This used to be my go-to place to take everyone for dim sum. Food used to be delicate and melt in your mouth amazing. Since coronavirus started we haven’t been back for a while so yesterday I took my son for dinner. All the staples we ordered were terrible. Still edible, but terrible. The pineapple buns were slightly bigger than before but thicker flour and not as good. The crunchy shrimp roll was super thick and the siu long bao (soup dumpling) was basically meatballs wrapped in dough. Where did the original chef go? I hope he’s ok… please come back soon

Amoung the best authentic Chinese dim sum restaurants in town! Always be prepared to wait and yes they are a chain meanwhile, but nevertheless this restaurant is worth a visit for any foodie. Authentic Chinese cuisine with perfect flavour! Wide variety of dumplings! Nothing fancy, no special service all very basic. But a must visit for every Chinese food lover

The dim sum was delicious! I highly recommend the crispy rice roll with prawns and the aubergine dim sum. The fried dumpling w wasabi filling was interesting and palatable! The pricing was reasonable- spent less than 150 hkd for five dishes. Opens from 10am and queues are longer on weekends but they move fast.

My first time in Hong Kong and some locals in the street recommended this place. Little did I know it was one of the best places for Dim Sum in town. Staff were friendly and price was good. Their pineapple rolls were also very delicious. We'll probably be back before we leave.

Yummy and comparable to other famous dimsum places like one dimsum and Tim Ho Wan. Siew Mai and Har Gao are well seasoned, siew mai is more prawny compared to Tim Ho wan which is more meaty. Impressed by their Xiao long Bao too. Custard bun is cute with pigs but the Bao flour was a bit too much and the custard is too little. Would love to come back to try their other dimsums. You will need to take a queue number from the staff and wait outside. Came at late 1pm during a public holiday and there was a queue outside. Didn’t have to wait as a table of 2 appeared magically. Lunch crowd will disappear around 145pm to 2pm. Suggest you come around that time to avoid the crowd. Edit: tried their pineapple buns and it’s the only pineapple bun I ate in HongKong that has pineapple filling. Something special but taste wise, normal.

Came on a Monday evening about 5.30pm and the place was almost empty. Got a comfortable sofa seat and didn't have to share table or wait. English menu was provided. Fried Wantons were served with the sauce on a separate saucer. Bolo bun taste special with pineapple bits in it, something different from other stores. Piggy custard buns were decent other than it looking cute, it is just another custard bun. Overall, this meal cost 231 HKD.

This dim sum place is highly recommended in Tiktok so we certainly had to visit. It did not disappoint. I enjoyed everything that we ordered. Food is reasonably priced. This restaurant has a lot of loyal patrons but line moves quite quickly because they serve the food pretty fast too. Highly recommended. Worth the hype

Dim Dim Sum: A Hong Kong Dim Sum Delight Recently, I savored a delightful dim sum experience at Dim Dim Sum in Hong Kong. The inviting atmosphere and friendly service created a perfect backdrop for the delicious food. We sampled their signature dishes: succulent Siu Mai, delicate Har Gow, fluffy Char Siu Bao, and unique Deep Fried Dumplings with a creamy wasabi filling - each a burst of flavor. Dim Dim Sum truly is a gem, offering delicious dim sum, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere at a great value. Highly recommended! Rating: 5 out of 5 stars They do accept Visa & Mastercard

Amazing value dim sum. Slightly over 400 for a whole table of dim sum (4 ppl). Taste is decent as well.

FOOD: Tasty dim sum at affordable prices. Especially yummy were the siew mai, steamed char siew bao, and pineapple polo bun. The various dishes were generously filled with large, juicy, and sweet prawns. The pan fried radish cake was melt-in-your-mouth smooth and tasty. SERVICE: Prompt and pleasant. One of the better service experiences in HK. English menu also available. We went around 8PM on a weeknight, so there was no queue and were seated promptly. ATMOSPHERE: Clean, comfortable, and relatively spacious for HK. Didn’t take much photos as we were too engaged enjoying our food! Sharing the only one we took.

Came for breakfast, there was no line & was seated immediately, but the place was full rapidly. Good selection of dim sum, tasty and worth filling your stomach to start the day.

Delicious dim sum at affordable price. I used to love the branch in Wan Chai but it closed down a while back. Went to the Jordan branch and the quality is still very good. The hargow is juicy and springy although a bit small, cheongfun is a bit thick but quite generous with the filling. The place was a bit cramped so there was a queue, waited for about 20mins (weekend lunch). The staff really packed as many customers as they can, we're talking putting 1 solo diners in empty spaces to fill the seats up. It may be awkward if you're not used to sharing table with complete strangers so just a heads up. The staff are quite nice and helpful. They charge 6HKD per person for tea as well. Overall, good quality food but I will consider coming back on off-peak hours.

Recommend if you are dim sum lover, 点心 Authentic Cantonese food, they have a few branches that normally I will go the original one in Mongkok but this time I went to their shop in Jordan (they serve vegetarian menu) it’s nice and less crowded although there are less menu than the one in Mongkok, still best This is a hidden gem that I always go for dim sum, their dishes all are delicious. This branch is clean and look more modern, you can find photo spot while enjoy food

nice local place for dim sum, regardless of the hype, the variety /selection is decent, don't expect lot's of options, just the traditional few staple selections. prices are good, and taste is good, but nothing fancy in presentation. I enjoyed it, nothing to write home about, but great for the occasional visit, to satisfy a dimsum urge.

Amazing food, superb rice flour rolls, soft on the outside with a layer of crispy coating with vegetables and prawns in the center, definitely my favourite dish of it. The cake was so so but the siew mai is really tasty as well. A little walk from Austin MTR station, but it can be easily spotted from far. Fried wasabi dish was normal, garlic pork rib is very flavourful. Love the Har Kau and char siew bao too. Place is well sanitized, clean.

Over my expectation, it is so delicious of dim sum. Looks very humble and not spacious. But yummy! That is good. Close to Kowloon station.

Lovely little place with great fresh dumplings. Love the fact that this place is crowded with locals (always a good sign!), even in the afternoon. Especially nice to try some food while on a little stopover in HongKong airport, since this place is close to Kowloon station but not very touristic! Go for the recommended options, you will not be disappointed!

Well known restaurant for Dim Sum. Taste good, but a little bit expensive. Also location is not so good. There is nothing else, so need to come for only this restaurant. 10min walk from nearest station or come by taxi. Hope that the attitude of staff will improve in the future. No smile, seems bored. (Maybe only one women, but gave me not a good impression)

Very good dim sum here; we went for dinner, and though we got in pretty easily since we arrived early enough, a line formed soon after we were in there. You do end up sharing the table with strangers sometimes because of the limited space, but the food is definitely very good! They do have some items that you don't find elsewhere, such as a cheong fan with shrimp and fried dough inside! Definitely recommended!

Prawn dim sum,,siu Mai and chi Cheong fun are really delicious! Initial when I walked in the restaurant, I super worry that the dim sum here would not meet my expectation due to its setup and outlook. After ordering and tasting few traditional dishes, I am impressed. Strongly recommend to drop by here for great dim sum at reasonable price.

🫤 This was my usual place to get pineapple bun with butter and Hong Kong style milk tea. With the pandemic, this was the first time I returned to Hong Kong after 4 years.
