Good location. Near subway station Mongkok. I like the rooftop garden on 18F, where there are self laundry, GYM and party areas.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was average. Location is close to busy street filled with shops and street food.

We stayed here for a week and overall our experience was positive. The room was clean and functional and the staff were friendly and helpful. The minor negatives were the location and the breakfast. Our shower head would not stay in the bracket but I managed to get it functional by using the clothesline. I never reported it to the hotel, but I was surprised that the cleaning staff did not do anything about it because it was surely noticeable. The bed was very firm, which may be a positive for some and a negative for others. On the positive side, we got two bottles of water daily in our room. The location is not terrible. It is about 1/3 mile from the nearest MTR station (TST). That is not a huge distance, but it is not convenient enough to be able to go back to the hotel during the day without losing a lot of time. One location positive is that there is a Wellcome market nearby. The breakfast tasted fine, but the options are minimal and almost all of them include a hot soup. The soup was tasty, but I really do not want to start my day with hot soup when it is in the 80s outside with humidity around 70-80%. Some fresh fruit would have been much better. We ended up skipping breakfast most days, or only eating the yogurt.

Very basic room, no suprise. When you want to reserve room with bathtub, remember to phone in to request. I booked it at trip.com and the picture mislead me with bathtub.

Little Surprise with welcome snack bag and drink. Free breakfast included (Options of Western, Chinese, healthy style). Two free bottles water every day. The room is nice and clean, but the view is too close to the resident. Nice location, walking distance to tube station.

One of the most sanitized hotels ive been to, was a pleasant experience. Cons is that the tv needs more channels, fix the shower head at room 1209 and sometimes the phones are very choppy

Receptionist Louise is really helpful, at highest professional level. This gentleman is a jewel for this HI. He is onduty on 22nd feb 2023 at around 4:30 am.

Louis from front desk is a gem of this property, patience and polite. Room is a little run down but overall ok for a short business trip. Location is between 2 MTR stations, Yaumatei is nearer than Mong Kok I feel. Breakfast is stand Holiday Inn Express style, I.e set breakfast.

Not helpful staff and the male reception during day shift was extremely rude. Breakfast wasn’t good. The room was quite small but clean. We booked for three person but everything in the room was just for two person. We have to ask for pillow and everything for the third guest. Would not recommend this place at all.

The hotel is clean and traveling around is easy with MTR but I disappointed with the service of the staff here. Because I have misconversation with the man at the reception cause make he chafe and shouting at me. I think he should be able to control him emotions better and speak well to his customers. This make me never back to this hotel again.

Room are clean and large compared to some other hotel in HK. Amenities are poor, internet speed is very low. Laundry service is a nightmare and they are not capable to manage and it is difficult to understand sometimes like laundry is not available on Saturday ! On Sunday, they did not collect while it was hanging outside the room from 7 AM. Breakfast is really the second nightmare and although the hotel is close by the fruit market there is no fruit for the junky breakfast. they served different set and with the westerner set you can cry or laugh to die! Transformed food ( 1 slice of fake ham, 1 chicken sausage, 1 tea spoon of can bean and 1 slice of industrial white squared bread). The healthy set with a pooridge is so tasteless. Finally it is a chineese hotel, not international and in China hotel of the samw brand are really better. As a conclusion, european avoid it as it doesn’t worth it.

The rooms were small but that is true throughout Hong Kong, the breakfast menu was definitely Hong Kong...no cinnamon rolls. If you are coming from the west, do not come here for the breakfast. The location is very good although the action in Hong Kong is across the Harbor in Soho. This hotel is close by the subway and lots of shopping. Be sure to take your key because the elevator won't work up or down without it.

It's a relatively low cost hotel that's not particularly near either Mongkok or Yau Ma Tei station, about a 10 min walk from both. The breakfast is nothing worth writing home about. However, why I still give this place 4 stars is because the staff were really friendly. As a British Born Chinese, my Cantonese isn't great. I can converse fine but prefer to use English when checking in. The staff were friendly, understanding and complimentary about my Cantonese. When I apologised for our kids losing a hotel key, they were very sympathetic and asked me not to apologise. On the last day, as I do not have an HK mobile number, I could not call a red taxi and did not want to pay the exorbitant VIP transfer fee to the airport. The hotelier was very understanding and booked us a red taxi for the airport for a certain time. He kept our luggage locked by reception. Overall, yes it's not the cheapest or the best. But value for money, I can't really fault it. It's not special, but it's good value and the staff are the best part about this hotel. Thank you.
