Opened 1991 is a 5,600 square-metre Chinese-style garden with architectural features resembling a miniature replica of the Summer Palace in Beijing. Pavilions, bridges, pagodas, streams, rocks, ponds and gardens are linked by a long corridor. Within the Good Wish Garden is the STATUE OF SHEEP, donated by the city government of Lan Xi, Zhejiang Province, Wong Tai Sin's birthplace, to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Sik Sik Yuen in 1996. The statue is made from white jade and depicts the miracle of Wong Tai Sin transforming piles of white boulders into sheep.

The temple is visited by mannnny people, so it’s always best to get there early. It’s more than just tourists that go here/you’ll find people drawing sticks and throwing stones for answers to their “life confusions” or questions. The neat fact about this process at the temple is that people used to draw sticks to find the causes of illnesses and diseases. A guide would have them pick a stick or throw the stones and interpret it for them, telling them what their ailment was caused by and how to proceed to fix it. (This part is not really practiced as medical science has developed.) If you go to exit B2 at the Wong tai sin station, you’re led right to the top where you can enter. I spent about 1 hour here, but that was a pretty long time; most of it was spent in the garden which I found peaceful and calming with the Chinese sounds around me.

(Translated by Google) This garden is called Congxin Garden. It is a Chinese-style garden allocated by the government on the back hill of Wong Tai Sin Temple. It was unveiled in 1991 by Sun Mingyang, then Director of Civil Affairs, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the opening of Wong Tai Sin Temple. The name of the open garden comes from Confucius. At the entrance is Zhao Puchu, a layman who crosses the artificial lake and crosses the artificial lake. In 1996, Lanxi City presented a white marble sculpture of a flock of auspicious sheep in Xianxi, implying that the great immortal turned the stone into a sheep. The total area of the garden exceeds 5,000 square meters. There are two There are three artificial lakes with waterfalls and streams dividing the garden into north and south. There are small bridges in the middle, and the garden is full of stone mountains, gardens, square fans, and hexagonal pavilions. They are connected by corridors imitating the Summer Palace in Beijing. (Translated by Google) I remember that it was fun because it was like a theme park with a beautiful garden and a Chinese bridge. This time, I was surprised to find out that it was a garden of a temple of a new religion when I was checking the location to write a review. I feel like I can understand it somehow. If it is not repaired, it will be as old as a local amusement park that opened during the period of high economic miracle. I think it has improved as a power spot. But when I look at other people's photos, it doesn't seem to have changed. At that time, the plants were plump and the leaves were lush and neatly trimmed. The color of the bridge was also beautiful. I passed by many people, so I was surprised that it was a popular place. There were many people with posters on the way to here, but I couldn't see what the poster was. There was a poster on the wall, and when I approached it, it was shocking. There was a large photo of a hand that looked like a "worker's hand", and the fingers of the hand were cut off in the middle. There were letters on the top and bottom of the poster, but I can't read them, so I don't understand. The hand was a man's hand. The finger wasn't torn, and I don't know how to cut it off, but it seemed to be cut off. I was shocked, but it's not that I've never heard of it, so the Chinese Communist Party! Be brutal! I remembered my anger. However, it is said that this is not a "protest rally against the Chinese Communist Party" but a "protest rally against the Chinese Communist Party". I found the poster, stopped and stared at it, so he called out to me and explained it with gestures. I think it was a Katakoto-style explanation in Japanese. I tried to ask in detail, but I couldn't hear because I ran away. It's a shame that you can understand the contents by Google Translate now. If you can speak Japanese, I would like you to teach me in Japanese. At that time, there were still many people who could speak Japanese, so I wasn't really aware of it, but I think they helped me at key points. According to the information I got after returning to Japan, I was told that it was a demonstration of improving working conditions because there were many accidents where the fingers were cut off with agricultural equipment instead of being cut off to show off. I now realize that demos are always run by the same organization in the same place. There is a theory that there are many irreparable accidents such as being involved not only in agricultural equipment but also in factories, which may be a demonstration of improving working conditions. This is more than 10 years ago, but the nearby square seems to be used as a meeting place, so don't be surprised to see it. It's a poster photo, but I think it wasn't an unpleasant photo, but a poster that encouraged a sense of justice and gained sympathy. The photo of the finger does not show the cross section, so I think it is a video technology such as compositing. However, the accident has not changed, such as being caught in a roller and threaded, being crushed by pinching a finger, being cut off with a cutter, or being lost with a shredder. After this event I walked around the Good Wish Garden. Aside from the short story, I wanted to go to see the garden of memories of the mysterious poster again, but I couldn't do it. I hope to go next time.
