Really comfortable stay in a convenient location. The hotel upgraded us for free, which was really nice. Room was tidy, clean and spacious. Service was good, apart from their declining of our request to do our laundry and suggestion that we do it at the laundromat down the block (which wasn’t bad, but it would be better to not offer laundry services if they can’t be fulfilled). Five stars because of the upgrade, and overall good service.

I’ve booked and pay extrafor city view but was given to stay at level 5. The room was great and nice but it wasn’t sound proof, can hear the next door kids crying. Also, the blanket wasn’t clean either. Under the room lighting can see a lot of black marks. The first day, I can feel the itch from the bed but thought it was just me. Only on the last day, i saw the blanket having lots of black mark. I was shocked and disgusted. Hope they can buck up.

I have always enjoyed my stays at this hotel. It always reminds me of the first time I came here. The location is convenient, the service team members are friendly, the rates are reasonable. Oh my favorite part - the rooms are very spacious by Hong Kong standards.

Update: rooms are still considerably larger than most hotel rooms I have stayed in. The view isn’t much to brag about. The beds are clean and the outlets are plentiful for laptop and tablet and phone charging. The noise isn’t too loud here (easy to sleep). The location is absolutely central to Kowloon. So much food in the area. Starbucks in the lobby, McDonald’s across the street, 7-11 out the door to the right of the hotel. Walking from the Nathan is so easy. 6 yrs ago: Good sized rooms, great location, clean. Breakfast is simple and fresh

Very nice hotel and convenient location. Friendly staff. It is supposed to check in at 3:00PM, but the front desk let me in at 1:00PM when a room is available. Spacious room, everything is clean and neat. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hotels. Nathan Hotel is the only one providing a Universal Adapter to every room. Really convince for visitors.

Fancy hotel with very kind and helping personell. However, I did feel that the premium room wasn't as good as you would expect. The overall quality could be better. For example, I sat down on the corner of the bed and it tiled all the way towards me like it was very unevenly balanced on it's legs and it was about to break apart. Breakfast was good with many choices and a live chef. During my stay the premium lounge and the top-floor bar were not used.

New decorated hotel with brand new furniture and facilities in guest room. The staff in reception are very friendly! Good location just next to the tube and shopping centre. I have to say, comparing to the room rates and its location, room size, facilities, employees' hospitalities, etc. This is the best value hotel I've ever stayed in Hong Kong since last decade. Super recommend!!

Front desk was helpful. But let me tell you. It's a disaster there. I've stayed at the Nathan hotel in the past and it was always my go to place. Granted it's been over ten years since I've been back, this time around the rooms do not reflect the photos on their website. The place is entirely run down. Rooms are old or poorly done. The hallways look as if there was a flooding issue. It's just gross.

Room is big and clean. The service is excellent as well. Hotel location is great as it is near the MTR, bus stop, convenience store, restaurants and street food. Had a very pleasant stay. :)

GREAT LOCATION, NICE BIG ROOMS & DENNIS THE MANAGER We arrived early and to our surprise they make no qualms about allowing us to check in early. I was even more surprise when Dennis the manager was there on hand to welcome us We were even allowed to view the rooms before hand and finally they upgraded us!!! Even the porters are so helpful kind and humble Rooms are huge by HK standard. Try not to be deceive by how the hotel look from the outside. The rooms are newly renovated and I had huge room with huge bed. The lightings are really great especially for old folks like us. Toilet is nice with huge mirror and vanity top. They have all the amenities which many (even) 5 star hotels now chose not to provide in the name of saving the earth. Bottled water, coffee and tea, kettle is provided Location is so awesome whether its shopping for if you are a foodie. From KFC to McDonalds to Chinese restaurants. Highly recommended. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: As for newly renovated room, worthwhile to pay a bit more !!!

We took the Nathan Grand room and Smart Plus rooms on family vacation. Both are good size rooms 31sqm at least. Room looks modern and with complete amenities. They provide hair dryer, clothes iron, coffee/ tea, water pot, slippers, toilet supplies. So comfortable than other hotels with smaller rooms.

Nothing specific to say on this hotel. It is clean on Nathan road. So if the price is ok for you, let's go 😁

Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Requested a room with a bathub, didn't expect it to be very nice. Was very nice indeed, especially for someone travelling solo. The smart plus room is more than enough. Not a typical small room hotel in Hong Kong, it is actually large in my opinion. Would return for another stay.

Location is on the main Nathan Road in Jordan. You can find shops, restaurants, department store, MTR, bus stops everything nearby. Rooms are pretty spacious for Hong Kong standard. Nathan Hotel was one of the oldest hotel but it had been refurbished and well maintained. I went to China with express train from HK train station. It just walking distance 15 minutes.

Has a bigger room space compare with others. The location is great as very convenient as MTR nearby and there is an airport express bus that reached. Lots of eateries around it, well walking distance.

Room was great and most of the service was great. One young woman at front desk was rude. But I would gladly stay there again.

Quite a busy place with lots of actions inside. Two sets of elevators - one secure, one discreet. Convenient curbside parking available but mindful of traffic tickets during daytime.

When I booked this room, I had a Smart Room booked. The room is very spacious and comfortable. It's a pretty old hotel, so things are not really up to par compared to a new one. The gym is a bit shabby, You didn't get any waterbottles, but it does have all you need. It's close to Jordan and Yau Ma Tei MTR station (aprox 8 min walk either direction). Near the hotel it has a lot of foodplaces and yes, we all know at night the "ladies" come out. Unfortunately there was some construction near my room, which disturbed my sleep. So I asked the front desk to change me, and they changed me to another room (Nathan Room). It thought that was very generous and they really helped me out. That's why I am posting multiple pictures. I would recommend it for those who want convenience and great food around them. But for me I think for the state of the hotel, the price is a bit high. They should do a nice rennovation. But I'd admit the Nathan Room is much better than the Smart Room!

Great Value. Good price and the room was perfect: relatively spacious for hk standards, good beds, nice shower and bathroom and a giant TV. Cleaning Staff was very kind and even cleaned stuff that belonged to us! Breakfast was not outstanding but good, the selection was big but I think a little less options w/ higher quality would have been nice. Bacon & eggs saved the day, though. They also stored our luggage for 4 weeks, which was nice.

U letting me meet you at first sights... and forget you to see me grow up even we did makes some noise to push it back to serve locally owned restaurants.

In 2022, this hotel has just reached 54 years of age. Room has been renovated and brought up to date to modern standards. Due to 2 years of pandemic, they now charge an incredibly low price for a stay. I booked for 2 nights since my house was under renovation. At first I was assigned a smart plus room with connecting door. It's located on the 5th floor, older part of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and somewhat partly updated. Passes midnight my neighbors were having scream fight, I asked the hotel to deal with the noise issue, I was asked to move to another room. Here comes another review for that room. I was shifted to 1010, at the newer part of the hotel. It's a whole new world there! Really much more modern with everything in good working order and excellent sound proofing. It was like a different hotel! My advice is DO ask for rooms on 7th to 14th floor, your money will go much further.

A modern hotel with nice looking public areas and rooms, but fixtures and fittings are not of the best quality.

When we first arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and brought up the bags to our room quickly and efficiently. Check-in was easy and the rooms were very spacious compared to many other rooms in the area (we stayed in the Nathan Smart Plus Room). They were mostly clean and the view was very dynamic. Throughout my entire stay, the staff would call us to see if we needed anything and helped out as much as they can. The price as of July 2020 is very fair and a great value for those looking to stay at an affordable hotel with great amenities and service.

I am currently staying at this hotel for quarantine and have been really enjoying it. We booked the smart family room for 2 people as we wanted extra space. It really is spacious which allows us to exercise and move around. The TV is big and modern which is awesome. We have the view of a balcony with plants which is lovely. The area is quiet (3rd floor) which is nice. The front desk calls you often to check what you need. Service has been great and the people are nice. We are lucky to quarantine here! Would recommend!
