This is less of a business part of the city and more residential, but yes, there are of course still a lot of people and there is still quite a bit of activity, but nothing at all compared to the island (the other side of Kaolun). I was able to go here and enjoy the small grounds and relax in the beautiful lounge. I would highly recommend visiting this temple, as it is unique from the general architecture of Hong Kong overall.
