the end. Service was marvelous.

Did the Saturday ‘night brunch’. Very good atmosphere and setting. Live DJ with a dance floor which is good for when the booze kicks in. Honestly, the food is not amazing but it’s still very good. The overall dining experience makes it well worth the visit, and the night brunch is not that expensive…..considering you’re constantly being topped up with sake and champagne.

2/5 Really not a fan of their food here. I have many better choice if I pay for this price. Don’t get me wrong, that snacks was all fine, easy and very hard to mess up.

Delicious Japanese fusion cuisine coupled with a very hip, stylish and vibrant atmosphere. Seating was comfortable at the sushi counter and the staff was both friendly and attentive. The wide variety of dishes were all priced on the high side but food quality, taste and ambience made up for it. The vegetable fried rice (vs steamed rice) and deep fried spicy calamari (very crispy) were fantastic. Overall well worth the experience!

Went for birthday brunch with my wife. We chose not to have the freeflow champagne and feel we were somewhat snubbed - having to ask several times before getting our drink - iced tea being the only other option. The food was tasty and plentiful - all you can eat, after all! Though my wife thought not the best quality ingredients. Due to Covid restrictions, the format was: They bring each item on the menu and you can order more of any you particularly liked. Not quite as good as actually choosing yourself, but relaxed as we didn't have km move! There was a choice of one 'main' course too. We sat outside as the weather was cool and clear. That was lovely until we smelled the cigars - which was rather unpleasant. Overall a pleasant brunch.

Best freeflow brunch so far. Great menu from meat to tempura to sashimi. Made a late reservation and was seated next to the waiter station, but was still worth it. Definitely will visit again and again and again.

A nice thursday spent at their bar. Nice cocktails, amazing music set, Dj lydia nadia was playing, it was dope, with percussion and trompet... Dj Hallex M made us dance to his rhythm and i kept shazaming all of them. I have had some nice sushi rolls, tasted good and paring well with the paloma cocktail and the mai tai cocktail that I had. Thank you, it was a great!

The decor is nice and the staff is friendly. The food isn't good, but passes as so-so. They have an odd way of seating you however, such as initially trying to shove us against a server station and large fire extinguishers in a corner when the rest of the place was largely empty, to which we refused and communicated we would like to move elsewhere that wasn't so claustrophobic when their selling point is a large cavernous space. The food wasn't particularly remarkable, save for literally every single dish being too sour for some reason. I would say the $1,500 HKD or so per head was 100% not worth it and neither was the $120 HKD for the salmon avocado roll (pictured), when I have had $35 HKD salmon avocado rolls that look and taste MUCH better and actually professionally done. I can't say it is a place we want to dine at again.

Ambience is good, service is better. Food quality specially cheese ball is better. Various non veg (chicken, beef etc) are available, less vegetarian options.

I had a fantastic experience at Zuma for lunch with my girlfriend after a long flight! The service was fast and attentive, and the food from both the business lunch menu and à la carte menu was absolutely delicious. We especially loved their cocktails. Sitting on the beautiful terrace added to the overall charm of the experience. Highly recommended!

Great food! I did not expect their weekend brunch to be so good (I was going there more for the champagne 🤣). Really good and cordial service. One of the best brunch I have had in HK since a long time

Every once in a while, will come to Zuma for their weekend brunch. They serve best quality Japanese food with generous quantity. I mean who who doesn't like their sashimi, sushi & maki boats with fresh oysters. Along with their free-flow of bubbles, I usually spend my rest of the afternoon in happy food coma.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zuma for their weekend brunch to celebrate my friend's birthday, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. We had booked the 2pm slot, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for the rest of our visit. One of the first things that caught my attention was the brunch menu. Despite it being early afternoon and not feeling like indulging in alcoholic beverages, I was pleased to find that Zuma offered a wonderful alternative in the form of iced tea. The iced tea was refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly, providing a satisfying beverage option. However, one minor area for improvement was that our water glasses weren't consistently filled throughout the meal. Additionally, the iced tea was only refilled with a new glass upon request. While this didn't significantly detract from the overall experience, it would have been nice to have our beverages refilled proactively. Moving on to the food, the sashimi platter was a standout dish. The selection of fresh fish was impeccably presented and tasted absolutely divine. Each slice was expertly cut and melted in my mouth, showcasing the quality and skill that Zuma prides itself on. Additionally, the oysters were truly outstanding. They were incredibly fresh, briny, and served with all the appropriate accouterments, enhancing the overall dining experience. What added a personal and memorable touch to the celebration was the written message on the dessert plate. It's these small details that make Zuma feel like a home away from home. The staff went the extra mile to acknowledge our birthday celebration, and it made the occasion even more special. Overall, Zuma exceeded my expectations and left a lasting impression. The ambiance was inviting, the service was top-notch, and the food was exceptional. While there was room for improvement in terms of water glass refills and proactive iced tea refills, these were minor issues that didn't significantly impact the overall experience. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a high-quality brunch, Zuma is a restaurant that will never disappoint. I highly recommend it and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Had a promotion voucher from Landmark to use. Very vibrant atmosphere and friendly service in the restaurant. Was at first going to limit myself to sashimi and oysters but decided to add on robatayaki after seeing the chefs at work grilling the meats. Food was delicious! Price point is as expected of such a venue.

Elegant atmosphere, and I notice a beautiful wine cellar but all the light were almost off and it was difficult to see the wine selection inside. Maybe a bit too dark? The food presentation was very nice as it was the taste, the combination of the flavours was very nice, I believe thanks to the chef skills, because the quality of the product I felt it was just ok. good service skills with attention to the guests, friendly and warm. An honest opinion is to improve the lightness of the restaurant and maybe increase the quality of the food products.

However many years later than we first started coming here, Zuma (and the weekend buffet/brunch) remains my favourite dine-out experience. The service is excellent (and very conscientious about allergies), the food is unbelievably fresh, the atmosphere is fun, and the value for money unbeatable. We love Zuma Hong Kong!

No value for the money. I mean, the food was good, but you can surely get better sushi at a cheaper rate across town. Meat was great, though. Service was very attentive. Finally HKD 120.00 for an Aperol Spritz - come on!

Great experience! Fresh, delicious seafood and too quality snacks! We asked for oysters refill a couple times, and those were absolutely delicious as well, very creamy and not too salty. Free flow of Ruinart champagne also does not hurt! Service was very fast and attentive. Great ambiance and fantastic place for a brunch with friends! This reataurant absolutely delivers!

Was excited when I walked in and saw the atmosphere and decor. Grandiose type feeling as you enter and eat dinner. Super tall ceilings wide open spaces, lots of neat architecture and odd styling. Atmosphere was a 5. The food and price point is what left me with feeling like I had a 3 star experience. Drinks were expensive and food were quite the $$$$.

Amazing spot! Absolutely loved our Ruinart champagne brunch here. Restaurant decor was stunning, and particularly loved watching the open kitchen when seated at the bar counter. Food was spectacular and service was some of the best we’ve had in Hong Kong. Staff were super accomodating to dietary requirements and happy to make adjustments to the set menu as required. We were super impressed and will definitely be back!

One can always count on Zuma for a good night. Located at landmark which is just next to Central station. Zuma with its broad drink selection and flavorful Japanese food has always been our go to. Have returned to Zuma for the 6th time already and it truly never disappoint.

Fantastic service from the GM Sandro at the team! My partner and I enjoyed a celebratory 'freedom' dinner after completing our quarantine having travelled to Europe for the summer. Sandro and his colleagues warmly greeted us on arrival and we had great seats by the windows with a view of the kitchen as everything was freshly brought to our table. We loved the cod, steak and sushi in particular, with excellent bubbles throughout. After dinner we went up and enjoyed the DJ set from Night Brunch and has some fantastic cocktails from he bar. Highly recommend visiting Zuma on a Saturday night for great food warm service and party vibes!
