crowded all the time. pack plenty of water, food, chair lol . damn it had the best view but it was tiring. you gotta take the escalators to the top. this building also have restaurants and free entry to 3d photo spot. it's worth the wait and time..best to go at night but will be crowded

Great views of the Hong Kong skyline from this viewing deck. Use the Peak tram to get here and buy a combo ticket which includes return tram ticket as well as the sky terrace entrance. Can get a bit cold in the evening in the winter months so advised to bring some warm clothing if needed.

Super worth the visit. Came here on Monday morning and arrived few minutes before they open so we were first in line. It gave us an opportunity to take great photos in a nice spot without any photobombers 😊 it’s popular for a reason. You get a nice view of Hong Kong. The Peak Tram ride was also very enjoyable. I like that there are glasses even on the tram roof. To get the best views during the tram ride, be sure to always sit on the right side both going up and going down.

This place is among one of the best places you can plan to visit in Hong Kong if you love nature. Sky Terrace is situated on the Victoria Peak. This exists in the Hong Kong Island portion of Hong Kong. Reaching here via Peak Tram is itself a memorable experience. From Top of Sky Terrace you can watch the majority of Hong Kong Sky Scrappers(High Rise Buildings) The experience at night is totally different. This is among my favourite spots in Hong Kong. Highly highly recommended to visit.

Great views, however, could also pay only for the tram ride (don’t get the combo ticket incl Sky Terrace) and go to top of the Peak Galleria mall next door for same views for free (see last pic for comparison). Escalators to the top are also interesting, but also free.

The Peak is one of interesting place to enjoy Hong Kong skyline. Located in mountain top, we can access by car, bus, or dedicated train. It best to visit during noon until night, to enjoy both scenery, and make sure of good weather to have clear sky.

Great views of the HK skyline, harbor and Kowloon from a very high place in HK Island. Obviously unless you are really fit, riding the tram up is the way to go. I also recommend riding it down as well for a faster transit back to the streets. This is highly recommended for first time travelers to Hong Kong. I went there during December and it can get very chilly up there so make sure to bring thick clothing. Best time to be there is around 5PM for the sunset viewing and eventually the buildings will start to light on.

Want to see the whole of Hong Kong? Visit the Peak Tower! This is a must-visit place in HK! The cityscape is picturesque and Instagrammable! You shouldn't miss this! I booked the tickets via Klook! Bring your sunglasses, a bottle of water, and an umbrella to enjoy the view.

We visited this on a complete whim. I knew we wanted to ride a few trams and ended up finding this! It's definitely something you need to do if you're visiting Hong Kong! The tram itself costs around £15 and you can buy tickets on the door. If you are planning a trip, it's definitely worth booking ahead of time, as you can miss the queues. The sky tower was definitely worth doing. The views when you reach the top are insane! Overall, it was an amazing surprise experience, and I would 100% do it again!! We visited on a Sunday and it was busy but not unbearable, if you do visit you might miss some of the crowds during the week 😊

Bought the ticket to Sky Terrace 428 together with the Peak Tram. Would say there are other observatories opposite the peak tower just outside of Monopoly dreams that offers the exact same view. Would not recommend this.

Best ever place in Hong Kong to see the City View.

For city views of Hong Kong, this is where you'll discover some excellent ones. There is a fee to go up to the Sky Terrace, but the views are some of the best available. It is particularly good for nighttime views. If you don't wish to pay a fee for the views, there are a few other places available where excellent views are available. Currently, the Sky Terrace is the highest public viewing area available.

Got a good view of the Hong Kong skyline from the sky deck. The place was a bit crowded and it is an open terrace.

The tram experience was awesome! However, it was cloudy and foggy when we visited so we didnt see any view of the city. But it was cold and was still a nice experience. So before visiting check the weather forecast first. PS: buy tickets online to avoid long lines.

The place is great, you can see a great view of Hong Kong from here. I recommend getting the ticket in advance. We got ours in Klook. We didn’t wait that long since there are only few people and it’s also a weekday. There are restaurants below the terrace. The wind is strong in the terrace so be sure to take off your hat or wear a tight one. It’s nice to visit here in the morning since you can actually see the beauty of Hong Kong. But if you prefer to see city lights, go there at night

Great view. There are alot of establishments on top. Lots of people but you can also check out other spots within the area with less crowd and less expenses.

Wow! What an awesome experience in Hong Kong! One of the most under rated places on the planet. Although Hong Kong is dense with people, cars, smog, buildings, shops, boats etc, it has so many opportunities and the peak tower is one of the best attractions in this small big city. Everything you want and more. The views are amazing , the restaurants and coffee shops are great and the service is amazing! Can't describe it all, you'll just have to go!

It’s worth to pay extra to use Sky Terrace

The view is superb. I love the ambiance. Remember that tickets are a one time admission. You can get tickets from Klook.

The first place we went after arriving at Hong Kong Airport. This iconic view is not to be missed.

The view is just amazing. The only negative side is the common, very long queue (at the lower terminus) and the crowd (at the top) because it's a very popular tourist attraction. Therefore I think it's better that you book a round trip slot in advance through voucher websites such as klook or others so you can cut significant amount of queueing time. Beware of long queue for the downhill trip as well: took me 75 minutes from start (at peak hour) until boarding. If you have the round trip ticket then just queue and scan, but if you need to buy one, downhill trip is around $37 for adult/$14 for kids and seniors above 65 (buy at the end of queueing).

Tourist attractions, a must for those who visit HK for the first time. Was listed as the top 3 hilltop night scenery in world with Napoli and Mount Hakodate. Here is quite pack with people. It has restaurants and theme stores inside here. It is also a tram station for people going up or down of Victoria peak. The sky terrace is a paid visit location on the top floor of the building. Long queue if you encounter to large tour groups. Scenery is dependent on weather. If it is foggy, you might not get any good view at all. However if it is not foggy you could view Asia's Top 10 financial district beneath your feet. You could even see parts of kowloon if its a good day. Best of luck then.

The most romantic place in Hong Kong. Not to be missed with your partner while visiting Hong Kong. The views are breathtaking and the place is best for people interested in doing photography. Best time is to visit in the evening when you can view the Hong Kong Skyline both in the day light and in the night time. The views are amazing from the sky terrace. One can pre book online the sky tram, the madam Tussauds, sky terrace tickets to avoid ques, which can be really long and time consuming. There are couple of good options available to book the tickets online in advance. Don't forget to sit on the right side in the tram while going up and to the left side while going down to enjoy the view of the city. A must visit place in HKG.

Once inside the Peak Tower, there is a counter for the Sky Terrace 428. Think the tickets were $50 HKD for an adult. The Sky Terrace is the observation area on top of the tower. Once you have bought a ticket you just keep heading up the Peak Tower until you reach the top floor where you use the ticket to get to the roof. The top has amazing views of Hong Kong. It was a bit windy and crowded but the views were still quite nice. Some areas were more crowded but if you just waited for a bit you got to the front. Nice place to stop by if you are in the area.

My husband and I loved the tram and sky pass. The only difficulty we faced was to find person holding klook sign at central exit location. when we reached the station, the person was not not present in the location and we had a bit of difficulty in locating him especially being new to the place and not knowing local language. Nonetheless, once the person was there, he gave us the ticket and instructed us in English and dropped us to the point of tram departure. Loved the experience. Will be purchasing again before we leave hongkong.
