Pret is always my savior when I'm out and about, I particularly enjoy pret as there are many vegan options available here and they are all clearly labelled and made incredibly easy to identify 😊 I always enjoy the soups here and on my most recent visit I tried the red pepper and sriracha soup which so far has to be my favourite. The service is always speedy and staff are super friendly, because it is a spot for a quick bite or takeaway you dont really get the opportunity to engage in conversation with the staff but you are always greeted with a smile. I find the prices reasonable especially by hong kong standard, my soup today was only 29$ and super yummy and super filling. In the past I have tried other items such as the overnight oats, chia pudding pot, and an italian styled sandwich, I am always pleased with the food and service here and find it a godsend when I'm about in the city and need a quick bite to eat! The fridges are always full!

Pret Manager is a UK based chain that has done quite well in Hong Kong, we have a fair number of branches around the city, with a heavier concentration on Hong Kong island. Food is supposedly prepared using chemical free, fresh ingredients. No idea if this is true or not but sandwiches we've bought have been quite tasty. We don't eat Pret A Manger that often but often wish we did. Sandwiches are usually fresh, taste pretty good and well priced. You can also pick up standard salads, platters, fresh juices and the like from Pret A Manager. Seating at Pret A Manager is usually quite standard, nothing to be excited or complain about. We've usually just grabbed a sandwich or baguette to go before heading off to the outdoor seating area outside the IFC mall. Lee Garden branch is also quite good. Overall, can't recall picking up food here that we were unhappy with. The dining experience itself is just standard, like any other take-away/seating sandwich shop might be. Naturally, Pret A Manger feels more like a place for locals, but visitors in need of familiar food or something on the healthy side might find it a worthy option.

Loved that they have wide variety of desserts to choose from! I loved their granola yoghurt with honey and banana... it was AMAZING! The combination was really great. Their coffee and tea are relatively average, it does not taste like home-made coffee brew but still taste okay.

They have local variations for the cosine. It was a rest for the taste buds. I had the warm Chicken Coronation wrap with French Rose Tea Latte and I'm in love!

Happy Thursday! This is my favorite place for breakfast & a little reading for the mind before starting a new day of work. I wanted to compliment the staff here today, for outstanding customer service. There is a mixed up of hot bread, I wanted to have Tuna Melt instead of the other one with meat, as I do not take meat for years. I am grateful that the staff gives me peace of mind by taking immediate action to exchange it for me with great smile. I will do the same for anyone if this happen, no question asked. This is the best practice that will win my heart & loyalty. Thank you so much. I will start my day in full appreciation for life's beauty. Thank you, thank you.

Opening hour was quite early in the mall. The cheerful service staff in this coffee shop could give positive energy to the patrons. Environment was pleasant but the tables were quite close to each other. Both hot and cold food were offered. Size of coffee was standardized. Soup was also available. Price was moderate. Bread not sold during the day would be collected for donation. Hygiene condition was maintained well. Seats and tables were were cleaned with alcohol spray and towel after patrons left.

Pret ar IFC is a classic for the lunch crowd around Central. Included in the photos are my favorite vegan dishes. Affordable, healthy and quick bites. Highly recommended, I do return regularly here.😊

Awesome food chain from the UK. Maintaining the UK standard. Very comfortable place to have meal. I love their hot soup and fantastic sandwiches. Must come to try it out.

I like ur minestrone soup. Please bring back the hot falafel wrap as it was much more tasty than the meatless meatball wrap that u currently have in ur shop. Also please introduce grilled veggie sandwiches as these will be of great help to vegetarians like me.

Having lived in the UK for many years, Pret is my soul food. When I used to stay in HK, I visited the IFC branch frequently. Today was a visit in many years since I left HK, and I am very disappointed with quality of their salad. I had a vegan salad and there were cherry tomatoes in it. They were rotten. When you see these black spots on tomatoes, you know it is contaminated inside already with mould/ fungus. Such a basic standard has not been met. Food poisoning can arise from it. When I commented on it, a staff member did not suggest any refund. He just did not seem to be bothered (not apologetic) and said he would tell his manager about it. Won’t return. (FYI avocados were also not very fresh..) ———————————————————— Pret a Manger contacted me and gave me a refund after my original review. So I edit my rating to 3 stars. The mere fact that they followed upon my complaint is very promising as it reflects that the management takes it seriously and places importance on hygiene and food safety. I do sincerely hope they maintain their reputation for clean & quality salad/ sandwiches. I still remember the days I used to grab crayfish sandwiches from this store near Aldwych, London back in 2000..good old days..

Best coffee in Central. Best food. Seating and customers inside best avoided. Good service.

Whether I’m in London, New York, Berlin or Hong Kong I always go to eat here. The food is always the best. Rose Tea highly recommended.

Long-time customer of pret who has become very disappointed with your food quality lately. I bought a hot chicken and mushroom wrap at the IFC branch and it looked like somebody had already eaten half the wrap when I opened the packaging. Maybe the chef got hungry. Why use so much packaging when your wrap itself only takes up half the space? It's very misleading. What was left of the wrap was occupied by neither the "chicken" nor the "mushroom" that was advertised but instead a sea of cheese so thick that you could make a fondue. As I was about to give up on all hope of ever finding the chicken that was advertised in this wrap, something caught my eye! There it was, stuck to the bottom of the wrap, a thin sliver of poultry. I will be getting my lunch from elsewhere from now on.

I buy breakfast here a few times a week, this morning I bought a Yoghurt Granola cup and the "fresh" blueberries were MOLDY!! Even the other berries looked mushy. This is shocking, I ate the cup just after buying it at around 8am, when the fridge was freshly stocked. Mold can cause serious health issues....I had no choice but to throw away the entire cup This is a FOOD HAZARD, clearly they do not check their stock, or it is from a few days before?? I wish I could get my money back! I could not recommend this to anyone and will not come back!
