One of the Le French May 2022 photo exhibition of Chun Wai held in this beautiful avenue - the gallery in this antique building was always a nice place to visit. Its tranquility alone was somewhat an attraction. An the university was celebrating its 111th anniversary, there was more happening and things to explore in the HKU campus.

Exquisite building with about 90 year‘s history, but a little bit small. It’s worth visiting if you just pass by HKU.

(Translated by Google) No extraordinary exhibitions (when we went) but the place is interesting and welcoming (beautiful brochures for each of the three exhibitions). The relevant choice of the exit of the station MTR HKU can avoid a long steep slope! Worth the visit.

The photos of Yao Lu make one think about how society takes care of our planet. Museum is nice visit if you are in the area. It is too small for a special trip.

Good, rare pieces on permanent exhibit here, and every now and then there are special exhibitions here too, well managed.

More that it exists at all rather than it’s world class. Small but interesting collection

HKUMAG is a typical university museum, in fact within HKU, small and traditional, but do not underestimate it. Located in the historic and protected Fung Ping Shang building the collection is fairly broad and the rooms are roughly themed and roughly chronological. There is for example a room containing early Chinese bronzes. Another hosting export Ware's and so on. The underrated prize I think is the large collection of Nestorian crosses. Genghis khan's mother was apparently a Christian so find out this and more in this room. The gallery is mostly on the first floor so bear this in mind if mobility is an issue. There are a series of special exhibitions and collections hosted here that are well worth visiting.

Open again and featuring three different special exhibits. The one titled 'Colors of Congo' is particularly attractive. Well worth a visit, just a short walk from Exit C of the Sai Ying Pun MTR station.

Small but good museum, especially at such a "prime" location. Often there are unique exhibitions. Should also visit the other exhibition hall next door (in a heritage buidling).

Hidden gem of HK if you want to engage in some culture and historical experience, relatively small collection, yet the curation is comprehensive and eloquent. Check out if there’s any featured exhibition. Worth to give a go if you have an appetite of cultural stuff.

The Gothic show is terrific. Got lows of interesting information about it. Including how to recognize them from other ages and how to appreciate them.

The security didn't let me in at the main entrance and the side entrance is blocked/ closed. I have no idea if the security haven't understood me or if that's a brand new law: "only with university membercard".

(Translated by Google) Willy Ronis' photo exhibition is in progress. From Paris To Venice If you like photography, please come! A photographer who is not widely known in Korea yet, don't miss a good chance :) + Now, the exhibition period is extended. I remember it was ~ 8/25 when I watched in early July. (Original) Willy Ronis 의 사진전이 진행되고 있어요. From Paris To Venice

The most impressive collection in the museum is a few chains of sculptures, such as religious figures,on winewares, brush cases, made by woods, stones or ivory,in its second floor.
