The experience as a 7 day quarantine stay was okay. Staff replied quickly, room comfortable, food was mostly quite good (not enough fresh fruit). The experience that ruined it was the ending... I had paid HK700 for a yoga mat, I offered it back at the end as I hadn't used it, they said they couldnt give refunds if it had been used (makes sense, covid hotel)... but as I walked out they ran after me and said it was a cordis yoga mat... It was HK700 to RENT it, a cheap yoga mat... Which 1. Is unsanitary, 2. Hugely expensive for a week, when most other hotels sell it to you for that price. Was annoying.

Love this place. It is a big hotel but i love the quality of the rooms, food and service. Great restaurants and bars. Every food and drink place in hotel is of very high quality. Very well designed and great flavors and selection. Hotel also has a GREAT art collection on display. Hotel is integrated into a mall and only a few steps from the MRT station. I highly recommend this place!

7-day compulsory quarantine in superior room as a couple. Overall an excellent time! We enjoyed their hospitality so much so that we would even consider returning here for staycation if that is still a thing in years to come. ROOM: clean - spotless, in fact. Nice view looking east and overlooking Mong Kok/To Kwa Wan. Mirrors give the room a sense of even more space. Comfy big king bed. Good work desk. Very fast WiFi. Toilet is nice. Bath tub! Toiletries solid. One strange thing: toilet paper in an unusual location relative to toilet seat. FOOD: (as at June 2022) they let you pick from 5 menus and stick to 1 for the entire stay. Some friends mentioned how their quarantine experience didn't have enough food, or that the food was bad. But food here was excellent! Obviously not piping hot when delivering to hundreds of rooms simultaneously, but warm enough. More importantly, good flavours, wide variety, and definitely MORE than enough. Plenty of tea, coffee, juice, etc. Afternoon tea biscuits and pastries are exceptional! SERVICE: from booking to check-in to check-out, very professional and friendly. Someone to help you in, someone to help you out. Clear instructions every step of the way so you don't feel disoriented with the various quarantine procedures. Very prompt follow-up after we asked for more towels, or when a friend delivered some things. On one occasion the line was busy and no-one picked up - maybe a busy time of day? Called again a few hours later and the line was free again. All good. Some nice creative bits and pieces like daily events or a little newsletter to make the stay more interesting. All in all, very restful for us both with the sense that everything had been taken care of. 7 days flew by! Many thanks to the team at Cordis HK for a lovely time.

Quite satisfying with the 7-day quarantine with Cordis. Room is of good size and walking space. City view is great. Food comes always warm, despite bit small portion, but it’s good enough for me and of wide variety which one choose all meals prior to checkin. Everyday there’s option zoom class, different everyday. Worth to join! Staff are quite responsive, both via WhatsApp and via call to operator. Consider under restriction condition, I think the hotel did their best in accommodating guests need.

Good housekeeping, concierge and front desk experience. Breakfast that came with it was fabulous. Spoilt for choices. Attentive service, plates were cleared timely, they provide kids cutlery, service staff at restaurant was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious (family quart) on high floor. No complaints! Location was convenient and next to Mong Kok station exit.

Located in the heart of Hong Kong, you can assess to anywhere without trouble. Staff in lobby is cold and not welcoming. Guest room is clean and cozy, view is amazing with city view. Everything is basic with no WOW factor at all. Price is too high for their quality.

I really had a great experience. The staff are very friendly and very cooperative. The service is at high quality. The location is very convenient and only few steps away from "Mong Kok" metro station. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Hong Kong.

The first room was dirty with dust over nearly all flat surfaces and the big mirror in the bedroom had fingerprints on it. The furnitures were also very old especially the office chair. I then got to change to another room but it was even worse than the first one. It had very strong odour which I could smell it when I entered the room and the bathroom also had smell of cigarettes. I was given an air freshener but the smell was still there. Finally, I got the third room and this time the room was better but I still feel uncomfortable staying in it. All these incidents wasted me more than two hours and I will never suggest Cordis to anybody.

Stayed for 7 days. Service is good. Housekeeping kept our room clean n tidy. Location is smack in awesome shopping district. Few drawbacks hope the hotel management can look into are second hand smoke smell kept lingering along the corridor n the cigarette smell kept coming in via circulation air duct from the toilet. The bar fridge is not even cold.

Check in time was rather slow due to a huge group of tourists, and they gave difficulties to the staff resulting in slow queue movement. Till my turn as I have booked two rooms, one is available first and the staff say we can head over to the room while waiting for another one. When the second one is ready, they will pass the key card to the room that we are in. We waited half an hour and decided to head out first but swing by the counter to check again. The staff changed, maybe due to shift but the staff did not know anything about my second room and upon checking she has to re check in me again for the second room. So I wondered what happened to the first round of process? Overall service is great, received a small goodie bag for my toddler, location is great too, will definitely stay again but will avoid queuing if there is a big group of other tourists.

Really great value for money! We stayed for 4 nights for a good price. They cleaned the room every day. The hotel is also right beside the MTR and the bus stops, so commuting is very easy. Would definitely stay again.

A well located hotel in the busy district of Mong Kok. Langham Shopping Mall is next to it, likely integrated together under same owner of operations. The rooms are great, and in very good condition. The interior of the hotel are warm, giving you a homely kind of feel, not hotel as a hotel. Staffs all are friendly, helpful and takes feedback seriously with swift improvement within. This is by far the best Hotel I have ever stayed in Hong Kong, which not only comfortable and accessible, it also enables my family and I have great shopping experiences in Hong Kong, Kowloon. Highly recommended to any tourists planning to visit Hong Kong.

Beautiful hotel directly connected to Mong Kok MTR and in the vicinity of multiple shopping streets. Great view of the city skyline and harbour from the room, particularly enjoyed the daily sunrise and sunset. Service was excellent and be sure to check with front desk for complimentary gifts (art card) and activities (tai chi and market tour)! :)

Stayed for 7 days quarantine. Room is neat and clean. Location is good. Very helpful people on the phone especially Michelle, Amy and Wing but only when you can reach them. Quite often the phone is unanswered- seems understaffed. Food was terrible. We complained about the food around the beginning of our stay and the response was : "Thank you for your feedback and we will forward to related unit for improvement." But we only heard back on the last day of our quarantine where the person on the phone said that this is not a 5 star(luxury) hotel! Their " vegetarian" menu is also gluten free and lactose free which means if you want vegetarian but like bread then you are out of luck. It seems like the person who designed the menu never tasted any of the items.

Fantastic! We stayed in club studio room #3901. Room was lovely, especially liked the coffee sachet that allows you to pour water through a filter into your cup! View of the harbour and hong kong Island. Room service is good, discreet (they wiped in every time we stepped out), and turn down service in the late afternoon. We had access to the club lounge on floor 33. They put on breakfast, snack most of the day, afternoon high tea 3-5 and cocktails 6-8. Coffee, wine, water and soft drinks are available all day. Pool is on floor 41, and is lovely (bit chilly this time of year!). Would recommend, will stay again.

Stayed here for quarantine - HIGHLY recommend! The room is spacious and clean, with great views. There was fresh fruit and complimentary snacks and bottled water as well. Linens are quite soft and comfortable, which is something I'm very picky about. The bathroom is big, with enough towels. Service was incredible from beginning to end, especially Ricky Lau, the executive from the housekeeping department, he really went above and beyond.

Super nice 5*-worthy hotel in Kowloon adjacent to an excellent mall and right on top of redline subway station with straight shot to central on HK side. Nice restaurants, I ate in all of them. Get an executive room because it gets you into the club which is nice. Very comfortable bed and great room appointments. Good brekkie.

We arrived early hours of the morning and were served by friendly concierge and extremely professional staff at reception, Ting was very accommodating and helped us with an upgrade so we didn’t have to wait. Location is great for this hotel. Spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic hotel and excellent staff. Rooms were comfortable and well stocked. Club room access is well worth the extra spend if you can. With our teenagers we had breakfast and dinner most nights there after exploring the city during the day. The location is fine however perhaps not as central to more general “tourist” hotels. A few strange looks from the locals compared to other areas but this also might be in my imagination. Or due to my stunningly good looks. Who knows? Would stay again.

Location was great. Link bridge to the shopping mall next door. Though there was mostly restaurants at the mall. It was really close to the MTR station. Walking distance to many attractions too which was good. Price was a little on the pricey side though. Front desk service could be better improved.

The pool is nice and room is clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet were fair, can be with wider variety of food selection. Overall is fair, bonus score should be its convenient location.

Top hotel to stay in Kowloon! Close to MTR and bus stops to around the city. Shopping mall is just next door. Lovely rooms that are more spacious than others in the city. We had a twin room, the hotel provided a cot and bath for our baby. Great hotel facilities with a heated rooftop pool and a restaurant for breakfast or buffet lunch. Room service menu’s were good too! Thank you for making our stay comfortable and pleasurable. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Staying 2 nights here at Cordis, with our toddler. Rooms are of decent size by Hong Kong standards and located at a very convenient location, directly accessible from Mong kok MTR station. Beds are big and comfortable. 1st room we were given had what appeared to be blood splatters in the bathroom. So we requested for a room change. Which was sorted within 30 mins, but the new room was a downgrade from our previous room. Which was a weird outcome given it’s an inconvenience for us to repack and shift everything. New room also had nail clippings and used tissues under the bedside table. Paid $3000hkd per night for this room. Would not recommend this particular hotel based on my experience.

Really convenient location, the hotel is right next to a subway station (direct line to the Island portion of HK) and also is in the middle of a really cool and lovely neighbourhood. The views from 20th floor up are amazing. See photo attached from 25th floor. We didn't try the breakfast as there are much cheaper options right outside of the hotel. There is an open air swimming pool at the 41st (I think) floor - which can be used by anyone who has a room in the hotel. Honestly - quite impressed with the quality and can recommend this hotel!

Clean, comfortable stay. I had a nice view where I could see some parts of the harbour and the cleaning crew were always ready with a smile and greeting. Room was also decently clean and items replenished daily, though I could tell the bathtub wasn't cleaned throughout the stay. Soundproofing was decent as well. Location was really good, in the heart of Mongkok and it was easy to get around. Process for check in and out was smooth also. Thanks for the hospitality!

Our room (Family Quad Room) was very spacious. Hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Mongkok (Red Line is awesome, gets you to places). Their service is also impeccable - very thoughtful of them (during room service, they even coiled our wires and gave us spectacle cloth because they noticed we had a pair lying on the table). We have no qualms in choosing Cordis the next time we return to HK.

Really enjoyed our stay. Tip top service with clean, comfortable rooms and great views all around. Another plus is the fantastic location located beside the bustling mongkok area and with MTR right beside. Langham shopping mall is also connected to the hotel lobby which was fantastic as it added to the wide array of food options. The hotel had a solid gym with ample space and machines and a roof to pool as well.

Clean rooms, excellent location and exceptional service. MTR can be accessed easily. Spectacular view of harbour. Con is breakfast menu. They did not change it for 3 days we were there. Having said that, their pastries are excellent.

Coming here for one night starting our honeymoon, we arrived at 5am and still they gave us a room Amazing service! Super professional, everyone here knows perfect English and also was super polite and nice We took the rooms with the club lounge and I recommend it 100% it was not that pricier than the normal rooms, and we got an amazing lounge you can sit it and eat snacks and drink, and in the evening there was even a full meal We also went to the spa and it was super relaxing and cozy 10/10 by me amazing hotel, will come back.

Didn't stay here but interacted with the hotel staff when going to the Ming Court restaurant. Excellent service attitude. Atmosphere of the hotel is classy and business like. Good location very near some of the high activity areas in Hong Kong city.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a perfect hotel in the heart of Mong Kok. The room was a good size (enough for 2 adults and our 18 month old), and great quality. The service was also very good, and friendly. The gym and pool was of a good standard as well. A great hotel to use as a base to get around the whole of Hong Kong.

Very comfy room. Great gym at the top floor of the hotel, and you can see the city while running on a treadmill. Breakfast buffet was great. Also it has an easy bridge access to a mall. So far really happy with Cordis Hotel.

I am fine with staff forgetting to bring you food, fine with staff taking more then an hour to pick up your call, but Wifi is a must nowadays. When there are problems with the wifi, customers cannot have a stable internet service, it is no way for me to give more then 1 star, especially it is charged for 1600HKD per night that is more then a double of its usual price. I am extremely frustrated that I have to stay here for 7 days due to the quarantine policy.

Great service, rooms are nice but a bit dated, popular with families. We booked a King Club room for a few-day staycation and had a nice time. The staff is amazing, honestly, which is the best part. Friendly, attentive, everything you could ask for. The rooms are nice, but some details like worn-out mattresses feel like they need attention. More than anything else, this hotel is popular and popular with families. If you're looking for an escape from crowds or time with your spouse it's probably not a great fit. But that's not the fault of the hotel, we found most of the experience very pleasant.

Best service I've ever experienced at any 5 star hotel. The team really goes to extra length to make your stay special (thanks, Silver, Janet, Lily, Muumuu and others whose name I did not manage to catch!). My partner and I had an amazing time, made special by the attention to details and the extra care staff shows to all clients. Room: clean, comfortable, great view of the city Spa: astonishingly calming and comfortable, managed to reach the zenith of zen Breakfast: best hotel breakfast in town! Really do try to get things right Location: centre of MK, nuff said Service: THE BEST. Thank you again!

Great hotel with excellent staff and service. Stayed in executive room which allowed us drinks in the evening from a bar that had great views over parts of Honk Kong. Loved the rooms, food and care provided by the team there. Also great location with a shopping centre across the road. easy transport via buses, underground or boat fro the dock area. Loved it on our visit and our number 1 hotel.

Amazing stay at Cordis, thank you to the staff. Love the little free ice cream in the freezer, the happy hour, swimming pool was nice too. However lounge breakfast was disappointingly simple. Mostly eggs, bread and coffee. However, love the free chocolates and fruit provided in the room too! Lovely stay, and well worth the money

WOW! Amazing hotel. I had initially booked a club deluxe staycation package and realized the rooms were a little smaller than my liking, however still larger than some other hotels. I had then asked the receptionist if there was anyway to upgrade our room, to which she had upgraded our room to the one bedroom suite with kitchen for a fair price. My boyfriend and I were very excited. The room, a little outdated, was still chic and comfortable, and the kitchenette area was perfect as we had bought their strawberry cake for his birthday and stored it in the fridge after. the staff is also just superb! They definitely are kind and helpful, and really went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We also had access to the lounge, which is quite nice as they served quite a lot of finger foods for afternoon tea from 3 to 5 and cocktail hour (bubbles!) from 6 to 8. Overall, we would book here again as it is quite close to many places as well.

Food quality degraded a lot from the previous hotel buffet, not worth to go again. However if aim on relaxing, it still ok as they have a super high ceiling level and comfortable sofa for dining experiences, table arrangement are not packed, so for the purpose of relaxing, it may still be an option

Room was alright, food was not great, no proper cups or plates etc TV didn’t work for the entire stay. Service was alright but they wouldn’t answer for hours at a time. For such an expensive hotel I would assume they could accommodate better food for the guests. not the best quarantine experience.

good location. almost no service...no everyday room cleaning...free fruit is ruined but no cleaning at all.....supposingly should give us 4 bottles of water but most of the time only 2. fridge is not working. toilet is old and can see few area with mould around the bathtub....no branded shampoo and shower gel etc....no location available....cannot imagine it's a 5 star hotel.....

We have visited multiple times for breakfast and for dinner as well. The restaurant offers fresh juice, not fresh juice in the bottle or jug, actually they custom make it in front of the guest. Relatively big Buffet. A huge amount of choices including cold buffet offers yogurt, smoothie, salad cheese, and other cold things, different types of breads, several choices for hot food including fresh toast, omelette, rice, eggs, soup noodles, delicious milk tea and many more. Inner decorations very good, not conjustive, so you will not feel crowded. It is a very good place to have your morning breakfast. The price is absolutely worth it. Employees are friendly, overall one the best experience I have ever had. 100% recommend.

Had my 3 nights quarantine stay here. The room is spacious. Excellent service, kids are happy with condiments. Great stay. However, during our stays we feels there is a lack of light source in the room. Especially at night.

I paid premium for a upper floor quarantine room. The quarantine price is ridiculous. For HKD 1900 you should normally get double the size but now it’s not even a studio. So, there you go. For this price you can go to Kerry and W hotel with just little extra. But they give you free mini bar and much larger room. So, do your research. View is good city view and bright room. But , it gives you only a few tea bags and no cup and you need to ask them for things they miss giving you in the room which shows a bit of sloppy service not worth the price I am paying which I could have chosen other 5 stars alternatives… That said, room is very clean and quite spacious enough for some exercise. I’m above 30 floor so the view is quite good which is the main reason for my choice. I also really like the bathroom which can also see the city view ! But very disappointing complementary and basic equipments to my dismay. The fridge is not cold enough to make cold drinks. Food is okay. Decent enough and you have a choice prior to your arrival. As a girl, you will be well fed. :)

Lived in Cordis for a night during my stay in HK. Location is great for shopping and food. Room is very modern and service is okay. Maybe because the rate is very affordable so there are so many guests. Long wait in check in and a little inconvenient to get to swimming pool. Otherwise is good.

Stayed here as a q hotel. Really recommend, good food, good rooms managed to get a joint room(sent a email). The the staff are helpful answer phones and help to make the most of a bad situation. Do note I chose this urgently as I did not have much choice and they have exceed my expectations. I can not fault it for a quarratine Hotel.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, for average 200 nights per year. This hotel is by far the best hotel I ever stayed. Great customer service. Extremely clean with room cleaning service provided daily. Our housekeeper maid Elaine treated us so well that I feel like I am very well taking care of. Location is top notch. 2 mins walk to MTR indoor and the mall is interconnected with dozens of dining and shopping options.

Couldn't be more comfortable in my second visit to HK! Hotel is clean and has all the service you need at competitive price level. Just ask at reception. I even got steam sanitizer for baby bottles at no extra cost. Bridge connected to Langham center and only 100m to Mong Kok MTR make things easy for new visitors to HK. After site seeing drop by The Garage Bar at level 4 in the hotel to chill your day! Room 3008 was given to deluxe room reservation.

Views are beautiful, design is exceptional. One major con is breakfast quality- it wasn't very good. But the special thing here is the service. Everywhere I went, hotel staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Special thanks to Richard in the Club Lounge and Kenny from the restaurant for the wine tasting.

Exemplary service and fantastic breakfast food choices. A special mention of Richard who assisted me at check in and Ken Khan floor manager. He went above and beyond offering me complementary bubbles. The rooftop pool is luxurious, langham place mall so convenient and the spa is heavenly. The best hotel experience I've had.
