    The New World Millennium Hotel is a practical and comfortable hotel to stay at. 5 stars, not overly extravagant or pretentious, but always providing excellent service and comfort. Our room was a Harbor View Residence Club Suite, which had a separate living room area and bedroom sleeping area, and two separate washrooms. Rooms are refurbished to modern tastes. The room included a mobile device "HANDY" which you can take with you outside your room and to the streets, to make international calls or surf the web etc. Hotel was thoughtful enough to provide hand sanitisers during COVID-19/ Included with our stay was exclusive access to the Residence Club, with free flow alcohol, sandwiches, pizza, pastries, soft drink, fruit and much more. The Residence Club provided an exclusive environment to wind down, read the papers or scroll on your phone. Both the nighttime on duty manager Mr. Ho and daytime on duty manager Mr. Wong provided excellent service and were both helpful to our requests. Location couldn't be better, steps from the seawall and the MTR network. Overall an excellent stay worthy of many praises, this is an excellent destination for leisure or business travelers alike. Lastly my wife had left a very special memorabilia (necklace) in our hotel room and only realised after the fact. We called the hotel, sent them a picture of the necklace through WhatsApp, and within hours they had confirmed that it was found and safety kept for us for our retrieval. Much appreciated to the excellent team at New World Millennium and we would like to visit again in the near future! Bravo!

    Well located on Victoria Harbour. This hotel provides big, well appointed, rooms, good breakfast and very friendly service. Lots of restaurants and bars around. The only downside is it's a bit of a walk to trains and ferries.

    The hotel is perfectly suited next to the harbour in TST East which is very convenient to go anywhere. Hotel lobby is huge with friendly staff. Room is clean and cozy with amazing view, and you may have the Adult TV channel if you pay extra!

    All staffs were very professional and friendly. Top A grade services. From check in counter to restaurant staffs, lobby staffs, bellboy, housekeeping, all very nice. Especially thank you to the customer relation team for preparing BDay cake for my friend! However, the hardware of the room were too old. Our shower head was found broken(the front desk sent repair worker to fix it and solved in 30mins) and the AC was just not working at all. Our own fault for not raising the issue early enough... Hopefully the hotel can improve on the maintenance and don't have to waste the great team of staff with impressive service.

    2D1N Staycation with my mother & helper. Good service starts from the front desk to everywhere at the hotel. Our package is included free use for the Lounge from 10:00 till 17:00, breakfast buffet & a bottle of red wine. The food quality for the breakfast is outstanding. The Lounge provides a snack with cold cut, cheese, bread, sandwiches, cake, cookies, chocolate, candies, juice & good quality coffee. You can take a break there with Victoria harbour view. The swimming pool located at the top floor & the changing room provides the spin dryer machine. Room is clean & the toilet is really spacious.

    Impeccable hotel. check in and check out were smooth. hotel staff are all nice and friendly. Fruits were provided in the room and upon check out the staff gave me an apple and some croissant as it was very early in the morning. How thoughtful are they!!! The hotel is in excellent location with bars and nice restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!!

    Our family traveled to Hong Kong for the first time. It was before check-in time, so I stopped by the front desk to leave my luggage at the New Millennium Hotel. From the entrance, I heard the warm smile of the staff and the detailed check-in process, and it seemed that the fatigue of the trip was gone. When I checked in in the afternoon, I was very impressed that Bobby manager guided me to a comfortable room suitable for a large family. If I visit Hong Kong again, I will definitely come back to this hotel that left good memories for my parents and children.

    I only went here for the dim sum but the level of service was outstanding. The hotel general manager greeted me in the lobby and took me personally upstairs to the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant were also fantastic. Highly recommended.

    Had the privilege to stay on the 14th Residence Level. Fantastic rooms and I love the ā€œJurliqueā€ in the bathroom. Thereā€™s fruit and ā€œNespressoā€ in the room too. Hotel is situated near to Avenue of Stars but quite a walk to nearest MTR. Gym & pool is kinda small but itā€™s okay as itā€™s not too crowded when I was there. Overall itā€™s not bad at all, and I would love to come back again.

    Had a great stay over the new yearā€™s period. The rooms were perfect for a family of three. The hotel was happy to provide a free foldaway bed for our 5 year old. The harbour views were wonderful for the price range, and the 20% in-hotel dining discount was handy too. The room was also very clean, and the soundproofing was great. Our boy also loved playing with the automated bidet and curtain buttons too as a bonus. Overall, I think it was great value.

    Even though this hotel is 5 star and I paid enough I got not good experience here. I understand its Christmas season but at first the staff said I can check in at 2pm. So I went back the hotel the time ,but she said 3pm able to check in. Ok. So I went to eat something and when I back at 3pm. I couldnā€™t check in. fortunately my friend has other room and her room could check in.but I think itā€™s rude the staff suggest to me that wait for cleaning in my friendā€™s room till itā€™s done. my friend accepted it I waited for more almost an hour in her room. When it cleaned up one staff bring a key to me nothing say anything. He didnā€™t say sorry just once. Also my room has not slippers so I went front and get it. Not same staff but he didnā€™t say sorry too. I guess even itā€™s busy the service was not nice. I never choose this hotel again. Iā€™m disappointed in Christmas.

    This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views. But the thing that made our stay here stand out as wonderful was the service provided to us by Daisy, the young lady at the concierge desk. As we arrived to check in, we were shocked to find that we had inadvertently booked the room for December 16 rather than November 16, the date of our arrival. Daisy was able to find us a beautiful room with a great harbor view in spite of the extremely short notice. Moreover when we had trouble negotiating a refund with the booking agency, Daisy spent a large amount of time with us and with the hotel management, making sure that we were able to get our refund. Later in the evening, when we came to the concierge desk to get information about nearby currency exchange services, Daisy saw us at the desk and came over to give us detailed directions about how to find the services we needed in the local area. She was the most friendly, patient, and understanding service person Iā€™ve ever dealt with.

    Our stay at this hotel for a total of 16 nights was indeed a very pleasant one. We stayed here during our last visit to Hong Kong before the pandemic and decided to come back again. We did not regret our choice. Checking in, we were greeted by a very friendly Guest Relations Officer, Elaine Roze, who also happened to check us out at the end of our stay. Loved her smile and friendly demeanor. Sometimes, this is all it takes to leave an impression on a hotel guest and to make someoneā€™s day. Special thanks to the Assistant Manager, Oliver Yau. We are grateful for a room with a panoramic view of Victoria Harbor with his help. Buffet lunch at CafĆ© East was great so much so that we returned for a second time during our stay. Really appreciate how the Manager, Jurgen Fung, has made an effort to reserve 2 seats for us in spite of the Christmas crowd. Thank you for the birthday cake too! It was indeed a very heartwarming gesture and a pleasant surprise which we did not expect. Besides the hospitality, the hotel is just a short walk to Victoria Harbor and East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR which leads us directly to many shopping malls like K11, Harbor City and many other tourist spots. This hotel will definitely be our choice on our next trip to Hong Kong. Looking forward to it already!

    This is definitely not the best hotel of its category in Hong Kong. It supposedly has 5 stars however there is nothing 5 star about the level of service this place offers. We were denied some simple requests like having a breakfast bag on our departure day because we had to leave really early and we had paid for breakfast. When youā€™re a 5 star hotel your staff has to find a solution before saying no as soon as you ask the question. The room was tiny and we had to leap over our suitcases because there was no space to put them anywhere comfortably

    Beautiful hotel by the harbor. The rooms are excellent and beds were absolutely comfortable. Good amenities. The harbor room is beautiful. Breakfast was always generous. Definitely a good spot when in HK

    We stayed for 6days 5 nights on leisure as a couple. They have courteous and kind staff esp Ms. Elaine who accommodated our request to be on a high floor with good view and to Mr Peter who was so cheerful and attentive to all my inquiries. Located at the quieter end of Mody road with good view of the Victoria harbour, this hotel has modern and new spacious bedrooms than many HK hotels.

    I have chosen this hotel to have a marriage proposal to my girlfriend. She always wants a simple but a surprising proposal. Juliette, who is the staff from the guest relation of this hotel have helped me to arrange this special moment. We have been contacted back and forth for a week and she had helped me on everything she can. And finally I have succeeded! She said yes (my fiancee of course) This is a great hotel and we have had an absolute fantastic moment here. Once again, huge complement to Juliette!!!!

    Got the club and it was good with some snacks and free flow, although not too many options for cocktails. The pool has nice views but itā€™s a bit small. If visiting HK better to get a room with harbor view.

    UPDATE - post-stay review Further to my pre-stay review, my stay completed on 4 SEPT and the experience is completely different, Iā€™d have to say that it exceeded my expectation. The hotel has been refurnished in recent years, the dĆ©cor is warm and modern. Dinner buffeet was excellent with lots of varity. Breakfast buffet was average but decent. I need to thank the guest service manager Nelson for going the extra mile with the special arrangements for my birthday celebration. I truly apprecaite it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    This is to express my total disappointment of my stay with the Hotel. I have visited the Lounge for quite a few times before and brought a few new customers to the Hotel. But the stay this time is far from satisfying and I doubt if I would visit the Hotel again. 1. I have mentioned this is a birthday pre-celebration. From the email conversation with the Hotel, I would expect something special from the Hotel. But only during my stay, I came to realize your Hotel has a policy for birthday celebration that is within 7 days of birth day. This is of my surprise since from above conversation, your staff FAIL to address this clearly and false hope is given to me which ultimately upset your guest because of unclear communication 2. Your staff are so not well trained and unprofessional, if we are talking about a 5-star hotel standard as you claim. We have come across quite a few of your staff from front desk to housekeeping. All of them FAIL to provide satisfying customer experience: 2.1 The check-in staff failed to look at the reservation details and only after I reminded her this is to celebrate my birthday, she gave me 2 Lindor chocolates. Well done Hotel. 2.2 After reading through all the negative comments about Sangano, we asked if we could switch to Tao Li instead. The answer is a straight NO. 2.3 We failed to open the door with the access card and have been trying like a thousand times. Only with the help of a housekeeping guy nearby, we were able to get in. The housekeeping guy did not follow up with our case. We had to call the front desk to follow up directly. And surprisingly, your front desk staff REQUESTED us to get down for our enquiries. But then your staff ended up coming up with us and tried to open the door again. Both Nelson and I cannot get through it again, which was frustrating. Your staff failed to arrange another room for us. Instead, they taught us to push the door handle up to ensure we would open the door every time. 2.4 We asked housekeeping to send us iPhone USB and A4 paper which the requests have been forgotten 2.5 Since the food at Sangano is SO BAD. We ended up calling Foodpanda. Due to security reasons, I would not disclose which room we were staying with the Foodpanda delivery guy. Your frontdesk people was super unwelcoming and rude that he said no takeaway would be accepted at the lobby and no housekeeping guy would send the food to us. This is not our first time staying at a hotel, like Mandarin Oriental, their staff is super helpful. 3. The food at Sangano is TERRIBLE. The tempura rice is SUPER OILY and uneatable whereas the stewed pork and grilled chicken is SO TOUGH and HARD. The sour scallop is questionable too. I am really doubtful the restaurant of such price range would offer food like this. The portion is so small and we end up having another meals after this. I would just pose this honest comment on Openrice directly. Even if we were just paying the staycation package, please understand your Hotel claims itself as a 5-star hotel and the price is not cheap at all when compared to like Ocean Park Marriott and Hyatt Regency. The overall guest experience and dining experience is so POOR that the HKD 2,300 is not WORTH IT at all.

    Buffet only The whole buffet experience was good, the stations were presented well and it was clean, the staff behind the counters were professional and on it. Though I expected a bit more in a 5 star hotel. Your staff might need a refresher course in how to do their jobs properly, it wasn't particularly busy when I had the lunch buffet today. Sat down for 30 mins then a manager comes and says he has the bill for us but notices he made a mistake and just rushes to another table, we were left confused. My orange juice was topped up when it was low which was nice but it was never topped up again, it was clear that the glass was empty and a waiter came and asked us for drinks "tea or coffee" and I asked if I could get my orange juice topped up, she bluntly said "tea or coffee", I asked for tea for my uncle and she left to go ask another table.

    Have a fabulous stay here. Nice location and good staff. My lock of the suitcase was unpredictably broken. The staff at the reception helped me a lot to ensure the safety of my belongings by many ways. I really appreciate your assistance and hope to have other chances to stay in this hotel.

    My second time to check in to enjoy your hotel room. We early arrival on the day for many thank of receptionist Lucas Yiu to arrangement , he is very helpful and attentive. Will come asap. Very nice trip.

    Spatial seaview room; better if the facilities are more contemporary like TV model, movable TV mount, USB charging sockets etc. Catering services are nice and up to standard but could be better if service staff could haven't missed the birthday candles; chefs mingling with other guests could be with a softer voice as the ambience is not perfectly soundproof. Location is good, quiet and feel like vacation; relaxing

    Great location, easy access to all the popular touristic & shopping sites. Rooms, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially concierge were so helpful! definitely will come back on my next visit to HK.

    Hotel experience was good but worst experience with management. We stayed with them in August 2022, itā€™s been almost half a year and you guys still cannot process returning my deposit? How many times will you tell me to wait longer and that youā€™re processing it. And also, why is your financial department charging me room fee again instead of returning my deposit? If youā€™re staying with them, avoid paying deposit with card and opt for cash.
