Lan Kwai Fong is one of Hong Kong’s most popular nightlife hot spots and home to over 90 restaurants and bars. The atmosphere ranges from stylish wine pairings to raucous jelly shots and the food on offer is as diverse as the clientele. Thanks to Hong Kong’s dominance in Asian cinema, this centre of late-night revelry is so renowned that its official street sign is more photographed than many of the celebrities who haunt its clubs. Mostly, the area is crowded with people from the surrounding offices of Central, eager to shake off the working day or week. Get in the thick of it with a street side perch, or watch the antics on the road below from one of the upper floors.

Haven't been back to HK for over 10 years and it was a must to visit LKF for sure and it was great! Great vibes, lots of loud music pumping and secret little bars like "Dog Hair Bar" within the buildings which were interesting and cool.

Great place to go for some late night bar hopping. Lots of restaurants, chill bars, bars with DJs and dance floors and clubs. You can find what you want here. Very happening at night with lots of young of people and good times

Amazing place.. Lots of bars to choose from. Depends on your preference. You can chill, dance or just hang out in the streets. There’s two 7/11 store in opposite sides, you can just buy drinks there and drink outside😊 It’s crowded on weekends. People are all alive and hype.

Welcome, witches, ghouls, and creatures of the night, to the most spooktacular Halloween extravaganza in the heart of Hong Kong! As the moon rises high in the darkened sky, casting its eerie glow upon the bustling streets, here transforms into a hauntingly vibrant playground, beckoning all brave souls to join in the wicked festivities.

An iconic place in Hong Kong famous for its bars and restaurants. You can see this place coming to life after sunset. It’s quite easy to find the street from the nearest MTR Station (Central), though you may need to walk a bit up the hill. Prices in the bars are rather reasonable as well. Visitors could make a trip here at least once just to feel the vibe of Hong Kong night life.

We go there every time when we visited Hong Kong. Even though I don't drink alcohol, I like the lively and busy vibe from that area. It's my husband's favorite place to go when we are in Hong Kong. He loves live music and drinks there.

(Translated by Google) But every impression is very good. In the past, I would never take Hong Kong as an option when I went abroad. Later, when a big star took me to play, I knew how there is a story. Regardless of the personalities of the locals, everything is good here. I really think I am very happy to live on the street and take a photo. The food is very delicious. And they are very friendly to Taiwanese. It's quite interesting. I also like to joke with taxi drivers, saying that I also want to be a good person. They also find it funny and ask me if I have watched too much. I hope there is still a chance to go in life. and also 5 item 1 (Original)

LKF is an amazing place to be during nights and somebody rightly said "LKF never sleeps" While in HK, we used to frequently visit here to try their numerous pubs and restaurants with live music. It is usually heavily crowded during the weekends and moderately crowded during the weekdays. It's a street with lots of small pubs but with high prices. Over the years, LKF has evolved as a true multi-cultural entertainment zone with people from all over the world ensuring to atleast take a troll here during their visit to Hong Kong. I have lots of cherishable memories in Lan Kwai Fong and I really miss the good old pre-covid era where one can simply move around the world without worries.

Every Halloween, citizens and tourists will dress up as different characters and come to Lan Kwai Fong to celebrate Halloween. This is the only free outdoor party venue in Hong Kong. The sky is full of special holiday decorations, and different elements of ghosts are gathered to create a unique "Ghost Street". On that day, there were also models who turned into scary ghosts and took photos with tourists. The restaurants and bars in the area also hold Halloween parties, offering special Halloween set menus and special drinks. IS FREE

LKF is where one can Mingle N Jingle during weekends and good atmosphere to relief stress be carefree till return to work on Monday morning. It's also a place where East meets West, as long as, one drinks sensibly reasonably, not extremely intoxicated N forgets whom s/he had a Rendezvous and finds a stranger next to them the following day in the bed 😉

Place which you can't miss at the night in Hong Kong. During the day you wouldn't say that this place is so crowded and full of life at the night. You can meet all the young people who wnats to just enjoy their stay. One of my the best nights at the city. Next time again, at least one night party.

This was a super cool place to check out at night, lots of bars and activity, there were tons of people out on the street celebrating the new year. I hear that it is crazy anytime of year but it was definitely fun to check out in January! I highly recommend getting lost in the little streets and seeing what magic there is to be found.

A section of streets and back alley lined with bars, restaurants and lounges, most stay open till very late hours. Friday evening and weekend is the best time to see the place in its entirety with a lot of people bar hopping and having a great time, some upto dawn. It's amazing to have such a place so close to CBD where you could also walk in just for a snack or plain lunch or dinner and also have a great time over the weekend. Overall a fun place and a must visit if you are in HK.

I was there on 25 Sept Sat 8:00pm, it wasn't really a lot of people, some of the bars was closed, I suppose, temporary. The pandemic hits Lan Kwai Fong hardly, No foreign visitors renders businesses very hard to survive. Hope the situation will recover soon.

Lan Kwai Fong is generally quiet during the weekdays with not much activities during ladies night (Wednesdays usually). However, it is bustling with crowds on Fridays and Saturday evenings with long queues to clubs and bars. Party-goers were also very friendly and I personally had a good time.

It is a place that gets livelier as the night progresses. There are people soliciting business on the roadside, and there are many foreigners. The atmosphere is noisy, making it suitable for young people and those who have trouble sleeping.

Time to relax a little bit~~ One of the tourist spots in hk but need to be aware that some of the bars are far overpriced while serving low quality alcoholic beverages. That being said, it’s still a fun place to hangout with friends or a sip of beer to enjoy the happy hour.

Lan Kwai Fong (often abbreviated as LKF) is a small square of streets in Central, Hong Kong. The area was dedicated to hawkers before the Second World War, but underwent a renaissance in the mid-1980s. It is now a popular expatriate haunt in Hong Kong for drinking, clubbing and dining. The street Lan Kwai Fong is L-shaped with two ends joining with D'Aguilar Street.
