Throughout the years of visiting the peak tower, it seems this year was the year it was clear for once! You cannot underestimate getting the weather right whilst going to this lookout - the view is breathtaking. Be warned that the ticket for the lookout can only be used ONCE. You cannot use it again to go up if you decide later on in the day you want to go up again - you would have to pay again. Went on a Friday (28th April) before noon and there were surprisingly not as many tourists as expected. The view of course was great and there was cute little P5 students around the galleria grabbing westerners for a little questionnaire to help aid their English studies - very cute interactions!

One of the tourist attractions to view Hong Kong City is The Peak. We used the Peak Tram to get there, purchasing tickets online, although you can also buy them at the counter or use your Octopus card. Being a popular spot, it can get crowded. At The Peak, you can explore shops, restaurants, visit Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, experience Monopoly Dreams, or simply enjoy a leisurely walk while taking in the breathtaking view of Hong Kong City. As a tourist attraction, it tends to be crowded.

The nice spot in the peak of mountain. Panoramic view of Hong Kong from here is incredible. Should not missed it when you are in Hong Kong 🇭🇰. However, during the weekend is likely super crowded I believe.

The peak tower provided a great view of the Victoria Harbour and the magnificent skyscrapers of Hong Kong. We went there on a Saturday and the queues to the tram is more than a kilometer long. The waiting time to ride the tram to the peak is approximately 1 hour. Overall, we have a great experience.

Tremendous view on the Kowloon bay, definitely beautiful when the sky is open tickets can be purchased as a package with the Peak Tram. Better to go earlier for a clearer sky and for a less crowded place. If you like views, it's the place to be.

A clever way for visitor to come enjoy high rises from a higher point and the views are breathtaking. A variety of restaurants and shops in the area are just smart to offer. I think the whole idea of the Peak is an amazing addition to the charm of this island.

The wait for the tram and the rudeness of the crowd is worth after I see the beautiful sunset and the night scenery of HK. Recommend to get the sky terrace ticket together the tram ticket. And check sunset timing so that you need to plan entering the sky terrace in advance by at least 45-30mins to pre-occupy the best spot for photography.

The peak tram station and the Sky Terrace 428 is located in the Peak Tower. It was very confusing to navigate and get out of the mall after alighting from the tram. Madame Tussauds, restaurants and souvenir shops are within this building. To visit Sky Terrace 428, just take the escalator all the way upwards and scan your ticket. Ticket counter is at level 3 if I remember correctly. You will pass by the ticket counter while going upwards. Tip: Consider coming first thing of your itinerary for lesser crowds. I visited Sky Terrace 428 at a weekday morning 10am. No queue, no crowd, just a handful of people and I manage to get some good photos. Although some shops were not open yet, the crowd was significantly lesser and the sun was not scorching hot yet. Best to plan your visit on a day with clear sky for the best view. Also, buy your tram and sky terrace 428 tickets on Klook for a hassle free trip.

Beautiful place! My advice is to take the the extra ticket for the Sky Terrace 428. Stunning views. Well organized. I was there on a monday. The weekends are very busy.

Was there to do the hiking. We went to the top to hike first. The governor's walk was up and down and there is not much of a proper path. The one down next to the peak tower is more straight and easy to walk. Many people and celebrities also go there to walk. After the hike we went into the peak tower to enjoy some aircon and also have some drinks and rest before having lunch.

Loved the view at The Peak. Make sure to book your tickets in advance (available via Klook) to avoid the long lines. Going up, there are so many people that we ended up standing, but going down, not much.

No ticket available around 6:00pm due to visitors reaching the maximum capacity that the tower can accommodate. We moved to a patio at third floor and luckily got a spot to enjoy beautiful cityscape at night.

We went here because this is where Madame Tussauds is located. It is very convenient to come here via the Peak Tram. There is a restaurant beside Madame Tussauds if you're looking for a more affordable place to eat. There are souvenir shops as well.

The Peak Tower is an absolute must-visit destination when exploring Hong Kong. Situated atop Victoria Peak, this iconic landmark offers an unforgettable experience with its stunning panoramic views and a wide range of attractions. First and foremost, the highlight of The Peak Tower is its observation deck, providing a bird's-eye view of Hong Kong's breathtaking skyline. The vistas stretch across the bustling city, Victoria Harbour, and the surrounding mountains, creating a picturesque scene that will leave you in awe. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the mesmerizing beauty from every angle. Aside from the awe-inspiring views, The Peak Tower houses an array of exciting activities and attractions. The Sky Terrace 428, located on the rooftop, offers a mesmerizing 360-degree view and is one of the highest observation decks in Asia. The Peak Tower is also home to numerous dining options, ranging from casual cafes to upscale restaurants. After soaking in the views, you can savor a delicious meal while overlooking the cityscape. Whether you're craving international cuisine or traditional local dishes, there's something to suit every palate. Additionally, the Peak Tram Historical Gallery, located within the tower, provides fascinating insights into the history and development of the Peak Tram, a renowned funicular railway that transports visitors to the summit. It's a great opportunity to learn about the engineering marvels behind this iconic mode of transportation. Finally, the shopping experience at The Peak Tower is not to be missed. The vibrant array of boutiques and souvenir shops offers a variety of unique items, allowing you to take a piece of Hong Kong back home with you.

Busy but not long wait on the tram. Two running, one going up and one going down. Stops mid way to switch rail. Beautiful view on top lookout deck. So breathtaking but humid.

Absolutely a highlight and one that everyone should visit if given a chance to. The views are incredible and not just the views of Honk Kong Island and Kowloon, but on the opposite side of the tower, you can also see out toward the South China Sea. Would recommend either going early to avoid crowds or visit right at dusk for the night view.

Victoria Peak is a must if you visit Hong Kong. The November weather is amazing average 20°/23° in the date time and no rain.

Transferred MTR for a public bus at Admiralty station, my family and I embarked on a breathtaking journey to the Peak Tower. Within 35 minutes, we were winding through towering skyscrapers, captivated by the majestic panorama of emerald mountains unfolding before us. The bus ride itself was a scenic delight, offering glimpses of Hong Kong's bustling cityscape and lush green slopes. Reaching the Peak Tower, we set off on a leisurely stroll down to Lugard Road towards the iconic lookout point. Twenty minutes later, we emerged onto the viewing platform, greeted by a panorama that took our breath away. The city sprawled beneath us, a dazzling tapestry of light and life, framed by the verdant embrace of the surrounding mountains. It was truly a mesmerizing sight.

Had a great night view walk. Its very breezy and not crowded at all. There's mosquitos so remember to prepare repellant spray. 😊

One of the must visit places when you are visiting HK... Extremely scintillating. You can take the regular bus / mini bus to the top or the tram if it is operational. Once you're on the top the climb is pretty steep so be ready for some workout. If you are not a regular walker or athletic please exercise caution.

HK trial starting point. Great hike if you are into walking or you may take the famous tram. Also great place for sunset. Also a good vantage point for appreciating the Victoria Harbour.

Love this place especially inside the peak Tower . Where you can find those wax statue of popular people across the globe . The peak market that sells all kinds of souvenirs in cheaper price. And also those funny 3D animation pictures of different animals and places in hk ! I love it!

I love it. Worth the hike... The overlooking view is perfect and the place I love it

The Peak is great; it's quite modern and doesn't feel at all antiquated like it did before the remodeling. Additionally, many of the stores don't open until after 10AM. The Peak walk was difficult, but it was worthwhile because of the vista and the small waterfall that can be seen around halfway through the hike. I had a wonderful time and would recommend it to everyone.

As a HongKonger, I’ve been to The Peak Tower for couple times. Not bad, good spot to view the whole city. However, the sky terrance have not been changed or making any facility update since my last visit over 10 years ago. Worth for tourist, but not very much for local.

Excellent view of Hong Kong, the best place to view. It also can catch the sunset too.

Good place to enjoy Hong Kong from the height. But unfortunately my visit was cloudy so could not see any view from the top. The peak tram just incredible unique. My try!

Great view of Hong Kong. Must go up to the top floor to see the beautiful harbour.

Went there for a weekend morning walk with my colleagues. Cool weather, blue sky, fresh air, nice view, great company - the formula for a refreshing weekend. The Peak Tram is operating again! Remember to let it lift you to the top.

We took the peak tram up and got there pretty quick. Feels like Genting Highlands in Malaysia but with less shops . Overall great view of Hong Kong Islands. Would recommend to come before sunset as the locals say to enjoy the evening and night view.

Nice to be at the peak, great views. But all those shops, like there aren't enough in HK. The bus ride is nice, once you find the terminal, come on Google you can do better, have a feedback on maps. The top is 75HK$ or so, not worth it for me, already had good views. Next time I'll go hiking around the top.

Love going here. You can do a circular walk through the woods or climb up Mt High West at sunset to get great photos of the Hong Kong skyline.

Don't miss the night view from the tower. I find it mesmerizing and amazing. Since each experience is different, I love being there at any time. No matter what the weather does, Peak is beautiful. At night, during the day, on rainy days, foggy days, sunny days. The vibe at Peak is unique.

Top notch sight seeing spot Must go regardless if your are visitors or locals It’s better to get there in a clear sunny cloudless day Also early enough to avoid the crowd to get there before you do ca 11 am is sufficiently good There are sufficient basic facilities up there

Go before the tourist returns. Enjoy the magnificent view without heads blocking you. Have a quiet meal there without the wait. We stayed till night time to let the kids see the stunning night view of Hong Kong before the glamour dies down.
