Great experience with this hotel. It's very clean and conveniently located next to a big shopping mall. A bit far from Tsim Sha Tsui and the city center, but easily accessible with the bus 280X. It takes about 30 minutes and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, I didn't notice too much nuisance. The newly renovated lobby is very nice, so good job to the workers. The staff is super friendly. Big thanks to the receptionist, and the cleaning lady at the 13th floor.

Thanks for the upgrade to a river view room for our honeymoon stay, we enjoyed our 3-night stay very much! The hotel is a bit outside the main attractions in Hong Kong, but it is conveniently located near to bus stop and metro station. Besides, there are shopping malls next to the hotel with great choices of restaurants. Very recommendable!

No free parking for dining at the hotel. Their new restaurant, Yama, was extremely disappointing for the outrageous price point they’re charging. Small portions and overall poor value for money. We went during lunch so I can only imagine how bad it is during dinner.

Just a 3-4 stars hotel and it is about 5mins walk from Shatin railway station and it is adjent to shopping mall, City Plaza. The bus to and from airport is available in walking distance. There are great variety of dining nearby and cinema just next to the hotel.

One of many places I stayed on a big trip away. Very clean and maintained, Floors specifically for family, non smoking. Attached to local shopping centres so you can walk in the aircon or out of the rain. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. Super friendly staff, Super clean. Pool is semi outdoor semi indoor but shallow for experienced swimmers. Only problem we had was the toilet, it does not flush waste away, every time we had to use the shower wand to help the flush, if not, 5,6,7 flushes and 40% effect.

Nobody clean my room and empty the trash, gave us a clean towel and cups . When I stayed for two days . Only provided two bottles of water for two days. Over charge for that kind of services!

Second time staying at this hotel. Renovated rooms are much nicer with new furnishing and carpets though clearly not 5* quality (e.g bed frame is simple raised frame and mattresses are soft and rather thin). Sound proofing needs work - had a large family in two rooms speaking loudly outside in the hallway at 11:42pm and it was audible in our whole room. Service was fine, but no in-room dining options, though, you are above a mall. Overall a satisfying stay for our family

Stayed here for 2 weeks in November as a family of 4 with children. Starting from the front desk staff, they were very friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff was attentive and available throughout the morning and afternoon. There is a large pool on the third floor which felt like an oasis in the city. There are tons of food options around in New Town Plaza and Lucky Plaza. There is also a really good children's play area - Dino Park about a 2 min walk away. There is a direct bus A41 to this hotel and the MTR station is only about a 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this Hotel and staying in this area if you are travelling with young children as this area is very friendly and family oriented.
