Most buffets offer mainly seafood because the people in Asia just love seafood. What I liked about the Square was that it was not just seafood. They did have air flown French, Auz or Irish oysters and a good variety of crabs such as Spanner crabs etc. For me, I liked the International selection. It was good that you could mix your own Caesar salad too the wooden bowl by the salad selection and adding crispy bacon and cheese as you please. The braised oxtail and polenta which was my favourite, the ox tail was soft and gelatinous while the chunks of polenta absorbed the gravy. (Not often that you find polenta in buffets) The German beef with saukeraut was good, I liked the tartness of the purple cabbage. I liked the noodle bar as well but I requested my noodles without the soup because I like adding curry sauces, gravies etc from the buffet area to it. Finished with desserts but I was rather full for desserts.

A very nice buffet restaurant with an array of food. Häagen-Dazs soft cream is also available for any dessert lovers

I enjoyed a lunch buffet today. I was much impressed by the services of staff, servers, cooks and chef. They were always seen working in a concerted attitude to meet the needs of their customers. In comparing with the price, the food provided was very attractive, particularly the cold dishes. Though it provided one and only one curry dish, the curry bean, it was very tasteful. Regrettably, the naan was too dry like biscuit. The ginger with pig’s foot in black vinegar was the best that outclassed the others. Most importantly there was no gamy smell from the pig’s foot. The other Chinese dishes were above average. If anyone who is not looking for crab’s leg and oyster for lunch, this is the one worth recommended. .

Food choices is so. Limited during lunch time, its just the shrimp and the haagen dazs ice cream is the main attraction. Service is good though.

It was an inspirational experience that taught me how bad hotel buffet quality could get.

A good value for money although choices are limited for lunch. Good quality in general. Some dishes could be made better such as pork steak and shrimp. Definitely, you can find something you like. Excellent service with a clean and decent environment. Would recommend it with a limited budget.

First time trying this restaurant and it will be the last time. I would give minus one star for the experience. Had to call three times to make the reservation. When arrived at the restaurant .. hostess at front shown no interest greeting us. No server check back on our table during the entire dining, dirty plates weren’t taken away. We had the breakfast buffets .. it was a total disappointment. Not to mention about the little varieties of food, they taste bad. The only one thing we appreciated was the chef cooking at the hot counter. He has shown passionate in serving the guests. When we pay the bills, we over heard the staffs complainting how tired they are.
