Delicious, authentic Japanese sauce dipping noodle shop. Small, down to earth tone. Friendly staff. A little bit expansive though.

Not a ramen expert. Couldnt really tell how different this Michelin-recommended ramen is comparing with the others, but I tried the Michelin 1-star ramen Tsuta (it’s closed now) before and I could tell the difference. In general I think it tastes good, just not that extraordinary to match with the price tag, maybe because I am no expert. The service was definitely quite rush. When I almost finished everything, I stopped for a while to use my phone, and then a staff came and took away my food in which I actually haven’t finished (including some spinach and some noodles with one piece of pork). The move was so fast and I was in shock so I didn’t say anything. It was a pity.

Really amazing low-temperature cooked pork! Tender texture with salty condensed meat flavour, I feel like I am having Prosciutto ! Jiaoji is Japanese style, not much surprise in taste or texture. One thing surprise me: The waiter concerns about quality, if they found the jiaoji overcooked, they redo for the customer! One thing is the shop is small, good for a quick dinner not good for friend's dinning

Tsukumen and ramen (my friend had) were really delicious. Solid portion The soups for both are very rich and coats the noodles wonderfully; but might be too salty to drink on its own. Will come back :)

This is the second time I came to visit this ramen shop. Last time, they were recommended by Michelin, but the award paused after 2019. Ordered a standard tonkotsu ramen, and they don't have customization for noodle firmness or broth thickness, which most ramen shops have nowadays. Noodles are not firm nor soft, pork broth is quite salty but rich in flavour. Ramen has all the standard side-dishes, but charsiu pork tasted plain. Overall, a very ordinary ramen.

Sadly it was quite disappointing ☹️ First up the Japanese potato salad lacked texture and it just tasted like kewpie mayo mash. My chicken soup base was rich and nice enough, just falling short in the depth of flavour. The chicken pieces were tender and the noodles were good, but the chicken (?) char siu was chewy and sinewy. Hubby wasn’t keen on his spicy ramen, saying that it was a bit mediocre and my kids who are raving ramen fans didn’t even really make a dent on their ramen. On the plus side service was good- even though we accidentally went there when they are not open yet, they let us take a seat when they saw that we have children with us and gave us cold water while we waited. Overall just felt like if it had a Michelin star (before… I don’t think they had it this year), it should have been pretty good, but it wasn’t.

A very dismal and simply disappointing lunch let alone an experience. Both my fiancé and I walked in during lunch before it got busy with no greeting besides being guided to where we sat. I ordered a spicy ramen dish which is already quite pricey at a standard 98 dollars before add ons. I was absolutely dissatisfied with the "spicy dish" as it was served as a regular ramen broth with a tiny scoop of chilli. I asked for extra chilli of which they wanted to charge me 10$ more per scoop of which I said absolutely not. This is forgetting to mention that a couple opposite us came into the restaurant 5 minutes after we did yet received their meals first as I could observe the chef picking tickets at random rather than in order, as I've been working in this industry myself! Would never come to eat here again.

The restaurant was too hot! I was sweating so bad, if more cool would be 5 star! The TonKatsu ramen was super good! The side snacks I wouldn't recommend.

Overall, quite a disappointment from the Michelin-starred expectation. The tsukemen is nice but nothing too special, tastes better with the minced garlic. The pork rice was very nice though!! Love how the fat and the nice flavor blends together, very satisfying. Other than that, will probably not visit for a second time.😕

Very tasty food with efficient service. Seating can be a bit tight. Had a enjoyable meal though.

Miso ramen was average. Portion was not huge but ok for ladies. Cha siu was quite good. Other ingredients and noodles were average. I quite like the miso broth, not too salty. Worth trying if there’s no queue.

Ramen Jo is still the best ramen I've ever had in HK 😍 It's on a completely different level to the ramen in UK. Broth was rich and half-boiled eggs were delicious 😋 The only disappointment is that there were 4 charsiu in the same bowl of ramen 8 months ago and now there are only 2 😂

Noodle are good, can choose from cold or hot noodles, soup are nice too. Great place for people who would like to have a standard dip noodles. P. S. Their toppings are more than the others.

Famous Michelin recommended ramen bar. The bar itself is quite small with limited seat, but it’s worth to try their different varieties of ramen. Nice soup! Dumping is normal.
