🫤 Simple breakfast to start the day. The food is generally good but unfortunately the Bo Luo Bao was too hard. People often mention good, scrambled, eggs, service, time, truffle,

Good breakfast, the pasta is very delicious and soup is very nice. We always like the toast, delicious butter and soft bread. The polo butter bun is so so only.

Australian dairy milk Co food standard without the nasty attitude. We started queueing at about 10am in the rain. Got in on 15 mins. Must try the truffle scrambled eggs and the macaroni. Service was prompt and polite. We felt very welcomed as compared to the service you get at Australian dairy milk Co.

Usually I go to the one at Heard Street, Wan Chai as my go-to hotel is within walking distance. But this one in Mong Kok is nearer this time. Ordered the same as I usually do here - Cheese Truffle Toast and Luncheon Meat & Egg Macaroni. There's something magical about macaroni soup in HK cha can teng. Such comforting breakfast food, especially on a rainy morning like today. They are famous for their fluffy creamy scrambled eggs, so most would order the Truffle Scrambled Egg Toast but I think the Cheese Truffle Toast is the understated one. Though they are less generous with the cheese and truffle now. In fact, the first one came with a strand of hair, and when I highlighted it to the staff, he was initially impatient, not seeing it. After he finally saw it, he just nodded and brought it back to the kitchen and have them replace it. Without apology. Wonder if they ever tried combining the 2, I think a cheese covered truffle scrambled eggs toast would be quite amazing too.

Typical Hong Kong style comfort food restaurant. My favorite is egg with corned beef toasted sandwich.

Food was pretty average. What you would expect from a typical Hong Kong cafe. I ordered the baked pork chop on rice. The rice was nice. The portion for the pork chop was pretty big, but it was 63HKD. Overall taste was pretty good. I think they're known for their scrambled egg so probably will try that if I come back.

Food quality dropped a lot compared to my last trip. Their signature polo buns and egg tart taste worse of than the other cafes I've been to. Attitude of staff is also bad. Phone connection lag a little so took a bit of time to do alipay and was told off by the cashier not to waste her time. Hmmm....it was early then with less than 20%occupancy in the shop and no one was in the paying Q. OK let's not waste everyone's time, so paid in cash this last time. Don't intend to go back again as the food does not taste as good anymore. See my other reviews on another cafe if you are looking for fresh polo buns

A friend who visits HK every month or so told me about this place and decided to give it a shot. My first experience at a HK style cafe and it was hectic in a good way. The three of us were sitting at a already small table and 10 mins in, the staff had called a lone diner to our table without seeking for our approval. Though the diner turned out to be a great help as she was extremely friendly and gave us tips on traveling HK. Food was decent but we suspected that MSG was added as we were thirsty even after a huge glass of their iced lemon tea. Don't expect customer service here. It's a blessing if you weren't being shouted in Cantonese...

Food and service is way better than your usual 茶餐厅! I didn’t felt rushed at all whilst having my meal despite going around dinner time. You can find a lot of traditional HK style french toast here! Highly recommend if you’re visiting HK. Also worth noting that the menu has English translation

Nice scrambled eggs on toast, corn beef omelette, and french toast. Had previously tried their truffle scrambled eggs and there was almost no truffle flavour.

The spaghetti noodles with tomato sauce is yummy! The ice milk tea and ice coffee is good too. The scrambled eggs are fluffy and not bad. For scrambled eggs, I definitely liked Australia Diary CO better. But only slightly. Worth a try!

Just give it try once and experience the HK traditional breakfast. Other than that, well just once is enough.

All the dishes are delicious, especially the fried omelette rice and the omelette truffle. Definitely would come again. Didn't have to wait for a long time during my visit but the queue was getting longer and longer for the people before me. The place is very small so you might have to share tables with complete strangers. A lot of hong kong stars has visited this place before

Local style HK food, good quality, portion and reasonably priced. Above average standard of service for a HK-fast-Food-style Restaurant!

🫤 This was my usual place to get pineapple bun with butter and Hong Kong style milk tea. With the pandemic, this was the first time I returned to Hong Kong after 4 years.
