What I like about this place is that you get everything under the sun here. From women to men to kids from clothes to bags to shoes to electronics and yes some lip smacking food as well. I never leave the place until I have their fresh coconut juice and fried chicken simply the best.

Very old school vibe with cute signages. Above the fresh market is the venerable Mui kee congee. Superb place to go for a cheap and good bite if you are nearby!

Part of the famous street market scene in Mongkok, Fa Yeun Street is lined with small retail shops and hawkers dealing in mostly low-priced clothes, shoes, consumables, accessories, fruit and other random items. One stretch of the Fa Yuen Street is referred to as Sneaker Street market, which is lined with over 50 retail shops mostly athletic footwear. Stalls and shops tend to open up in the late morning and the market heats up after lunch and remains open until late. Visiting the Fa Yuen (Sneaker Street) Market is best done as combined visit along with seeing other area street markets including the Flower Street Market, Yuen Po Street Bird Garden, Goldfish street market and the famous Ladies (night) market. Visitors sometimes enjoy buying shoes here but this is much more of a shopping location for local residents and a sightseeing spot for visitors to the city. Hint: Fa Yuen Street is a good spot to find Chinese New Year decorations, red-packets and other items. There are stalls and several shops selling these items during on Fa Yuen Street, especially on the corner of Bute Street.

Worth a Visit to this night Market if you’re keen on experiencing a night market in HK that is not too crowded! If you continue walking to the end of the street, you will land yourself in the popular Mong Kok sneaker street! Or vice Versa if you start off from Mong Kok station. Also, you’d find the popular Kam Wah bakery in this area. Drop by for some authentic milk tea and Po Lo Bun! This market has a good mix of fashion retail stores, tech gadgets like handphone accessories, sundries stalls and some homeware shops . You’d also find children clothing. A good mix I’d say! Lots to eat and drink too!

Be prepared for a big dose of price tag shock!! There are many, many reasonably priced items, from socks to tops to sweaters.... It's a shopper's haven.

It's a multi-level building that sells fresh products like meat, vegetables, and fruits. On the top-most floor, there's 2/3 food stalls that I noticed a lot of locals go to.

You will find all the latest and greatest trends in sneaker wear in the vast amount of shops that are usually co-owner by another shop. You won't have much bartering power as most of the items are retail but there are some great deals where you by 2 pairs for a set price. Still worth the visit but be warned it's a very busy area from the mtr stop all the way through the streets with little breathing room so get your she's tied and join the current. :)

There's lots of great stuff to buy. You'll love it here. Don't forget to haggle. Try to haggle as low as 50% the price of the item. Sometimes, you can even go lower. You can get souvenir items here, as well as gadgets. But if you want original items, you can visit stores nearby. Walk around and you will see the shops of Adidas, Vans, Nike, and many more. You'll also love the street food! You should try the octopus on sticks!

This is also a 'Pet' street. You'll find many different kinds of people shops here in particular aquarium dishes. It's unique from aquariums from other countries because the fishes are packed into plastic bags, hang on a frame or wall floor interested buyers to select and buy. Of course, you can select and buy from a fish tank if you want but it cost more. There other reason is that due to lack of space because of high rental cost, this is an efficient way to display their 'wares'. There are also other pets like turtles, tortoises, rabbits, chincillas, hamsters, cats, dogs, frogs, crabs, shrimps, lizards, snakes, beetles, salamanders, crickets, mealworms, mice and many, many other exotic pets. A 'must visit' street for tourists who want to see something unique.

One of those iconic Hong Kong style street markets that you see in travel brochure. This one is not as touristy as Mongkok so it is a little more comfortable to look around if you are sensitive about your personal space. They have a wide range of popular items which are similar to most of the street market. Bargaining is part of the fun but beware of what you buy because some of the stalls are not very honest.

Forget ladies market where it's touristy and full of unfriendly stall owners. Fa yuen street market is the real deal, cater for local people. With that in mind, you know you're just walking into possibly one of the best places for bargain shopping in Hong Kong. Lots of clothes from factory outlets at great prices, household items, anything really. Get there and be surprised! Bring loads of cash, no stores will take plastic. There are lots of great local eateries nearby. One can really make a full day out if it. I normally bring my overseas friends here, they can shop till they drop, and try our local food at the same time. Over the years, they have always requested to bring them back there again and again. Shopping hours around 9am to about 8pm, they do close rather early. My suggestion is to come here around 3 or 4pm, shop for an hour or two, take your dinner in one of the many local eateries say around 6pm. A bit harder if you come here during our hotter summer months, winter time is best if humid heat bothers you. Have fun and impress your family and friends back home with your shopping trophies.

it is a good place that you can spent a whole day to enjoy, you can eat all 'HongKong Cutural Food',you can buy every things that you want, e.g. clothes , shoes .Even though they are so cheap that cannot compare with the famous brand ones, but you can match it up, it will be your stylish fashion. If you are not tired, you can have a walk to 'Flower Street' just near the ladies market. Hope u enjoy!

(Translated by Google) It should be Fa Yuen Street. I think this street is the most affordable in Mong Kok. Even the fruit I like to eat is even higher than the Yau Ma Tei fruit bar. And there are a lot of things you can buy on this street, such as women’s shirts, pants, shoes and socks bags, children’s and bb’s shirts, shoes, and socks toys, household daily necessities, fruit food, telephone supplies, even shirts, men’s clothing Shirts and pants, etc.... But the difference between men's clothing and clothing items is relatively small, only one or two shops. I can walk this garden street every day by myself!!

Among them, Meizhi has many vintage models, and Cycle's linen shirts. It's hardly wrong.
